Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Sign Well, not anymore as Disney has just released a NEW Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Pass, which allows ticket holders to attend EVERY party aside from the one on October 31st! After talking with Disney reservations, we learned that this pass is currently only available by calling (407) 827-7185 or by visiting a Disney reservations ticket booth. Jack and Sally at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary The pass is valid for every 2019 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party except for Halloween itself. So, you’ll have the opportunity to attend 39 parties! The party pass is $299 for those ages 10+ and $284 for those ages 3-9. This may be how Disney is trying to compete with Universal’s Ultimate Frequent Fear Pass, which allows guests to attend 41 Halloween Horror Night parties for $259.99.
