  2. When it comes to traveling, one of the biggest headaches is airport security. You have to dump your water bottle, wait in line, take everything out of your bag, remove your shoes, and hope everything goes smoothly. MCO TSA Precheck The Transportation Security Administration announced a new screening called TSA Gold+ that would provide seamless, secure, and efficient screenings. It was announced back in May, but after a three-month trial, it’s already ending! When it was first announced, the TSA said that TSA Gold+ is a “new public-private partnership aimed at modernizing aviation security at select airports across the United States. TSA Gold+ will pair the Screening Partnership Program with TSA’s innovation authorities to enable cutting-edge aviation security solutions.” TSA Gold+ would privatize airport security and modernize screening for travelers. MCO Airport Security TSA just announced plans to replace Gold+ with a new evolved Screening Partnership Program to “better harness the role of the private sector in delivering a safer, more secure, and more efficient aviation system.” The goal is to “modernize TSA’s checkpoints, elevate the traveler experience, and harden multi-modal transportation security.” Security at MCO The new strategy also involves “enhancing TSA PreCheck, improving the passenger experience, streamlining the acquisition of new technology, expanding TSA’s capabilities to counter the threat of unmanned aircraft systems and advancing other key priorities,” TSA said in the press release. MCO Airport TSA Additionally, the Tampa Airport, which trialed TSA Gold+ back in May, has officially ended the program. The airport will continue checkpoint screening operations with its existing TSA officers. “Opting in allowed TPA officials to learn about program details and provisions, including security, workforce, technology, financial, and legal considerations, before moving forward,” the airport said in a statement. “The airport conducted an extensive review and evaluation over several months, which resulted in its decision to keep screening operations exclusively with the TSA, and not adopt the Gold+ model.” ©Tampa International Airport We’ll be sure to keep you updated on these new security measures. 5. When we’re at Disney World, some of our favorite things to do are ride Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Hollywood Studios, mourn the Galactic Starcruiser in Galaxy’s Edge, ride EPCOT‘s iconic golf ball Spaceship Earth, and even hop on over to Animal Kingdom to get a sneak peek of the new Tropical Americas land. Cinderella Castle But we might have to change our plans for our next park day, because Disney just filed new construction permits for Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, AND EPCOT! Even though Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets just opened, Disney filed a new Notice of Commencement permit for the ride. This permit is to “provide labor, material, and/or electrical for construction,” but it’s currently unclear what said construction will be. The contractor is Buena Vista Construction Company, which is Disney’s in-house general contractor and construction organization. While the project specifics are being kept internal, the ride will likely see some maintenance or updates until the permit expires on August 25th, 2027. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets Another construction permit was filed next door for the former site of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel. The Halcyon starship is currently being transformed into office space for Disney Imagineers, and Disney just renewed a general construction permit filed earlier this year to last until 2027. Via @bioreconstruct on Instagram Over at EPCOT, Spaceship Earth is getting some updates. But before you get excited, it’s not for the refurb announced at D23! Spaceship Earth is getting new signage. A permit like this usually involves replacing older signs and installing identical ones overnight, so you can still ride our grand and miraculous spaceship before it gets a new look. EPCOT’s Spaceship Earth And if you’re going wild over the Tropical Americas, this new Encanto ride permit is for you. Disney is planning new general construction for Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto. The contractor is InterAmerica Stage, which specializes in stage rigging, stage machinery, and specialty theatrical equipment. This means that the ride could be getting lighting and special effects soon! ©Disney We’ll keep you updated on more construction coming to Disney as it’s quietly announced. 