Disney4me Posted June 14 Report Posted June 14 We often find that many of Disney World’s hotel pool bars can be underrated. They’re also not the first place you think of when you plan to dine at a Disney World hotel, but just like everywhere else in Disney World, they’re not all made equally. Time for some new menu items! Recently, we stopped by Saratoga Springs Resort to check out the two new offerings at Paddock Grill. There’s a new drink and a new breakfast wrap that could make it a fantastic early morning stop before heading into the parks, or to fuel yourself for a pool day. Is it worth it, though? That’s what we set out to discover! Paddock Bar is the pool bar located right near Paddock Pool, and is known for serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is a big perk. To drink, we snagged the new Chocolate-Hazelnut Latte for $6.99, which can be served either hot or iced. We decided to get ours iced since it was a hot day, and found it to be very tasty and even refreshing for a warmer day. They put a lot of chocolate drizzle on the sides of the cup that you have to stir in, but once we did, it had more of a hazelnut flavor rather than chocolate. It’s a sweeter latte, so if that’s your thing, we think you’ll really enjoy this one. Iced Chocolate-Hazelnut Latte To eat, we grabbed the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Wrap for $11.79. In terms of food that you can get around Disney, this one falls in the average category. It’s a wrap you can find at most breakfast places, but that doesn’t mean it was bad! Steak, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Wrap The main flavor that came through was the egg, whereas we couldn’t taste the cheese that much and would have preferred a bit more steak, but the flavors weren’t unbalanced too much. The size was also pretty decent for the price, especially since it also comes with tater tots, and overall, we’d get it again, but wouldn’t go out of our way for it.
