Disney4me Posted September 17, 2019 Report Share Posted September 17, 2019 Vivoli il Gelato, which is located in Disney Springs, often introduces unique gelato snacks like the new Pumpkin Cannolis and the insane Leaning Tower of Doughnuts. Vivoli il Gelato Today, we happened upon an equally epic NEW snack — Waffle Gelato Sliders. Of course, we had to try them for ourselves so we could tell you all about them! Vivoli il Gelato Menu For $10, you get a freshly made waffle split into two sliders and filled with your choice of ice cream. We decided to go with pumpkin gelato and strawberry sorbet. A Cast Member Making Our Sliders These sliders were SUPER yummy but also SUPER messy! The warm waffle made the gelato melt really fast, although the sorbet didn’t melt as quickly. Waffle Gelato Sliders Despite the mess, the waffle was delicious and fluffy. The pumpkin gelato tasted like pumpkin pie and wasn’t super sweet. We could actually pick up spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. The strawberry gelato was very refreshing and wonderfully light. Thankfully, it wasn’t sickly sweet but tasted naturally sweet. Waffle Gelato Sliders The Waffle Gelato Sliders were simple and delightful, and we HIGHLY recommend getting them when you’re in Disney Springs.
