Cinderella Castle We didn’t think we’d be the type to wear short leggings to Disney, but they truly made our Disney day so much better. In fact, we loved them so much that we knew we had to tell you about them. We found a great pair on Amazon that you need to check out! Get these Short Leggings from Amazon ©Amazon We never thought we’d choose to wear longer biker shorts and be fine with them showing slightly under clothes, but these Short Leggings from Amazon changed our minds. Getting these is SO worth it for the comfort they provide. We have shorter biker shorts that we usually wear with dresses, but they don’t cover thighs at all. Whereas these do the trick. They’re totally worth it to wear the longer shorts and be comfortable all day. view ON AMAZON We’re always on the hunt for the latest and greatest Disney souvenirs and essentials, so don’t forget to stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for more! 5. There are so many different snacks, drinks, and exciting menu items to try across Disney World that it can be very overwhelming to know what you should try on your next visit. EPCOT Especially in a park like EPCOT, which is known for amazing food and drinks. Which is why we make sure to bring you full reviews of everything we try so you know exactly what’s worth grabbing, and we just tried a very unique drink in EPCOT. On our last visit to EPCOT, we took a trip to Kabuki Cafe, a quick-service kiosk in the Japan Pavilion, to try the Kirin Frozen for $13. This is a Kirin draft beer served with a thick layer of frozen foam on top. Kirin Frozen The foam initially looked like soft serve but had a lighter and frothier texture, and melted very quickly in the Florida heat, so make sure to have napkins ready if you try this one. The beer itself was bitter and slightly earthy with a subtle pine note. Kirin Frozen It leaned slightly more bitter and beer-forward rather than fruity or sweet. The frozen foam kept the beer very cold even after sitting in the Florida heat for a while, which made it very refreshing on a hot day. If you prefer sweet drinks, then you probably should skip this one, but if you love more bitter, earthy flavors or want an ice-cold beer, then this is an amazing, fun option to try! 9. Disney World is FULL of construction projects! Throughout all of the parks, you are constantly facing construction walls, closures, and more as Disney brings many new projects to life. Brown Derby Lounge Reopened And while we are thrilled that we are getting new rides, lands, and experiences, the construction can be a lot. Which is why we are thrilled that one construction project in Hollywood Studios finally wrapped up! That’s right, the popular Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge is officially back open in Hollywood Studios! Brown Derby Lounge This outdoor patio space closed several months ago, back in early July. Although the lounge was still open, it was moved to the courtyard beside the building. The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge temporary location The Brown Derby Lounge allows guests the opportunity to grab some of the amazing food and drinks from the iconic Brown Derby restaurant without needing an advance reservation. You can just walk up to the lounge and enjoy some eats and drinks in the lovely outdoor area. And while we are happy this space did not close completely, we have to say we are thrilled that the original patio area is open once again! Brown Derby Lounge Reopened When looking at this redone space, it looks like the biggest changes are new pavement, refreshed red upholstery on the chairs, and a new permanent awning rather than the umbrellas that used to be in the lounge. Previous Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge Umbrellas This awning has hanging lights and ceiling fans, so this area should be much cooler than it was previously. We are so excited about these changes that should make visiting this outdoor lounge an even more enjoyable and cool experience. NEW Brown Derby Lounge permanent awning! Reservations for the new spot open up on September 29th. NEW MENU REVEALED for Magic Kingdom Restaurant A Popular EPCOT Ride Finally Changed Finally, a popular EPCOT ride debuted some new changes this week that we’ve been waiting almost a year for. Last October, Disney announced that Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure would be getting some new props inside the attraction. We checked weekly for nearly a year, and even spotted a new permit for the changes in May 2026. Well, Disney has finally delivered! Practical props! Two scenes changed on the attraction. In one scene, guests can now see a giant box of spilled pasta on the ground if you keep your eyes peeled! Can you see it? In the final scene, Disney added a giant charcuterie board with cheese and more practical props like a cork. The new changes help to cut down on some of the dead space on the attraction and make it slightly more immersive. Look at the cheese! These props are in addition to other changes at the ride, including the switch from 3D to 2D back in November. Several fans have found that this makes the experience less nauseating if you’re prone to motion sickness. Was A Year Worth The Wait? A Popular EPCOT Ride Has CHANGED This week was full of menus, changes, and more exciting switches in Walt Disney World. What else could they announce next? 11. Okay, so there is no shortage of fun Halloween events in the Orlando area, and we try to go to them all when we can. Of course, you’ve got Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World, as well as Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando. Then there’s Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando. Brick or Treat But you’ve also got LEGOLAND’s Brick or Treat, and we’ve been going for a few years now, and we’re so ready to jump back into the spooky LEGO action and bring you along with us. So let’s go! The Basics LEGOLAND Brick or Treat is happening on select dates at LEGOLAND Florida from September 1st through November 1st. Here are the dates for this year’s Brick or Treat: September 19th and 26th October 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th, 31st November 1st What makes this event so unique is that you don’t have to buy a separate ticket to experience it: just a regular ticket to LEGOLAND gets you access to all the Halloween fun, too. Tickets start at $89 for adults and $39 for kids. Brick or Treat Decor LEGOLAND is decked out for the spooky holiday with loads of Halloween decorations and special builds. Spooky decor around the park! Entertainment There is a ton of specialty entertainment you can find at this event! Here is everything you can experience during Brick or Treat: Zombie Cheer Crew, where you can try out for the cheer team with Zombie Cheerleader and her crew. The Monster Rockoff is a concert with LEGO Monster characters playing iconic rock ‘n’ roll hits. In Once Upon A Brick — The Tale of the Wolf Guy, you’ll learn the story behind one of LEGOLAND’s monsters. The Skeleton Brass Band is sure to liven up your bones. Beastly Brick Beatz, where you can join LEGO’s monsters for a dance party. Kids and groups can even participate in a costume contest (yep, you can come to the park in a costume). Don’t forget to snag your event map so you can find out when all the entertainment is happening! Characters Brick or Treat also