My name is Kenneth A. Howard I purchased Animal Kingdom villa unit 92D. Via Orange County online bidding foreclosure sale. I received the certificate of title from Orange county. Do I need to fax you the letter of sale from Orange county? Who do I need to contact to let the know? I would appreciate any info that you can give me.
