Disney4me Posted 16 hours ago Report Share Posted 16 hours ago There are a lot of new additions coming to Disneyland Resort over the course of the next few decades thanks to the HUGE DisneylandForward expansion. ©Disney There’s a LOT coming to Disneyland Resort, including a Pandora: World of Avatar Expansion and the first-ever Coco attraction coming to DCA, as well as an Avengers Campus expansion. Well, some construction is currently underway, and while we’re really looking forward to all the new additions, it does mean that one of our favorite shortcuts is now CLOSED! One of the fastest ways to make your way to and from Radiator Springs and Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure is by this little shortcut that cuts between the two lands. It’s one of our favorite ways to avoid backtracking and save ourselves some steps, but now that there is construction around Avengers Campus, this path is CLOSED! The shortcut We totally understand why it has to be closed, as this is partly where a lot of the new construction is taking place, but dang, we’re bummed that we’ll have to walk all the way out of Avengers Campus now to get around to Radiator Springs. While the park isn’t huge, it’ll easily take a couple of extra minutes at minimum if you’re speed walking, and longer if you’re taking more of a leisurely stroll. Wall blocking off the shortcut Disney did not share an exact date for when this shortcut will open back up, so stay tuned for additional updates. More Recent Disneyland Resort News! ALERT!