gives you a chance to meet some of LEGOLAND’s spookier characters, like Spider Lady, Mummy, Monster Scientist, Monster Rocker, Tiger Woman, LEGO Skeleton Guy, and LEGO Wacky Witch. Wacky Witch Trick-or-Treating Candy stations are located across LEGOLAND, so you can go trick-or-treating, too. It’s time to load up those bags with candy! Candy! This year, the new Brick or Treat Street offers an interactive trick-or-treat experience with six life-sized LEGO Monster homes. According to LEGOLAND, here you’ll “find out who lives on the street and what tricks, bricks, and treats are in store!” Brick or Treat Street Brick or Treat Street is a small group of trick-or-treating experiences where guests will navigate through six houses belonging to some of the spooky characters you can find around the event. Throughout, you will either get tricked or get a treat. Brick or Treat Street This experience was super cute, interactive, and everyone walked out with a small bag of treats. Although we did end up waiting almost an hour for this experience, which we think might be a little too long, kids will definitely love Brick or Treat Street! Brick or Treat Street Exclusive food and drinks Of course, you can’t have a Halloween party without exclusive food and drinks. We tried two Halloween treats on our visit, starting with the Loaded Monster Fries for $19.49. These are fries covered in pulled pork, melted cheese, roasted corn, crispy onions, and a black garlic aïoli. Monster Loaded Fries When they say loaded, they mean loaded! The fries themselves are almost like big chunks of potatoes, which were incredibly well fried and a great vessel for all of the toppings. The pulled pork was super smoky, tender, and really delicious. The melted cheddar cheese was creamy and added an amazing flavor, while the roasted corn was a great addition as well. The black garlic aïoli was the most interesting flavor and tasted caramelized and earthy, and really helped enhance all of the other flavors. Monster Loaded Fries The crispy onions were delicious and added a nice crunchy finish. The vessel that this comes in is really cool because it’s a little zombie LEGO head, but it does make it difficult to get the toppings to the bottom. While this item is pretty expensive because of the souvenir zombie head, it was absolutely delicious! Monster Loaded Fries We also tried the Broomstick Berry Shake for $14.89. This is a shake with vanilla soft serve, blueberry compote, and pieces of cheesecake. Broomstick Berry Shake There was so much blueberry flavor in this shake, although it was not overly sweet. This was a hand-spun milkshake, so it was super creamy, and the use of vanilla soft serve acted as a great base with the blueberry compote. There were also little pieces of cheesecake on top of the shake, which was the only place you get that cheesecake flavor. So really, this tasted like a blueberry ice cream shake with a garnish of cheesecake, but we aren’t complaining! Broomstick Berry Shake Overall, if you are a blueberry fan, you will love this! It was so delicious, fresh, and did not taste artificial at all because of that great tart blueberry compote. We would definitely grab this one again! Broomstick Berry Shake Rides Of course, you’ll be able to ride attractions, too, and one is even getting a special Halloween overlay. Enjoy Halloween Spaceship Elements on Galacticoaster for a limited time. You’ll be able to select elements inspired by the LEGO Monsters Fighters theme, previous Halloween LEGO sets, and a classic Jack-O-Lantern hood ornament! The Galacticoaster The Dragon Roarsome is also getting a Halloween makeover for the season, and you’ll have to brave your way through ghosts, spiders, and bats! You can also take a dizzying ride at The Department of Monster Vehicles, take a Ghost Cruise, and more. Overall We really love this event and think it is an amazing way to bring some Halloween fun into guests’ day at LEGOLAND. It is so fun to walk around and find Halloween experiences throughout the park. We also found that all the activities and experiences were very age-appropriate for the core audience of LEGOLAND. We also loved that the trick-or-treat stations were included in your regular admission ticket with no age restriction, so the whole family can participate. Brick or Treat The new Brick or Treat Street was original, fun, and a really great addition to the event. We did notice that many of the events and entertainment did happen in the late afternoon and evening, so if you aren’t planning on spending the whole day in the park, we would suggest coming in a little later so you don’t miss any of the fun! Our biggest complaint with the event was that the special food and drink offerings did seem to be on the pricier side, so that is something to keep in mind when planning your trip. Fun spooky decor! As you can see, there is a LOT to do at LEGOLAND’s Brick or Treat, and it’s a great way to spend some spooky time with the kiddos. We’ll be covering more LEGOLAND events, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more. This Hotel Is MADE For Kids! — Full LEGOLAND Hotel Tour DON'T DO IT ALONE! 12. Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort has so many places to eat that it’s easy to pass by some hidden gems, but that’s what we’re here for! Naples Ristorante E Bar We recently stopped by Naples Ristorante E Bar at the Downtown Disney District because we heard of a new treat for spooky season. Is this something worth going out of your way for this fall? Well, there’s only one way to find out! If you head to Naples Ristorante E Bar, you can grab the Pumpkin Blood-Scotch Cannoli for $12. The cannoli is filled with pumpkin and butterscotch chip cream, topped with whipped cream, red caramel drizzle, and a sugar knife. Pumpkin Blood-Scotch Cannoli This treat is very pumpkin-forward and very crispy. It should be eaten with your hands, but the drizzle prevents that. The dough is butterscotch-infused and has a coffee-like flavor about it. The cream is light and fluffy, and we feel like the butterscotch and pumpkin each take turns being the star. Pumpkin Blood-Scotch Cannoli The chips add a surprising crunch on the inside. The whipped cream is light with hints of those “fall” tones, but the drizzle is not nearly as subtle. It’s a red caramel, and it’s sweet. It can be overpowering at times, and we think pulling back just a tad might’ve made this even better. Pumpkin Blood-Scotch Cannoli The sugar knife is just sugar-tasting and the definition of inoffensive. It’s sweet yet bland, but it’ll get covered in everything else anyway Look at the sugar knife! We don’t think kids will like this, but fans of fall flavors like butterscotch and pumpkin should be appeased by this. We think it’s reliably solid, and the fact that you get two makes this a fair value. It is really messy to eat, so we would be aware of that. This was good! We’re always on the hunt for eats and treats around Disneyland Resort, so if you’re looking for more reviews, make sure to follow us at the Disney Food Blog! 14. There are 83 priced dishes on this year’s EPCOT Food and Wine Festival menu right now, and if you wanted to order one of every single one, you’d be looking at a grand total of $585. Spain Full Spread Obviously nobody is walking World Showcase with that kind of budget (or that kind of stomach capacity), so instead of eating everything (like us — hey, it was research!), we figured out exactly which dishes are worth your money this year. Here’s our running Best of the Fest list, straight from our own reviews. There is a caveat here. Some of the festival booths are not opening until later in the festival so those are not yet included in this. Of course, when they do open, DFB will be there to try those dishes out and give you our honest reviews. Paleta de Moras — Mexico The new Paleta de Moras runs $7.00 — a Berry Ice Pop filled with Sweetened Condensed Milk and topped with Chili-Lime Seasoning. The berries were fresh, and this was so refreshing. It tasted more like natural fruit rather than a ton of sugar, which we really appreciated, and the seasoning on top created the most interesting flavor combo that was SO delicious. The most interesting part had to be the condensed milk in the center, which was so creamy and made this more fun than a normal popsicle. Paleta de Moras Croquetas de Jamón — Spain We grabbed the new Croquetas de Jamón made with saffron aïoli and shaved Jamón Serrano for $6.99, and these are so dang good we’re going to need two servings. The breading on the outside is seasoned perfectly, with a great, crispy exterior. The inside had a balance of cheese and ham and was absolutely creamy, with just enough acid to bring down the richness. Microgreens add a nice herbaceous element. Completely out of this world. Croquetas de Jamón Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie — Tangierine Cafe Wrap up your meal with the new Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie for $4.29 — basically a Dubai chocolate bar in cookie form. The center has a crunchy pistachio cream that’s salty and nutty, giving an amazing contrast against the sweet chocolate cookie. The cookie itself is soft, with pistachio pieces adding crunch and a strong pistachio flavor coming through from the filling. A must-try if you love pistachio — just grab some napkins, because it’s messy. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie Seoul, South Korea: Bo Ssam Pork Poutine — La Poutinerie The specialty item at La Poutinerie is the brand-new Seoul, South Korea Bo Ssam Pork Poutine — French Fries, Cheese Curds, Bo Ssam Pork, Gochujang Gravy, Kimchi Pickles, Aïoli, and Sesame for $11.99. This was absolutely delicious. The sauce is fairly spicy, but mixed with everything else in the poutine, it isn’t overly spicy — the creamy white sauce and the cheese curds dial the heat back to create an awesome balance and a pleasant, peppery spice. Seoul, South Korea Bo Ssam Pork Poutine Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings — Gyozas of the Galaxy The Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings — Chicken Dumplings with Basil Pesto, Fonduta, Tomato Confit, and Balsamic for $5.99 — are firm with a strong bite. The basil pesto gives the chicken a slight earthy tone and balances out the dish, but it’s the fonduta that really takes this away, coating the dumplings in a rich, cheesy flavor. If you don’t like tomatoes, don’t fear this dish — you can barely taste them, and they mostly add to the firm texture and a little sweetness. Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings Wiener Schnitzel — Germany The brand-new Wiener Schnitzel — a breaded veal cutlet featuring HEINZ Brauhaus Mustard, Warm Yukon Gold Potato Salad, Bacon, Watercress-Radish Salad, and Lemon for $7.29 — was absolutely incredible. It was so crispy and thin, and the veal was not dry at all. The mustard was super tangy and flavorful, adding the perfect kick without overwhelming the dish, and the light salad complemented the heaviness really well. The potatoes were soft without being mushy. One of our favorite items we tried all day. Wiener Schnitzel Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen — Connections Eatery The new Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen at Connections Eatery is $6.49, and it was hands-down one of the best things we tried at the festival. It tasted like a cake your grandma would make, with caramel apple thrown in the middle and topped with whipped cream — more of a fluffy, thick, vanilla layer cake than anything cheesecake-like. It’s pretty filling, but really good. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen Brioche aux Épices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages — France This spiced brioche with a three-cheese mornay filling is returning this year for $8.95. The brioche was extremely soft and fluffy, and the spice from both the brioche and the cheese made it feel like a higher-quality item. The cheese was super creamy and almost reminded us of the beloved Cheddar Bacon Soup in Canada. The ratio of cheese to bread is absolutely worth it. Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli — Forest & Field Returning to Forest & Field is the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline — part of Emile’s Fromage Montage, for $5.49. Just like last year, we found these incredibly tender, with some nice caramelization from the butter topping. The ravioli is very soft and savory, which makes it satisfying to eat. Be sure to get some cheese and pomegranate in every bite — it’s absolutely a Best of the Fest pick. Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli Pão de Queijo — Brazil We knew this one wasn’t going anywhere. The Pão de Queijo, or Brazilian Cheese Bread, returns for $5.19 — a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that also counts toward Emile’s Fromage Montage. It’s just as wonderful as always: fluffy, cheesy, gooey deliciousness wrapped up in a bite-sized treat. This is a Best of the Fest dish for us, year after year. We’re obsessed with it. Pão de Queijo Freshly Baked Carrot Cake — Milled & Mulled The Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing has had a few different homes at the festival over the years, but no matter where it lands, it usually winds up on our Best of the Fest list. This year it’s at Milled and Mulled for only $4.99. The cake is so moist, with the perfect amount of walnuts and carrot pieces — not so much that it affects the texture. The glaze on top is perfectly sweet without the cake itself being overwhelming. A must-do for anyone who loves carrot cake. Freshly Baked Carrot Cake Teriyaki Chicken Bun — Japan The returning Teriyaki Chicken Bun — a steamed bun filled with minced chicken, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce for $8.00 — is the most palate-friendly pick on this list, great for anyone looking for familiar flavors. The inside is flavorful and savory, and the bun is as soft as a cloud. Teriyaki Chicken Bun Smoked Corned Beef — Flavors from Fire Returning to Flavors from Fire is the Smoked Corned Beef with house-made potato chips, cheese curds, pickled onions, and beer cheese fondue for $6.49. This tends to be a festival favorite, and it’s still impressive this year: tender, flavorful corned beef atop house-made potato chips with a subtle hint of barbecue. Pickled onions and cheese curds add extra texture, while a drizzle of beer cheese fondue ties it all together — an indulgent, loaded bite that’s rich and satisfying without feeling overwhelming. Smoked Corned Beef Roasted Lamb Chop — Australia The Roasted Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto and Crushed Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips costs $8.79 this year. Yes, those are