The Olympics are heading to California in 2028! If you’re a fan of the iconic games, you need to prepare for next month.

Registration for tickets to the 2028 Olympic Games is opening on January 14th, 2026, according to the LZ28 organizing committee.

If you’re hoping to be part of the Olympic Games, now is your time! Tickets for the Olympics are going on sale later in 2026. The Paralympic tickets are going on sale sometime in 2027, but you will need to register to see if you win the chance to purchase tickets.

The registration period opens on January 14th, 2026, so you can toss your name in the ring for the drawing. After you sign up, you’ll find out via email if you’ve been assigned a time slot for one of the ticket drops. Once it’s your turn, you can purchase tickets during your assigned window.

There is no purchase or payment required to enter the drawing for time slots. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. You can visit LA28.org to register. Ticket prices haven’t been disclosed, but they have confirmed that the lowest ticket prices will be $28. We’re anticipating some pretty high prices once they’re officially released.

The 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles will start on July 14th and run through July 30th, 2028. While it might seem like that’s pretty far away, it will be here sooner than we know! Be sure to keep following DFB for more news and updates.
