Disney4me Posted April 15 Report Share Posted April 15 We are one step closer to Test Track re-opening this summer at EPCOT! ©Disney Last June, Test Track closed for a lengthy re-imagining to become a third iteration of the fan-favorite attraction. Disney said that this new version would take inspiration from the ride’s predecessor, World of Motion. While no opening date has been announced, the attraction is expected to open late this summer, and we just got a new look at the progress of its reimagining! Over on Instagram, the Walt Disney Imagineering account shared a teaser of the ride vehicle updates! View this post on Instagram The cars are currently getting a brand-new, darker, and more subtle wrap to help them blend in with the design of the ride’s new environment. ©Disney Not only are the ride vehicles getting a new wrap but also a new interior! This includes new seats and new graphics. ©Disney It seems like we can expect even more changes. Towards the end of the video, it is teased that this is just one aspect of this major reimagining of Test Track, and we can expect more updates coming soon! ©Disney || New vehicle wraps We can’t wait to experience Test Track in its new era when it reopens this summer at EPCOT! Although the EPCOT Transformation wrapped up last Summer, this is not the only new project coming to EPCOT soon.
