Riviera Resort Concept Art ©Disney Now we want to tell you about some more details we learned from the video, including a closer look at Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera. Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera Concept Art ©Disney Topolino’s Terrace is a rooftop restaurant and lounge that will offer sweeping views of Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, including views of the nighttime shows at those parks. The restaurant will offer a prix fixe character breakfast and an a la carte dinner — you can take a look at the menu here! A section of The Art of Inspiration video focuses on Michael Gonsalves, Chef de Cuisine in the Disney Flavor Lab. He specifically explains how they’ve tested six different olive oils, several types and treatments of garlic, and a variety of tomatoes.
