Disney4me Posted Thursday at 05:41 PM Report Posted Thursday at 05:41 PM Heading to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in 2026? We’re here to help you out! 2026 France Booth There are more than 30 food booths this year, each with unique menus and different flavors. We’re trying each one and bringing you our full review. Curious about the France booth? Let’s check it out! Menu The France booth is known for its rich and delicious eats, and this year’s menu has two NEW food items and two returning ones! This booth is outstanding year after year and continues its streak this year! The menu! For beverages, the Chilled French Cosmo has returned, and there are two NEW drinks. Now let’s eat! Eats The first thing we tried is the brand-new Boeuf Braise vin Rouge et Echalottes, Gâteau de Pomes de Terre. These are Red Wine-braised Short Ribs with Shallot Confit and Potato Gâteau for $9.50. These short ribs were extremely tender and very easy to pull apart with your fork — so much so that you don’t even need a knife! Boeuf Braise vin Rouge et Echalottes, Gâteau de Pomes de Terre The Potato Gateau resemble a slightly thicker mashed potato and were on the drier side, but it did have a great flavor! We also LOVED the addition of the shallots because they added a nice aromatic flavor to the dish. The red wine sauce was very prominent and added a sweetness to the short ribs, which we really enjoyed. Boeuf Braise vin Rouge et Echalottes, Gâteau de Pomes de Terre The Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages is returning this year. This is a spiced brioche with a three-cheese mornay filling for $8.95. Last year, we thought this was the best thing we’d had at the France Pavilion at any festival, and it’s up there again this year! We’d definitely coin this as a ‘Best of the Fest’ item! Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages The brioche was extremely soft and fluffy, and the spice from both the brioche and the cheese made it feel like a higher quality item. The cheese was super creamy and almost reminded us of the beloved Cheddar Bacon Soup in Canada. The ratio of cheese to bread you get in this item is absolutely worth it! Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages We also snagged the Trio d’Escargots, Garniture a l’ail et au Persil, which is also returning this year. This is a trio of escargot bites in croissant dough served with a garlic-parsley dip for $9.25. This is one of the 30th Anniversary legacy items at the festival this year! We were a little disappointed by this last year, because the dough was too chewy. This year, we found it SO much better! Trio d’Escargots, Garniture a l’ail et au Persil The croissant dough is very fluffy, buttery, and flaky with flavors of garlic and herbs, which we find DELICIOUS! It’s filled with perfectly sized little escargots that are extremely tender and baked nicely into the dough. It definitely deserves a ‘Best of the Fest’ because of all of the combined flavors — they all just work SO well together! Trio d’Escargots, Garniture a l’ail et au Persil Finally, we had dessert! The brand-new Crème Brûlée Pistache, Confiture de Fruits Rouges is Pistachio Crème Brûlée with Berry Compote for $7.95. We were VERY excited to try this item and it was great, but we will say that it isn’t for everyone because you can REALLY taste the pistachio flavor. Crème Brûlée Pistache, Confiture de Fruits Rouges It was PACKED with the pistachio flavor, so much so that it was a little overwhelming when it was paired next to the berry compote. This compote was placed in the middle, but there wasn’t too much of it, so the pistachio was definitely the overpowering flavor. There was plenty of sugar on top, so you had that nice, crunch brûlée texture, which we really enjoyed! Crème Brûlée Pistache, Confiture de Fruits Rouges Now, on to the drinks! Drinks For our beverage, we’re snagging the returning Chilled French Cosmo for $15.50. It’s made with Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Grand Marnier Liqueur, and Simply Cranberry Juice. Last year we found this very balanced with a strong cranberry flavor and this rings true this year. We actually would deem this just a very fancy vodka-cranberry. Chilled French Cosmo When the menu item says ‘chilled,’ that doesn’t necessarily mean frozen. When we got the drink, it wasn’t really frozen and when it came out of the machine, it barely had that slushy texture. But we will say that it was very refreshing and a great balance of sweet and tart. Chilled French Cosmo The two new beverages on the menu this year are the Plaimont ELIA Colombard, Côtes de Gascogne for $6.95 and the La Roche Prestige Cuvée for $7.95. Overall In the end, we can always count on the France booth to be a hit. The three returning items we tried are some of the best and the new items were high on our list, too! Now, it wasn’t a knock-your-socks-off type of booth, but we can call this one ‘ol’ reliable!’ If you stop at this booth and grab any of these items, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
