Walt Disney World has set the dates for the 2025 edition of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the after-hours/extra-ticket special event at Magic Kingdom theme park.

There will be 38 evenings of Not-So-Scary running between Aug. 15 and Halloween night, the resort has revealed.

Tickets will be available to the public starting May 22, although guests staying at select Disney World resorts can may their purchases on May 15.  Ticket prices vary with the day, and, so far, Disney has only revealed the range of $119 to $229. Generally, early tickets and weekday dates have been the least expensive.

New elements of the event for 2025 include the transformation of Storybook Circus into a space for families with younger children, a dance party themed to “Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires” (which debuts July 10 on Disney Channel) and the chance to meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse together — decked out in their Halloween costumes — at Town Square Theater.

Among the returning features: “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade” (stepping off at 8:15 p.m. again); the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular” stage show near Cinderella Castle; “Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular;” and parkwide trick-or-treating.

Disney also has hinted at the presence of “new and returning Disney villains,” holiday overlays for some attractions, new specialty foods, party-specific merchandise and the Cadaver Dans quartet.

Halloween Horror Nights starts at Universal Studios on Aug. 29. SeaWorld Orlando’s Halloween Spooktacular launches Aug. 30 and its Howl-O-Scream event follows on Sept. 5. Legoland Florida’s Brick-or-Treat debuts Sept. 20.
