Vivoli il Gelato in Disney Springs The summer heat may be high, but you can stay cool and relaxed with some fantastic gelato. And, we know exactly the spot to get some of the BEST in Disney Springs this month. Vivoli il Gelato has released their August Specials Menu! The new sundae, shake, and bombolato are the sweetest way to end to the summer. August Specials Menu Accompanying the Brownie Waffle Sundae and the Maple Bacon Bombolato, the Dark Malt Shake is making its delicious debut. The chocolate gelato and chocolate chip gelato is mixed with strawberry sauce and topped with whipped cream, chocolate malt balls, waffle cone pieces, lady fingers, and red and black sprinkles.