6. We know you probably groaned a bit reading the title, considering there are already so many closures around Disney World right now, but yes, another one is being added to the list. The Turf Club Bar & Grill Disney World is currently in the midst of some pretty massive construction projects all over the resort. While some of the biggest projects are in the parks, there are numerous projects happening around the Disney World hotels as well. At some, it’s cosmetic work, making the hotel look as beautiful as can be, but at others, there are closures taking place to allow for refurbishments. If you’re heading to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, there’s a restaurant closure happening this week that you need to know about. Turf Club Bar & Grill has been far from one of the top-rated restaurants in Disney World for a LONG time. In fact, it ranks last on a lot of our lists, and so we were excited to hear about the refurbishment, hoping Disney will finally fix what’s wrong with this currently “meh” spot. The lounge connected to the restaurant, Turf Club Lounge, has been closed for refurbishment since late April, but will be reopening on August 30th, just a day before the restaurant is scheduled to close. Turf Club Lounge However, this is your reminder that the Turf Club Bar & Grill will close its doors for refurbishment on August 31st. Currently, Disney hasn’t listed a reopening date, so it’s unclear when the refurbishment will be complete. Though, if Disney sticks with their originally announced schedule from March, the restaurant should open back up in mid-September. The Turf Club Bar and Grill It’s also important to note that from early to mid-August, the Turf Club patio has been closed as well. This means that, by the time this is all complete, the entire restaurant area will have gotten a refresh. Now, will things actually look different, and will the menu change? While we don’t know if the menus will change, we’re excited for its reopening to see what’s new! 7. After a four-year absence, this booth at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has made its comeback, and we’re here to dish the details! 2026 booth The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is now underway, and there’s no shortage of things to experience. You’ll find numerous booths serving up delicious eats, plenty of merchandise to snag (naturally), and even live concerts to enjoy. But no need to feel overwhelmed — we’ve got all the essentials covered for you. Right now, we’re zeroing in on one particular location — the Hops and Barley Booth — to bring you the complete rundown! So, is it worth checking out? Let’s dive in! Menu Over at the Hops & Barley Booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. There are two returning festival favorites here, including Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll and the Freshly Baked Chocolate Pudding Cake. There is also a new Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt. There are a few new beers here you can try, including Harpoon Brewery Southie Lager and Allagash Brewing Company Haunted House Hoppy Dark Ale. 2026 Hops & Barley Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll with Warm-Water Lobster, Rock Shrimp, Lobster Bisque, and Sherry-Crème Fraîche on a Toasted Brioche Bun for $8.99. This item is one of the 30th Anniversary Legacy Items. In 2025, this item was at the Flavors of America booth and it was INCREDIBLE! It was so perfectly meaty, with an amazing amount of lobster for the price. The shrimp was also incredible, and the lobster bisque was herbaceous. Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll This year, the bun was the star, as was the butter on the side! The bread was so fluffy and soft, and the butter helped balance out the fishy taste of the seafood filling. Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll Next, we grabbed the new Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt for $6.49. This is a Chopped Smoked Brisket, Caramelized Onions, Tangy Barbecue, and Cheddar Sauce on a Potato Roll. Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt Finally, for dessert, we tried the returning Freshly Baked Chocolate Pudding Cake with Kentucky Bourbon Caramel for $4.99. This item was also at the Flavors of America booth in 2025, and we loved it then! We thought that the cake is really dense and super chocolatey while being rich in flavor. Freshly Baked Chocolate Pudding Cake This year it was SO rich and had a delightful gooey center that oozed out when you cut into it. The outside had a sweeter and creamier milk chocolate flavor than the center filling, but the whole thing is a lava cake lover’s dream. Inside the cake! Between the ooey gooeyness of the chocolate cake and the melted butter with the sandwich, you’re going to need some napkins for this booth! Maybe do these eats at a table? Now, time for the drinks! Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the new Harpoon Brewery Southie Lager from Boston for $6.00 for a 6 oz pour, or you can get a 12 oz pour for $9.75. We thought this was strong and alcohol-forward from the first sip, with a pronounced and bitter pine taste that was quite earthy. There’s a smidge of fruitiness to balance, but not much. Harpoon Brewery Southie Lager You can also grab a Samuel Adams Boston Brick Red Irish Red Ale from Boston, MA. You can get a 6 oz pour for $6.00 or 12 oz pour for $9.75. This wasn’t quite as strong as the Lager, but it was still noticeably alcohol-forward. It leaned into apple notes and was smoother and easier to drink, as it was the least bitter of the three. Sam Adams Bright Red Irish Ale There is also the new Allagash Brewing Company Haunted House Hoppy Dark Ale, Portland, ME, $6.00 to $9.75. It was also quite strong, and it’s a darker ale with a decent amount of bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. This has the deepest and most robust flavor profile. Allagash Brewing Company Haunted House Hoppy Dark Ale You can try all three beers for $12.75 with a Beer Flight. Beer flight That’s all for this booth, how did it stack up? 8. Cheers, friends! It’s time for some Shimmering Sips at the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Shimmering Sips 2026 The Shimmering Sips Festival Marketplace is a personal favorite of mine amongst all of the Festival Marketplaces. After all, it’s home to the Festival’s Mimosa Flight! If the Strawberry Champagne Trifle is as sugary as last year’s recipe, this is most likely a skip unless you really have a sweet tooth. So as we bring you our reviews of every Food Booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, we hope you’ll join us for some bubbly at Shimmering Sips! Menu The Shimmering Sips menu showcases all returning items this year. As you’ve already surmised, we’re pretty big fans of the Mimosa Flight, which features three beverages: Berry, Blood Orange, and Tropical. Oh, one more thing… if you plan to participate in the Festival’s Cheese Crawl, Emile’s Fromage Montage, Shimmering Sips is the spot where you’ll pick up your completer prize! Finisher Prize Now let’s get to the sweets and sips. 2026 Shimmering Sips Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s actually try the treats and drinks! Eats In 2025, we sampled the Strawberry Champagne Trifle. This plant-based treat costs $5.79. In 2025, this dessert was VERY sugary and somewhat overly sweet. This year, we were all about it! It was such a fun dessert — creamy, uniquely cool (not quite like ice cream), and not like anything you can get at most places. This dessert really stood out this year. The champagne’s texture was like a thick, sparkly liquid with a cooling effect that had its own effervescence. Creamy with lots of fresh strawberries and an added crunch on top, it’s easy to admit that this was such a well-balanced dessert. This was one of our favorite plant-based offerings anywhere at EPCOT during the festival! Strawberry Champagne Trifle As we previously mentioned, you can get Emile’s Fromage Montage Completer Prize here once you complete the Festival’s Cheese Crawl. This dessert is a mix of key lime DOLE Whip with cheesecake soft serve, and this rocks! We’re kind of bummed you can only get it as a completer prize, to be honest. These two flavors combined work so unbelievably well, masking each other’s flaws while highlighting their strengths. Emile’s Fromage Montage Finisher Prize The tartness and sweetness create a really pleasant symphony, and it makes the Cheese Crawl even more worth it. Drinks Did we mention the returning Mimosa Flight a few times already? Well, you’re about to see why it typically earns a spot on our Best of the Fest list. The trio of sparkling drinks boasts a Berry Mimosa, a Blood Orange Mimosa, and a Tropical Mimosa. The Flight costs $15.00, or you can choose any individual Mimosa for $7.75. Mimosa Flight The Berry Mimosa features La Gioiosa Berry Fizz and white cranberry juice. This mimosa was the best-balanced of the three, offering a bit more subtlety when it comes to tartness and sweetness. There are bold berry flavors with this one. Berry Mimosa The Blood Orange Mimosa is made with sparkling wine and blood orange juice. This mimosa is on the tart side, but it has bright acidic flavors and great citrus tones that we really enjoyed. Blood Orange Mimosa And finally, the Tropical Mimosa features sparkling wine and Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice. Yep, that’s POG JUICE and WINE! This really leans into the tropical sweetness aspect, and it’s super delicious. Tropical Mimosa All three of these mimosas were awesome! They perfectly balanced the juice and champagne, and it’s really cool that the cups this year are like little souvenirs. OVERALL Shimmering Sips is usually great, and this year is no different. This is the booth to go to if you are looking for a fun twist on a classic mimosa. The flight is a great option for those looking for a familiar type of alcoholic drink at the festival, and if you love mimosas, this will be a home run for you. The Strawberry Champagne Trifle really stepped up this year, and the drinks were fantastic. We’re happy to report that Shimmering Sips is 100% worth a visit! 10. CHEESE TIME!!! Food & Wine Festival The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival brings a lot of great things to Disney World, including tons and tons of food, stunning live entertainment, and a dedicated cheese crawl that is literally the experience of our dreams. If you’re someone who never says stop to the Olive Garden server dumping cheese on your pasta, then listen up because you’re going to be just as obsessed with us. The festival runs till November 21st, and you can enjoy Emile’s Fromage Montage all festival long, but you’ll want to keep an eye on the menus since some food isn’t available for the full dates. You’ll want to start by picking up a handy-dandy passport that lists all the food you can grab during the festival, but, most importantly, the snacks that are part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. You can typically find them with the little cheese symbol next to the titles. Emile’s Fromage Montage In the back of your passport, you’ll find a blank stamp page, and after you purchase one of the cheese-based items, you can get a stamp from the Cast Member at the register. When you fill the stamp page, you get a prize, redeemable at the Shimmering Sips booth. 