Take a good look at that map — you could own a piece of theme park history! ©Edaville Later this month, Edaville Family Theme Park — located in Massachusetts — will hold an auction of several of its attractions. The park was recently sold to new ownership, so it’s time for a little theme park refresh! The auction will take place on-site at the park on April 30th, 2025. According to listings, the following rides will be among those available: Flying Turtles Crazy Bus Barnyard Willy The Whale Sky Tower Fire Brigade Mini Jet Aerial Ride Kiddie Ferris Wheel Rockin Tub Convoy Visa Spinning Lady Bug Coaster Allen Herschell Astronaut Clown Train SBF Balloon Drop AH Jolly Caterpillar 1986 Chance Carousel Eli Ferris Wheel Eli Scrambler ARM Bone Shaker (T.M.) S & W Jet A Bout Sally, Den of Lost Thieves Dark Ride Pirate Ship Rides (2) Tri Level Soft Play Shooting Gallery 20+ Animated Dinosaur Figures by World Fun Attractions The site where Edaville sits can trace its roots as an attraction back to the late 1940s, when original owner Ellis Atwood opened a train line to “take people on rides through cranberry country.” Further rides and attractions were added to the site in the 1990s. According to the park’s ownership, the auction is the start of a process that will see the park “reimagined with many wonderful things to come toward the end of the year.” ©Edaville If you’ve ever wanted to own an amusement park ride, now’s your chance… if you’ve got money to spend and can get to the park in person.
