Mickey Waffle platter If you’re hitting this park early in the day, you might be looking for some fuel to get you through your packed-full day. There aren’t a ton of options at Hollywood Studios to grab some grub for breakfast, but there are some solid choices here, from Mickey waffles to a heavy breakfast bowl. Fairfax Fare Found near the Tower of Terror on Sunset Blvd, Fairfax Fare opens at 9 AM. You’ll find a Waffle Platter that includes Mickey-shaped Waffles served with Syrup, Bacon, and Sausage. It opens at 8:30 AM.
