Disney4me Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago There are some Disney World trends we’re simply in love with. Duck Duck Razz One of those trends is the “tiny toy animals in our drinks” trend that we’ve seen a LOT in the past few years. Of course, it all started with the iconic Duck Duck Razz drink at The Boathouse, but now it’s so much more than that. We’ve seen tiny animals in beverages over and over again, and if you’re as obsessed as we are, then these are some you need to check out. Well, outside of The Boathouse, two other restaurants have jumped on this trend fairly hard. The Polite Pig has leaned heavily into its namesake, including tiny toy pigs on top of two different beverages now. This one is called The Pig Lagoon, made with lemon, lime, coconut cream, and blue Curacao syrup. Look at the little piggy! There was also the adorable Pigsty, made with cappuccino, chocolate, and spiced rum. This one was designed to look like a pig wallowing in mud! Pigsty However, the restaurant that has REALLY gone above and beyond with this trend is eet by Maneet Chauhan. The Indian fast casual spot has continued releasing new “tiny animal drinks” every season, and we are loving them so much. First, there was the Hank’s Gulf Coast Sunset with a miniature octopus — ours had a top hat and a mustache. A MUSTACHE, YOU GUYS!!! Hank’s Gulf Coast Sunset Perhaps even more adorable was the Dragon’s Breath, which they described as “a slushy made with our house-crafted dragon mist lemonade, passionfruit rum, and a touch of dragon fruit sugar from our neighbors at Spice & Tea Exchange Lake Buena Vista.” Dragon’s Breath More recently, we’ve had the Queen Bee, which was topped with a teeny tiny little black-and-yellow bee. Queen Bee Of course, we haven’t just been limited to animals. For Valentine’s Day, there was the Love Potion 67, topped with a mini cupcake. Love Potion 67 The Monster Mash-tini for Halloween was a quirky surprise. This was a little monster in a firefighter uniform — another great addition to our collection. It was a frozen green appletini with green apple vodka and a caramel drizzle. He’s so cute! The most chill little guy of the bunch is clearly The Penguin Club, which had a rockstar penguin in sunglasses with a guitar. The drink was made with coconut rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. It was the perfect mid-winter drink since it looked like a penguin in the Arctic. The Penguin Club And we can’t forget the Gnome Place Like Home, which was a warm spiced cocktail with a little garden gnome on top. He’s precious! Gnome Place Like Home The most recent version was the Summer Paws, which includes a tiny little tiger. The twist here, though, is that the tiger is plush and therefore does NOT go inside the drink. You’ll just have to hold him on the side! Hooray for new friends! So, it seems that if you’re on the hunt for some tiny souvenirs that will fit easily in your suitcase, you need to go drink a few novelty beverages in Disney Springs.
