Disney4me Posted August 20, 2025 Report Posted August 20, 2025 We’ve eaten EVERYWHERE around Disney World, and that means we know the ins and outs of the best places to stop on your next Disney World trip. While we’ve eaten some incredible meals lately at table service restaurants, you might be wondering where we’d recommend you stop to grab a bite to eat if your day at the parks doesn’t include stopping for a time-consuming meal. So naturally, we’re letting you in on our secret spot! So! Cheesy! We recently stopped by Pizza al Taglio at EPCOT to see what was cookin’, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worth a stop on your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Find out here! Atmosphere This counter service restaurant might look like it’s tucked away into the backside of the Italy Pavilion along EPCOT’s World Showcase, but don’t let that fool you too long! This popular pizza window is attached to Via Napoli on the left-hand side, and when it’s open, you’ll feel it as it’s known to draw a crowd. Pizza al Taglio menu While it might be attached to the Via Napoli restaurant, the pizza served here couldn’t be more different. This spot serves Sicilian-style pizza slices (the square, thick-crust type) that differ from the thin-crust pizzas you’ll find inside the neighboring restaurant. This pizza spot has become a go-to option for those on the go visiting EPCOT! So good! But enough about the restaurant — what’s on the menu here?! Menu The menu here is simple but effective! That’s made loud and clear by the crowd that it continues to draw when it opens. There are a few traditional pizza options along with a few cold beverages. ©Disney Beer and wine can also be picked up to pair with your pizza… ©Disney …or you could opt for a cocktail instead. ©Disney And now, onto the main event — the food! Eats First up, we grabbed the Pepperoni Pizza for $9. This is a pepperoni pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The Pepperoni! We loved this pizza! The crust was just thick enough while still having crispy edges. The cheese was perfectly melted and offered an amazing cheese pull. (Which, yes, that does matter.) The pepperonis were the cupping kind to add a crispy edge with a soft center. They were a bit more chewy than a flat pepperoni, but they also had greater depth of flavor. It was super greasy, but sometimes that’s what you’re looking for after a day of drinking around the world! This was also a nice, shareable slice. We’re suddenly hungry again Then we grabbed the Pizza Margherita for $8.50. This is a cheese pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Margherita! This was great! Our teeth sank into the pizza in the best way. It reminded us of a slightly thinner personal pan pizza and a Chicago-style deep dish. It was soft but had perfectly crispy edges. The real star was that creamy cheese, which made for an amazing cheese pull. It was warm and served fresh, which was a real bonus. The sauce wasn’t overbearing and offered just the right amount of flavor without swimming in it. Need this ASAP! Finally, for something sweet, we grabbed the Tiramisú Alla “Nutella®” for $8. This is made of marscapone cream, espresso coffee, savoiardi biscuits, and Nutella. The Tiramisú This was another hit! It was creamy, and the Nutella was more like a deeper chocolate than a hazelnut spread. It was thinner than we anticipated, but it was delicious. Have a bite! It reminded us of a whipped version of coffee. (Remember when everyone was making that in 2020?) It’s like a better version of the Donkey Cart tiramisu pop that we’ve tried in the past. Drinks To drink, we picked up the Frozen Wild Blueberry for $8. This is made with wild Blueberry Juice and is a non-alcoholic drink! The Frozen Wild Blueberry This was like a less tart blueberry lemonade! It leaned on the sweeter side, and it almost tasted like there were fresh blueberries muddled in it. It has the texture of a slushee but is topped with a foam. It was refreshing and surprising in the best way! So good! Nosh or Not This Disney World restaurant is a must-visit if… You need a heavy meal You’re a fan of great pizza and pepperoni cups Or you’re looking for an easy, familiar bite! You should skip this Disney World spot if… You need some AC You want a lot of variety Or you want an easy-to-find seat Overall This was a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner in Disney World! It’s no surprise that it’s so popular. This is the perfect late-night EPCOT dinner after a day of drinking to watch with a fireworks finale. It is a heavy meal, so be prepared before you order. If Disney is feeling extra sweet, it wouldn’t hurt them to add some more seating to this area for the popular quick service. The full spread!
