A vacation to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, has something for everyone – including those looking to stay in shape. The Hawaiian resort offers energizing classes daily that cater to all types of workouts. Some of my favorites include: Paddle Fitness, Beach Body Blast and Ocean Yoga (yoga on a surfboard in the Ko Olina lagoon). We previously shared more about fitness classes on the Disney Parks Blog, but today we’re focusing our fitness fun on the Mikimiki Fitness Center!

This health club is a state-of-the-art 2,000-square-foot facility that features Life Fitness cardiovascular and strength training equipment, free weights and a stretching area. The Mikimiki Fitness center is open 24 hours and is included with all Aulani stays! Most recently, we welcomed the Kinesis machine to our fitness family. This modern equipment is an exceptional trainer for guests because it mimics real life movement and is capable of training your body in every plane of motion.

If you’re looking for specialized training, sign up for a customized program designed by one of our expert, certified trainers (fees apply). Some options for these specialized workouts include: individual training, group training or even sport-specific trainer workouts. To learn more about these training options, visit here.
