Disneyland Resort is celebrating Halloween Time with an abundance of treats, seasonal experiences, the Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party, and spooktacular displays. But it’s not just the Parks of Disneyland that are getting in on the frights; Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa also has a lobby display that’ll have you shakin’!

But this display has a unique composition. It’s crafted by the pastry team at the Grand Californian, and it’s edible! Comprised of pastry chef elements like krispie treats, modeling chocolate, and fondant, the Oogie Boogie display is larger-than-life and truly a work of (edible) art.

And now our Disneyland and all-around pal Heather (munching her way through Halloween Time over on @DiningInDisney!) has shared that the Grand Californian will host a Meet & Greet with a Pastry Chef right in the lobby near the display! On Wednesdays and Saturdays from 3:00 – 3:30PM, gather to chat about how Oogie Boogie came to be! No reservations required!

Whether you’re a student of pastry, a fan of edible art, or just a curious little bug, stop in to chat with a member of the pastry team, and learn more about the birth of this edible Oogie Boogie!

And while you’re there, grab a snack from the Hotel’s display — like these Cookie Shots!