crushed salt and vinegar potato chips on a lamb chop, and yes, they work ridiculously well. Our chop was thick and juicy, with the chips bringing crunch, salt, and a sharp vinegar tang, while the mint pesto added a fresh herbal note that kept the whole thing from getting too heavy. This dish has landed on our Best of the Fest lists in previous years too, and it’s a must-order again. Roasted Lamb Chop Cheddar and Bacon Soup — Canada The Cheddar and Bacon Soup, a longtime favorite and Festival Legacy Item, is $6.29 and comes with a Pretzel Roll. It’s that classic soup with a smoky bacon flavor and lots of creamy, cheesy deliciousness — all the cheese. The pretzel roll can run a little tough, but dipped in the soup, it’s perfect. Cheddar and Bacon Soup Canadian Filet Mignon — Canada One of this year’s Legacy Items, the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes is $10.49 — one of the pricier items at the festival, and worth knowing it’s eligible for a Disney Dining Plan snack credit, like the Cheddar and Bacon Soup. The filet is delicious as always, with a ton of flavor and a lovely crust, though ours came out medium-rare, so order accordingly if you like your meat more done. The mushrooms are a nice addition, and the mashed potatoes are flavorful, well-seasoned, and creamy. The Filet Mignon Schinkennudeln — Germany The Schinkennudeln is back this year for $5.29 — a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese, and both a 30th Anniversary item and part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. This year it’s really good: the noodles are cooked well and absorb all of the creamy, cheesy flavor, and there’s so much cheese on top that it melts into the whole dish. The ham’s flavor is a bit hidden behind all that cheese, but when you do taste it, it adds a nice saltiness. Schinkennudeln South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse — Refreshment Outpost The South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse returns for $6.29 — this year’s version is covered in white chocolate ganache and garnished with chocolate-covered popping candy. There’s a lot of chocolate going on here: the popping candy surprised us with how much it popped and how long the popping lasted, the bottom is like a soft chocolate cookie, and it’s all topped with a moist chocolate cake. A dream for chocolate lovers craving a lighter dessert — a good size, but it doesn’t feel too heavy. South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse Slow-roasted Pork Slider — Hawai’i The Slow-roasted Pork Slider with sweet-and-sour chutney featuring DOLE Pineapple and spicy mayonnaise has been a festival staple for years, and it’s back as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item for $5.99. The pork is tender and juicy, packed with good flavor. The spicy mayonnaise isn’t spicy at all, but it elevates the flavor, and the sweet-and-sour pineapple chutney adds a bit of sweetness we really loved. Slow-roasted Pork Slider Hawaiian Rice Bowl — Hawai’i We also grabbed the Hawaiian Rice Bowl — Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake — for $6.29. This was one of our favorites last year too, with flavors that balance perfectly. We usually don’t love Spam, but we look forward to this dish every festival. The spicy mayo isn’t overly spicy, and the eel sauce isn’t overly fishy. There’s good texture and crunch throughout, and for the price, it’s a genuinely filling, great-value bowl. Hawaiian Rice Bowl Basque Cheesecake — Spain The returning Basque Cheesecake, plated with orange sauce, is $5.29 and counts toward the Emile’s Fromage Montage Cheese Crawl. It’s just as good as ever — creamy, melts in your mouth, light and airy, with all the tart cheesecake flavor and none of the heaviness of a traditional slice. The texture is soft and pillowy, the orange sauce is full of citrus flavor, and every bite is as good as the first. You won’t want to share. Basque Cheesecake Now if you are looking to purchase one of everything on our Best of the Fest list, you are looking at $143 total (not including drinks of course). 16. The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has begun, and with it come hundreds of food items, new entertainment, souvenirs, and even a pair of free prizes! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize Yup, you read that right: FREE prizes. How do you get them? Well, that’s what we’re here for! Emile’s Fromage Montage Let’s begin with Emile’s Fromage Montage, AKA the cheese crawl we look forward to every year! Emile’s Fromage Montage 2025 As usual, to take part in the 2026 cheese crawl, all you need to do is grab a free festival passport as you enter the park, which lists all the food you can grab during the festival, but, most importantly, the snacks that are part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. You can typically find them with the little cheese symbol next to the titles. Take a look at the menu and purchase any five of the cheese items to collect a stamp for each. In the back of your passport, you’ll find a blank stamp page, and after you purchase one of the cheese-based items, you can get a stamp from the Cast Member at the register. You don’t need to fill your passport on one visit, and you can fill the page with the same item five times if you so choose. Emile’s Fromage Montage This year’s eligible items include: Selection of Cheeses with accompaniments featuring Proudly Wisconsin Cheese at The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More Menu in CommuniCore Hall (Available September 18th through November 8th) Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko, and jalapeños at The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More Menu in CommuniCore Hall (Available September 18th through November 8th) Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce and herbed panko at The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More Menu in CommuniCore Hall (Available September 18th through November 8th) Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, shaved beef, peppers, onions, and herbed panko at The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More Menu in CommuniCore Hall (Available September 18th through November 8th) Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle featuring PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with citrus sauce and spice cake topped with cranberry streusel at Festival Favorites (Available starting September 9th) Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib with goat cheese polenta, tomato ragù, shaved pecorino cheese, and petit herbs at Earth Eats (Available starting October 2nd) Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish at The Alps Tartiflette — Potatoes gratin, caramelized onions, bacon, thyme, crème fraîche, and brie at The Alps Schinkennudeln — Pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese in Germany Basque Cheesecake with orange sauce in Spain Griddled Cheese with pistachios and honey in Greece Pão de Queijo — Brazilian cheese bread in Brazil Pineapple Cheesecake with passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts in Hawaii Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline at Forest & Field Griddled Cheese Once you’ve got five stamps, head to the Shimmering Sips food booth with your passport to grab your prize. For 2026, the prize is a mix of Key Lime Dole Whip with cheesecake soft serve. We LOVED this, as the flavors blended and balanced each other perfectly — the tartness of the lime with the sweetness of the cheesecake. Plus, you get to take home the adorable, themed cup the soft serve comes in. The prize! Did The Food & Wine Festival Cheese Crawl Just Get MORE Difficult? Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt The cheese crawl isn’t the only tradition that’s once again returned in 2026, as Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt is back as well! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Now, you will need to pick up a scavenger hunt map for $11.99 plus tax (Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club, and Disney Visa discounts are available) at any of the following retailers: Disney Traders (on the World Showcase Promenade) Port of Entry (on the World Showcase Promenade) Creations Shop World Traveler at International Gateway Festival Merchandise Kiosks From there, you can use the map to track statues of Remy throughout the park. Look! It’s Remy! Remy could be hiding anywhere from rooftops, store corners, in the planters, and more, but the map will give you hints on general areas to look for him, such as the China Pavilion, near the Australia booth, and in CommuniCore Hall. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Once you’ve found all of the statues and marked them off on your map, you can take them to the Creations Shop, Disney Traders, or World Traveler at International Gateway to claim your prize! This year, the prizes are unique. They’re blind boxes with four possible characters to receive — Mickey, Minnie, Figment, and Remy — which you’ll get in a sealed white envelope. Inside, you can find a magnetic game board and nine game pieces representing your character’s head and food items! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize A quick cheat: You technically don’t have to finish the scavenger hunt to get your prize! If you want to make sure the prize you want doesn’t sell out, you can pick it up when you buy your map. Just know that the Cast Member will stamp or mark your map so you can’t get a second one. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize If you’re heading to the Food & Wine Festival this year, you can get not one, but two prizes for taking part in the event’s traditional games. 17. One of the most exciting and surprising announcements made at the D23 Ultimate Fan Event in August was the confirmation that Monstropolis (at least most of it, but we’ll get to that) is going to open next year, including the highly anticipated Harryhausen’s Restaurant. ©Disney Based on the restaurant seen in the original 2001 Pixar film, Harryhausen’s — named after legendary Hollywood special effects pioneer Ray Harryhausen, whose creature designs inspired Monsters, Inc.’s design team — is a sushi restaurant in Monstropolis. Its head chef is a six-armed octopus. Why six instead of eight? Because the character is a reference to the 1955 film It Came from Beneath the Sea, which features a similar six-armed creature created by — guess who? — Ray Harryhausen. The restaurant is going to be recreated in full in Monstropolis, and a deep-dive look at the concept art seems to reveal some hints at what we can expect from the eatery. Let’s begin with the food, which Disney has implied will be an upscale sushi-centric menu that will “add a unique new element to the park’s dining offerings.” When looking at the art, we can see what looks like authentic Japanese dishes that certainly look to be far from “typical” theme park fare. ©Disney That food will be “prepared” by a FULL-SIZE Animatronic rendition of the aforementioned six-armed sushi chef octopus. ©Disney Beyond the Animatronic, the restaurant’s decor will seemingly include authentic Japanese decorative elements. ©Disney Harryhausen’s will likely need to live up to the hype when Monstropolis opens, as the land’s highly anticipated headlining door coaster won’t be debuting along with it. Disney confirmed that the long-awaited coaster — which will take guests inside the Monsters, Inc. factory to ride through the film’s climactic door chase and see them lifted 40 feet into the air in four seconds. — won’t be ready in time for the land’s debut, similar to Rise of the Resistance opening after the debut of Galaxy’s Edge. ©Disney While it’s not clear when the coaster will debut, the version of Monstropolis that opens in 2027 will feature Harryhausen’s, as well as The Glob Theater and its “Welcome to Monstropolis” show, a presentation hosted by Mike and Sulley which will “introduce humans to Monstropolis.” Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza quick-service eatery, the Monsters University Alumni Club, and the Scareporium store will also open with the land. Welcome to Monstropolis Concept Art ©Disney The land’s larger theme will be built around “H.U.M.A.N. Day.” Short for “Humans Understand Monsters Are Nice,” Disney explains that through this event, which is “designed to introduce humans to life inside Monstropolis while helping monsters discover that humans are not so frightening after all,” humans are invited to “explore the city, meet its citizens, taste unique cuisine, and step into the everyday world of monsters in a totally new way.” ©Disney Monstropolis — including Harryhausen’s — is currently scheduled to open in 2027. 19. Cruising is already quite an expensive vacation, though we love it as much as the next person. What’s better than relaxing by a pool, drinking drinks that have already been prepaid, and getting to visit incredible destinations? To many, not much! Disney Magic Cruise Ship However, if you’re planning to cruise to Mexico soon, we knew things were going to get more expensive, and now they have. This isn’t the end of the price hikes, though — cruise prices with stops in Mexico have already doubled, and they’ll continue to increase in the coming years. According to FOX, August 1st began the steeper fee for foreign cruise passengers visiting Mexican ports. What was previously a $5 fee became a $10 fee, doubling the cost. This is due to a phased tax plan that Mexico now has in place, and it means that the increases won’t stop there. The fee will continue to increase, potentially hitting $21 per person by 2028. ©Disney — Disney Wish This fee can be collected by cruise lines or by cruise lines’ shipping agents, and it applies to travelers visiting numerous parts of Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel, and Costa Maya. Now, will this price increase drastically affect travelers? Likely not enough to deter potential cruisers from hopping on board, but it does mean updating your budget is important. It’s also another example of prices going up across the board for travelers, which can be frustrating. Disney Wish docked at Castaway Cay Previously, cruise passengers had been exempt from the immigration fee imposed on certain foreign travelers entering Mexico, but now that’s no longer the case. While the $10 charge is much less than what Mexico’s original plan was — which was roughly $42 per person — it still adds an additional fee to passengers that wasn’t there before. The $5 fee began on July 1st, 2025, after the Mexican government and the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) reached an agreement. Now, the price has increased to $10 as of August 1st, 2026, and the next increase will be to $15 on July 1st, 2027. Then, the price will increase to $21 on August 1st, 2028, and is currently planned to be in effect through September 30th, 2030. The charge is to protect cruise tourism while also supporting the Mexican communities that rely on visitors. More Recent Travel News! 21. Are you traveling to Disney World this month? September can be a great time to visit the parks because many kids are back in school, meaning you might see fewer crowds in the parks. 