ALERT!!! DON’T BUY DVC!  They promised vacations every year, Perks,  you pay they get your money you’re locked in!  You spend hours on phone rooms/resorts NOT AVAILABLE, dining NOT AVAILABLE NO transportation from n to airport! Buy passes very expensive to get in parks then find no park reservations available this park reservations thing is another screw job parks r still crowded! After paying to get in then pay for genie passes to get on rides but pay extra to get on the popular ones. Waited 45 minutes for bus from old key west to Epcot just an example so on property transport sucks! Have dinner reservations plan on paying for Uber to be on time  rooms are not cleaned no fresh linens reuse your towels and make your bed! Take a shower early or you’re taking a cold one! Buy their mug only if u plan on staying at resort you can’t use it anyway else!  VACATION away from it all all the technology NOT HERE!  You need your phone for EVERYTHING! You also need an extra battery charger or plan on buying one there. Get up by 6:30AM to book a ride only to find your shut out!  So unless you’re a Celebrity or Florida resident NO REAL PERKS/DISCOUNTS! Cheaper to wait for deals on regular rooms,or stay off property like air BNB  or better yet! Rent out your points take that money to an all inclusive pay up front before going airfare,transportation , food, drinks, activities,entertainment all included! Easy to book no hours on phone trying! No need for phones get there lock your wallets phones in safe, put on your suit get a bite to eat and a drink NOW your on VACATION and you still have money in your bank account!!  ENJOY! Oh I forgot NO traffic if you rent a car in Orlando lots of traffic  took over an hour to get from airport to Disney at 10 AM so so much traffic!  But rental is cheapest way to get there and u can save money on food  eat off property

This morning, I called dvc membership to bank my points. It was around at 10:30 a.m. I was totally disappointed upon the wait time for my phone call, to be answered by a cast member. The time I waited was 25 minutes.  I'm very upset with the phone calls I've made in the past. The wait time is uncalled for. I feel like Disney Vacation club members are being ignored, unless you are a resident of Florida or a Foreigner from a different country.  Being a member since 2001, there have been no advantages to being a member. No discounts on park tickets, no special things sent to your room accommodations, unless they are paid for, not one special service has been offered. Yet I've been paying the monthly dues that are due every month, and get nothing in return. Being a senior citizen now, no specials are offered to us seniors either. It has become a very disappointment to being a member now. I can honestly say, I will be selling my membership. As much as I love Disney and have been involved in Disney since 1955 always wanting to become an  Musketeer,  I'm now discouraged. I'm sure this is falling on deaf ears, as many times it has, since now I'm a senior citizen and no one seems to care. Hopefully your phone service becomes better.

I feel as a member they got our money so they don’t care  it is cheaper to go to an all inclusive on an island or Mexico, then to go to Disney no transportation to n from airport, no meal plan and if they have it as in the past discount no reservations at resorts and parks tks expensive then have to pay for genie passes. All inclusive food drink rooms entertainment transportation get there lock your wallet in safe relax. Easy booking no hours on phone.  Disney screwed us all!
