Disney4me Posted January 23, 2019 Report Posted January 23, 2019 Shanghai Disneyland has announced an expansion to the Resort: construction on a “Zootopia”-themed land is set to begin later this year! This expansion (the second major expansion since the Resort opened in 2016) will become the park’s eighth themed land. It will also be the first “Zootopia”-themed land in a Disney park. Zootopia Concept Art ©Disney A new major attraction “will seamlessly blend Disney storytelling and state-of-the-art technology to bring this fan-favorite movie and its characters to life – including Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.” Guests can look forward to entertainment, merchandise, and food and drink to set a fully immersive setting.
