Disney World has so many places to eat that we bet you haven’t even heard of this spot!

Look at all this tasty food!

We raved about how much we love the food offered at Disney World’s hotels. Yes, there’s the Riviera Resort and the Polynesian Resort, but have you ever checked out the Disney Springs area hotels? We recently went to one of those hotels, and we need to spread the word about this pool bar we found!

Planning guide for the ultimate Disney vacation

Disney Springs area hotels are the more budget-friendly hotels on Disney World property that you’ll find close to and around the Disney shopping and dining district. They’re really good options if you aren’t looking to spend a ton on the Disney World deluxe resorts.

Our view!

We recently toured around some of the Disney Springs area hotels, and one of them was the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. There, we got to check out the Oasis Pool Bar restaurant. This restaurant focuses on well-done bar food, while being right next to the pool. It’s a perfect spot to relax, dine, and swim.

For the media event we were at, the food was set up in a buffet style. However, this isn’t a buffet; it’s a normal restaurant! All the food we tried will be offered on the menu, which includes dry rub fried chicken wings…

Roast Beef Sandwiches

All the items were well prepared, but the standouts were the grilled vegetables with the hummus. You could taste the grill on the squash (zucchini and yellow squash) and red and yellow peppers. This elevated the hummus to something other than a standard crudite offering, and it made it feel more special. It made a basic vegetarian offering something more.

This was so tasty!

The turkey wrap was also very good. It was a good turkey with bacon and lettuce, but it included a spicy aioli that made this wrap taste like more.

Let’s take a bite!

The mozzarella sticks were good but offered only a slight cheese pull that was not that impressive.

The mozzarella sticks!

Overall, this hotel restaurant has some solid offerings. Feeling a wrap or sandwich? They got that! Chicken fingers and wings? That’s here too!

If we were to come back here, we would definitely have the turkey wrap and hummus again. Those are our two favorite items on the menu. Everything else was good, but those took the medal for best options at this poolside bar.
