Until TODAY!

“So this is love? Mmm.” Cinderella Castle is back to its former glory thanks to the return of the water in the castle’s moat.

The moat had been under construction for quite some time.

Disney has added some new landscaping in the area. And while it looks a bit barren, we’re excited to watch these trees grow, flourish, and bring even more beauty to our beloved castle.

Disney has also changed the brick color along the moat walls and they have added a few new faux moat doors!

With the walkway complete and the water back in place, we can’t wait to snap castle photos from our favorite castle spot once again.

Sadly, a few bits of construction materials still remain, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed that these will go away sometime soon.

But, in the meantime, we’re excited to be able to stare at the reflection of the castle in the bluish-green water again!