22. Well, things WERE slowing down in Disney World for a second there, but it seems Disney has decided to kick things up a notch again! New eats at the Turf Club Lounge It was a pretty even split between new closures announced this past week, as well as finally seeing certain spots open again, or taking large steps towards reopening. Are we devastated that we found out one of our favorite Disney Springs restaurants will soon be closing? Yes, but we’re also relieved that a popular mode of transportation also finally reopened at a Disney World hotel this past week, so again, it’s all about balance. While The Turf Club Bar & Grill just closed for refurbishment at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, the Turf Club Lounge reopened after being closed for months, and we can confirm that the new eats are a HIT! Herbed Grilled Chicken Sandwich Let’s take a look at all of the current closures in Disney World from September 4th through 11th. Magic Kingdom Carousel of Progress Carousel of Progress closed on July 6th to undergo a major refurbishment. The work will include completely revamping the scenes in the attraction to make them more modern and represent more recent parts of history, as well as adding a new Walt Disney animatronic at the opening. ©Disney Currently, the attraction is set to reopen in 2027, though no official date has been set yet. Liberty Square Riverboat and Tom Sawyer Island An iconic part of the Magic Kingdom is now permanently closed. As of July 7th, 2025, the Rivers of America, including the Liberty Square Riverboat and Tom Sawyer Island, are permanently closed to make way for the new Cars area, Piston Peak. There are lots of construction walls up in the area now, and the structures on Tom Sawyer Island have been demolished. Most recently, we saw a new addition to one of the old boat docks, as a shed-like structure has now been added to the boat dock near Memento Mori. A new building? Piston Peak National Park will be replacing this area of the Magic Kingdom. Disney has not yet announced an opening date for the new Cars area, but we do know it will feature two brand-new attractions and be themed to look like a National Park. CONFIRMED: Disney World’s NEWEST Pop-Up Restaurant Will Be Available During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Disney’s Hollywood Studios Vacation Fun Disney announced that Vacation Fun will be closing for the second time this year on Sunday, August 9th. So far, no reopening date has been announced, but the area is currently being used as an Annual Passholder magnet distribution site through September 24th, so it’s likely the closure will at least last through then. Vacation Fun The first time this attraction closed this year was on April 29th for a special May 4th Star Wars merchandise event. (Parts of) Animation Courtyard Animation Courtyard closed on September 25th, 2025, to make way for Walt Disney Studios. The courtyard area, new Disney Jr. show, and meet-and-greet station for Sofia the First and SuperKitties officially opened on May 26th. Star Wars Launch Bay will be turned into The Magic of Disney Animation. This attraction will have you interacting and exploring with this fun take on Disney Animation headquarters, complete with the return of the Sorcerer Mickey hat! The Magic of Disney Animation in Walt Disney Studios This area will also feature a new Drawn to Wonderland indoor play area that we can’t wait to see! Now, we know the rest of The Walt Disney Studios will open on September 14th. Muppets Courtyard Muppet*Vision 3D and PizzeRizzo closed on June 8th, 2025, and Muppets Courtyard has been walled off for construction on the new Monsters, Inc. land. Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano has been closed since May 11th, 2025. Most recently, Disney released new information about Monstropolis, saying that “Monstropolis — the monster city now powered by laughter — is getting ready to give humans a glimpse of what’s been hidden from their world for generations. Which raises an interesting question: if humans were never meant to enter the monster world … why are the doors finally opening to us?” We’re going to walk down this street one day! We’ll get to explore their world during H.U.M.A.N. Day, or “Humans Understand Monsters Are Nice” Day, with Disney continuing to say, “Human guests will have the chance to explore the city, meet its citizens, taste unique cuisine, and step into the everyday world of monsters in a totally new way. For the first time, two worlds once separated are meeting face to scaly, furry, and fang-filled face – brought together not by screams, but by laughter.” ©Disney It’s also been fully confirmed that Harryhausen’s will be one of the restaurants in the new land, in addition to Archie’s Square Pig Pizza. Most recently, we got a behind-the-scenes look at what Imagineers are working on behind the walls, and it’s got us even MORE excited for the new land! ©Disney If you’re missing The Muppets, you can go visit them at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets right now! This Disney World Ride Closure Has Us UPSET EPCOT La Signature La Signature, one of the stores located in the France Pavilion, closed for refurbishment on June 30th. La Signature closed The store specializes in French cosmetics and fragrances from Guerlain. During the closure, if you’re looking to buy Guerlain products, they’ll be temporarily available at the nearby Plume Et Palette. Sections of Germany Pavilion On July 13th, both the guest bathrooms in the Germany Pavilion and the majority of the Volkskunst store in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion closed for refurbishment. The roof of Das Kaufhaus is also under refurbishment. Totally closed While a Cast Member did tell us the store closure was to fix the Cast Member bathrooms out of sight, Disney has not revealed a reopening date for the store or the public bathrooms. Other parts of the pavilion are also seeing construction and refurbishment, but are not causing additional closures. Was A Year Worth The Wait? A Popular EPCOT Ride Has CHANGED Disney’s Animal Kingdom DinoLand, USA On February 2nd, DinoLand, USA, officially closed to make way for the new Tropical Americas land, Pueblo Esperanza. Most recently, we noticed that large cranes are in the area to adjust the roofs of existing buildings, likely to keep them in theme. Lots of work! We can also see lots of work happening at the front of the new Indiana Jones ride, Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent! Recently, we got a chance to see how the entrance of the new land is shaping up. Things are certainly looking great so far, and we’re thrilled it’s reached this stage! A new addition! This new land is shaping up nicely! It will have three new rides: El Carrusel de los Animalitos featuring classic Disney animals, Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent