Gideon’s Bakehouse Just Announced Its New May Menu in Disney World

We love the first of every month because that’s usually when Gideon’s Bakehouse drops its menu for the month.

Now that it’s officially May, Gideon’s is celebrating Halfway to Halloween with one of the best ways possible — with lots of sweets! Let’s dive into the new May menu and see what’s in store.

Gideon’s told us that this month, “Barnabas Mephistophelittle has returned, and per his yearly tradition, he brings you a dreadfully good selection of tasty treats and titillating tricks! Expect some never-before-seen desserts and old favorites each weekend of May.”

There’s a lot of great treats coming on specific dates, including:

• Peanut Coated Dunking Stitck — May 3rd and 4th
• Chocolate Pumpkin Shadow Cakes — May 10th and 11th
• Frankenstein & Bride of Frankenstein Mixed Bite Bags — May 17th and 18th
• Gideon’s Goth Day Cake — May 22nd
• Frankenstein Chocolate Dipped Cookie Cake Slices — May 24th and 25th
• Directly from Gideons: “Super top secret mega items because this weekend is gonna be a big one” — May 29th, 30th, and 31st

For the weekly cake schedule, on the menu is:

• Sunday — PB Banana, Cookie Butter, Valentine’s Cake
• Monday — Salted Caramel, Cookies & Cream, PB & Jelly Cake
• Tuesday — Chocolate Everything, Cinnamon Roll, Red Velvet
• Wednesday — Coffee Toffee Cake, Churo Cake, Key Lime Pie Cake
• Thursday — Chocolate Everything, Cinnamon Roll, Red Velvet
• Friday — PB Cup Cake, Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Rainbow Crunch Cake
• Saturday — Coffee Toffee, Golden Oreo, Carrot Cake

The cookie of the month is the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip. It’s almost half a pound and is filled and topped with freshly ground decaf beans, chunks of toffee, and chocolate in their Vanilla Bean Cookie. It has a sprinkling of sea salt on it, and our mouths are already watering! This was an original limited-edition cookie.

For May, a new cold brew is also joining the menu! The Almond Cookie Cold Brew mixed brown sugar, sweet almonds, and vanilla all in one cup. It will only be available at the Disney Springs location.

If you collect the menu cards they hand out each month, you’ll want to make a note that there are TWO this month. They’re planning on switching the menu card around mid-month. Trading card fan? Gideon’s will also place two Series 3 Trading Cards in each box, and with online orders.

Gideon’s is also releasing more merchandise, which is perfect for Halfway to Halloween fans.
