Le Bernardin scored the highest among the other New York restaurants with a rating of 99.50. Co-owned by Executive Chef Eric Ripert and Maguy Le Coze, this Midtown restaurant originally opened in Paris in 1972 before being relocated to New York City in 1986. The restaurant serves French prix-fixe menus for lunch and dinner and specializes in seafood.

Notably, Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi — which specializes in Afro-Caribbean — scored higher than some Michelin Star restaurants despite not having a Michelin Star itself. Scoring a 92.00, this restaurant finished higher in the rankings than 11 other New York-based restaurants.

Tatiana boasts itself as “A Tapestry of New York City Inspired Cuisines, Woven Together by Chef Kwame Onwuachi” and has all kinds of bites like Crispy Okra, Jerk Lamb Rib, Sofrito Chicken, Golden Rum Cake, and so much more.
