REVIEW: Put DOWN the Mickey Pretzel! Get THIS EPCOT Snack Instead at Disney World

Okay, let’s chat about Disney World pretzels — yes, this is one of our favorite subjects.

American Adventure

Now, there are some great pretzels to be had in Disney World, and we’ve made it no secret that sometimes, all we really want is a Mickey-shaped pretzel with plastic cheese. However, there are OTHER pretzels and pretzel snacks that we love, too. We never expected to find our new favorite pretzel snack in EPCOT at the American Adventure Pavilion. But here we are, and here’s our review.

Sure, you knew you could get a Mickey Pretzel all over EPCOT, but a new pretzel snack has entered the arena — and we are here for it! The Pretzel Nuggets with Beer Cheese for $8.50 was already something we were excited about trying, so let’s get into how they were, shall we? We found this one at Block & Hans at the American Adventure Pavilion.

Pretzel Nuggets with Beer Cheese

The pretzels are made with garlic butter, barbecue rub, and beer-cheese sauce. Yum, yum, and YUM! We’re happy to report that these are AMAZING. The pretzels are soft and chewy and reminded us of Auntie Anne’s pretzels in a way, just without as much salt. These have rubbed spices on them, though, and that makes them so flavorful.

SO good

But it’s the house-made beer cheese that knocks this snack out of the park. The dip is served warm and combined with the pretzels, it’s the perfect snack (yep, we said it). We will warn you, though, that you only get one little serving of beer cheese sauce, so you might have to pay extra if you want more (and you will).

So if you’re craving something a little salty dipped in cheese in EPCOT, head on over to American Adventure because that’s where it’s at.
