Maybe, just maybe though, she’ll be sweet on you with her own addition to Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion 50th Anniversary list of treats. Disneyland’s The Haunted Mansion The “Honey… I Do” Beignets have materialized at the Mint Julep Bar! The Haunted Mansion Anniversary Menu Sign at Mint Julep The beignets are topped with honey praline and powdered sugar and can be dipped in a honey praline sauce. “Honey… I Do” Beignets With Honey Praline Dipping Sauce Unlike the other tasty desserts offered for the celebration (like The Haunted Mansion Rice Crispie Treat), there wasn’t anything super special about the “Honey… I Do” Beignets other than the name! Soft And Sweet Pastry With Powdered Sugar While the sweet pastries tasted like normal beignets, the large amount of honey topping soaked into the treats and weighed them down. Our beignets were unfortunately too soggy for our liking. Hopefully, we don’t upset the Bride too much by saying that we liked the Butterscotch Beignets from the “Get Your Ears On” Celebration more.
