Today, we’re at the new Craftsman Grill at the Grand Californian Hotel to check out their hot dog of the month!

And this hot dog was created to say farewell to summer…

Craftsman Grill recently took the place of White Water Snacks, but luckily the original menu stuck around.

The End of Summer Slaw Dog is a grilled bratwurst with spicy brown mustard and tangy yuzu slaw. It’s served with house chips!

We really enjoyed the bratwurst and honestly, it was nice to change things up a bit from the typical beef hot dog.

However, we were a bit disappointed with the tangy yuzu slaw. It wasn’t tangy and lacked any sort of flavor.

As always, we enjoyed the house chips. They were super delicious and actually tasted a bit like french fries.

The End of Summer Slaw Dog is $10 before an Annual Passholder discount and should only be sticking around through the end of the month.