where you’ll explore a Mayan temple, and Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto that invites you into the Madrigals’ home. We can’t wait to continue to see how it all shapes up. When Will Everest CLOSE in Disney World? We Have a CLUE Disney World Hotels Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge There are numerous closures taking place around Animal Kingdom Lodge over the next few months that may affect your vacation. The Savanna at Animal Kingdom Lodge August 17th through October 9th: The main lobby and primary entrance will be closed. Check-in will move to the Palace Library during this time. September 28th through October 9th: The north side lobby corridor will be closed. During this time, the north side lobby elevators on the second floor and the outdoor terrace observation deck will be unavailable. October 26th through November 6th: The south side lobby corridor will be closed. During this time, Community Hall, Safari So Good Arcade, the laundry room, the Palace Library, lobby restrooms, and the outdoor terrace observation deck will be unavailable. Convention Center and El Centro Corridor — Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Beginning on August 10th, the Convention Center at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort began a planned refurbishment that is expected to last through September 2027. Coronado Springs Additionally, the hotel’s El Centro Corridor and surrounding areas will also undergo refurbishment tied to the convention center refurbishment. While there’s no end date for this construction project, we do know that work will be completed in phases, with certain spaces being temporarily inaccessible at times. Boat Dock — Disney’s Old Key West Resort Starting on July 20th, Disney closed the boat transportation at Old Key West Resort, called the Sassagoula River Cruise. These boats usually go to Disney Springs, so now you’ll need to take a bus instead. Old Key West Dock The closure was expected to last through early August, but we still haven’t heard any updates. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa This hotel has been undergoing refurbishments for quite some time now, but some sections of the hotel — specifically the porte cochere — will continue to undergo refurbishment through at least early 2027. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort We certainly hope it’ll actually reopen on this timeline — we’re a little tired of seeing construction all over this beautiful hotel! Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Currently, work is taking place all over Bay Lake Tower through Late 2027. Bay Lake Tower While currently no major closures are taking place due to this construction, it’s important to note that you may see or hear construction during your stay. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort Currently, The Turf Club Bar & Grill is under refurbishment until mid-September, according to the original timeline Disney spoke about. The restaurant closed on August 31st, a day after the Turf Club Lounge reopened after being closed since April. The Turf Club Bar & Grill! Additionally, the tennis courts at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort are currently closed for refurbishment. While Disney hasn’t shared an exact reopening date, the current timeline is that they’ll be closed from late August through November 2026. Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Resort It was recently announced that the Village Green area of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn will be closed from August 10th through September 4th. This is an outdoor space where you can usually watch Movie Under The Stars, do yoga, attend arts and crafts classes, and more. Disney’s Boardwalk Inn The Promenade Fine Art Gallery closed its Disney’s BoardWalk location on October 20th, 2025. However, the Promenade Fine Art Gallery isn’t closing for good, and it will just be moving to a new location. Promenade Fine Art Gallery Disney filed permits for the BoardWalk titled “Project Amazon” and “Project Bubbles” earlier this year, and now that we have a bit more information on them, we’re thinking that this currently vacant spot could soon become the home of the new Basin on the BoardWalk store on its way! The shop will be rooted in the resort’s classic boardwalk heritage and will offer a sensory shopping experience that is described as “both timeless and distinctly new.” Jellyrolls — Disney’s BoardWalk Jellyrolls at Disney’s BoardWalk officially closed on April 19th, 2025. This entertainment venue has provided our team with countless memories, and we know many others are also sad to see it close. Jellyrolls had its final farewell performance on April 19th. 2025 and closed its doors forever on Disney’s BoardWalk. It was just recently revealed, though, that a new lounge will be coming to the BoardWalk! ©Disney The new lounge will be called Hurly-Burly and will be a “fun-filled afternoons and glamorous evenings inside a historic seaside theatre with a vibrant BoardWalk story that spans over a century.” Based on the concept art revealed, it’s looking like the former JellyRolls building would be the best fit for this spot, but we’re also waiting to see where the new quick-service restaurant announced for the BoardWalk will be going! 23. Disney Springs has seen so many closures in 2026. First, we said goodbye to Sprinkles Cupcakes, then came Francesca’s, Shore, and Johnston & Murphy. Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill was just added to the lineup, and now we have ANOTHER closure to add to the list. French Toast Churro We’re regulars at Sunshine Churros, a churro cart with two locations in Disney Springs. But it’s time to say goodbye to these unique churros, because the Disney Springs locations are permanently closing soon! We stopped by Sunshine Churros for a snack, and a Cast Member told us that today, September 5th, 2026, is the final day of operation for both Disney Springs locations! Sunshine Churros Sunshine Churros is known for churros with a unique twist. Instead of churros with a traditional cinnamon sugar topping, these desserts are topped with Pop Rocks, Dubai chocolate, and other fun flavor combinations. We’re going to miss their rotating Churro of the Month! Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Churro The Cast Member told us that they’re not sure what will replace the churro carts, and Disney hasn’t announced anything yet. Sunshine Churros is owned by the same company as Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs on the BoardWalk, so Sunshine Churros Cast Members will transfer there. Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs If you want your churro fix after the closure, there aren’t many unique churro varieties in Disney World, but you still have some options we’d recommend. The Mission Space Cart in EPCOT and Eight Spoon Cafe in Animal Kingdom both offer these Family Churros, a massive platter of 21 bite-sized churros served with sprinkles, chocolate, and caramel dipping sauces. Family Churros Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom offers churros with vanilla crema and coffee-flavored dipping sauces for a fun twist. Nomad Lounge Churros If you’ve tried both, Disney just announced a new Churro Overdrive, which includes cookies-and-cream mini churros topped with blue sugar and marshmallow. This will be available at Energy Bytes in Magic Kingdom. ©Disney You can always get a regular Disney churro at tons of locations across Disney World parks and resorts, but these are almost always plain cinnamon sugar served with chocolate syrup. Churro with Chocolate Sauce But you’ll need a park ticket for most of these alternatives, since Sunshine Churros is the only Disney Springs spot that serves churros! We’re hoping Disney Springs will get some churros after the Sunshine Churros closure, but Disney hasn’t announced anything yet. 25. Another Disney World holiday weekend has arrived, and you know what that means…CROWDS! Disney’s Hollywood Studios Everyone loves going to Disney when they have school and work off. The only problem is, everyone has school and work off. We’re currently in the middle of Labor Day weekend and had to make a trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to see what the crowds were looking like. You’re going to be as surprised as we were! When we got to Hollywood Studios, we were shocked to see the crowds…or the lack thereof. To our surprise, not only was it not crowded at all for a holiday weekend, but it didn’t even feel crowded for a normal Disney day! Where’s the crowd? Whether you were in Galaxy’s Edge, Sunset Boulevard, or Toy Story Land, the park felt like it does on a normal day. Not many crowds in Toy Story Land While there wasn’t much of a crowd at Hollywood Studios today, we’re expecting that there will be a big one on Monday, September 14th, which is when the new The Magic of Disney Animation exhibit opens. Disney Imagineering actually teased some of the MANY Easter Eggs that are inside one part of the exhibit! Crowds at the Animation Courtyard The Magic of Disney Animation is a brand-new experience coming to the park, and it draws its inspiration from the Disney short Once Upon A Studio. Disney said the new building will let guests into the studio, “as the animators have temporarily stepped away,” and beloved characters come to life and take over. ©Disney We’re really excited for the new experience to open at the park, and we’ll be taking you inside with us once it debuts. 27. If you’re in the mood for a Disney World sweet treat, one of our favorite spots is Vivoli il Gelato at Disney Springs. The place sells gelato and sorbet, but we bet you didn’t know they also have donuts! Chocolate Pistachio Bomboloni We’re big fans of specialty donuts, and a new one just dropped at a popular Disney World treat spot. It’s a new Bomboloni, which is an Italian donut that’s stuffed like a Boston Cream donut. Combine that with chocolate and pistachio, and that’s exactly why we went to Disney Springs as fast as possible! If you head over to Vivoli il Gelato, you can grab the new Chocolate Pistachio Bomboloni for $6.25. This is a thick, round fried pastry filled with pistachio cream and topped with chocolate icing and pistachio pieces. Chocolate Pistachio Bomboloni We thought the pastry itself felt a little stale, but it makes up for it with the flavors of the other ingredients! The pistachio cream is very generous, unlike some we’ve gotten from here before. It’s easily the strongest flavor here, and it also has a nice subtle saltiness and nutty flavor. This looks so tasty! The filling is a similar consistency to peanut butter, but doesn’t have the gritty interior of a traditional Dubai chocolate bar. The chocolate icing has a rich dark chocolate flavor that’s very much like donut icing. It’s not a very powerful flavor, which allows the pistachio flavors to really shine! This is so good! Unlike a Dubai chocolate bar, this doesn’t have a million textures being thrown at you. It’s soft and fluffy with a little crunch from the pistachio pieces. If you love the Dubai chocolate trend, you will LOVE this! It’s the best parts of the Dubai chocolate flavor. If you aren’t a fan of pistachio, though, maybe skip this one. You need to try this! You should definitely make a stop at Vivoli il Gelato if you’re looking for a treat while you’re at Disney Springs. If it’s not for this, there are a ton of other things you can grab here. 28. Pin Trading has been a massive part of Disney Parks culture for as long as we can remember. Tons of Disneygoers love to collect pins and trade with Cast Members and other guests. There’s a true thrill in building a collection of pins featuring your favorite Disney things. We love pin trading! Of course, with an activity this popular, you’re going to get a variety of different things. That could include how people pin trade, how people feel about certain methods of trading, or how traders may interact with each other. Recently, there’s been some buzz online about a certain trend at EPCOT that completely “sucks the fun” out of pin trading. As we mentioned before, when it comes to a popular activity like this at Disney World, you’re going to get many different thoughts, opinions, and feelings. What’s really been popping up on social media are guests’ thoughts on pin trading at EPCOT’s breezeway. Pin trading at EPCOT The breezeway is an unofficial hub where Disney pin trading enthusiasts gather to trade pins, show off their collections, and meet with fellow collectors and enthusiasts. It’s located right between Connections Cafe and the Creations Shop. As cool as it is for fans to come together like this for just the love of a tradition, it has sparked a lot of controversy lately. Especially coming after a busy day when EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival kicked off. Pin trading at EPCOT Some Disney guests have been vocally upset about interactions they’ve had with the traders at the breezeway. We’ve seen comments online about traders at the breezeway being rude to guests looking to trade with them. This looked like refusing to trade because pins were “not valuable” or asking guests to go buy something they want (like clothing) and use that to trade for a pin. Trading at breezeway You can see some of these stories in the comments of a TikTok video that was posted by @abigailfaithfoster. In fact, @abigailfaithfoster mentioned in the caption of her post that another guest refused to trade with her because she didn’t know the prices her pins were going for on eBay. You can check out the post below! We’ve also seen complaints about the space that is taken up to make this gathering happen. The breezeway can get pretty crowded, and it can get chaotic when trading is taking place. After all, it is between the most popular quick-service restaurant at EPCOT (Connections Cafe) and the most popular store in EPCOT (Creations Shop), while also being a pathway to the most popular ride at EPCOT (Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind). Not to mention, Club Cool is also there! It can get crowded! We saw someone point out in the comments on the TikTok above that it’s “not even completely about them being rude or nice. It’s also the fact that they take up every single table and bench. It was pouring rain, and I had food and didn’t want to sit inside because it was cold, but I couldn’t sit in the [breezeway] because they had all their pins there. It’s inconsiderate imo.” Trading at breezeway It’s important to remember that everyone’s experience is different! You’re going to have bad interactions, and you’re going to have great interactions. Some people have a problem with this pin trading trend, while others absolutely adore it.
