Thank you for your article. It’s refreshing to read of the positive directions that Disney is taking. Hopefully, there will be some resources available for cast members when “guests” do not comply. Unfortunately, we live in a self-entitled era of rude guests. Now would be a good time to shake things up and implement “there is no reason to be rude” geared towards guests.