2026 Shimmering Sips Menu Not every dish is available throughout the festival, but there are quite a few options to choose from. Don’t worry, there are some that you can grab throughout the whole festival, though! You can grab Schinkennudeln, a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese, at the Germany booth. Schinkennudeln You can also grab the Basque Cheesecake with orange sauce at the Spain booth. Basque Cheesecake A classic is the Griddled Cheese with pistachios and honey at the Greece booth. Griddled Cheese Don’t forget the Pão de Queijo, Brazilian cheese bread, which you can grab at the Brazil booth. Pão de Queijo Another cheesecake option is the Pineapple Cheesecake with passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts at the Hawai’i booth. Pineapple Cheesecake Finally, you can snag the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline at Forest & Field. Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli Some other dishes that have different opening dates include: Selection of Cheeses at The Wedge at CommuniCore Hall from September 18th to November 8th ©Disney Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese at The Wedge at CommuniCore Hall from September 18th to November 8th ©Disney Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese at The Wedge at CommuniCore Hall from September 18th to November 8th ©Disney Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese at The Wedge at CommuniCore Hall from September 18th to November 8th ©Disney Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle at Festival Favorites starting on September 9th ©Disney Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib at Earth Eats starting October 2nd ©Disney Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese at The Alps starting October 2nd ©Disney Tartiflette at The Alps starting October 2nd ©Disney Now, we like to try different food items to collect our stamps, but that isn’t required. You can fill the page with the same item five times, if you’d like! You also don’t have to finish it in one day; as long as you bring your passport, you can keep it going for every visit. At the end, you can head to the Shimmering Sips food booth with your passport to grab your prize. This year, the prize is a mix of Key Lime Dole Whip with cheesecake soft serve. This was our favorite completer prize to date, as the flavors just blend and balance each other perfectly — the tartness of the lime with the sweetness of the cheesecake. You also get to take home the adorable themed cup the soft serve comes in. Seriously, we love this SO much that we’re upset that we can’t just order it on its own! Finisher Prize We’re bringing you all the details you need to know before heading to the festival yourself, so make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more tips and tricks to have the best visit ever. 11. We came. We saw. We conquered. And we ate…a lot. Yes, we’ve just finished the first day of the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, and we did EVERYTHING there was to do and saw everything there was to see. EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Passport Of course, we also ate everything there was to eat! Now that all our reviews are in, we’re going to give you a full list of our faves, aka everything you need to try at the festival. New Bests! One of our favorite things to do is try new food at the festival, and this year brought us some new faves that we HAVE to tell you about. Paleta de Moras — Mexico Check out the new Paleta de Moras for $7.00. This is a Berry Ice Pop filled with Sweetened Condensed Milk topped with Chili-Lime Seasoning. Paleta de Moras The berries were fresh, and this was so refreshing. We also found that this tasted more like natural fruit rather than a ton of sugar, which we really appreciated. And the seasoning on top created the most interesting flavor combo that was SO delicious! The most interesting part of this had to be the condensed milk in the center, which was so creamy and created an amazing flavor combination, and more fun than a normal popsicle. Paleta de Moras Croquetas de Jamón — Spain We grabbed the NEW Croquetas de Jamón made with saffron Aïoli and Shaved Jamón Serrano for $6.99. Croquetas de Jamón These are so dang good that we’re going to need two servings. The breading on the outside is seasoned perfectly, with a great, crispy exterior that reflects the ideal fried texture. The inside had a balance of cheese and ham, and it’s absolutely creamy. There’s just enough acid to bring down the richness, and the microgreens add some nice herbaceous element. These were completely out of this world. Inside Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie — Tangierine Cafe You can wrap up your meal with a sweet treat — the new Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie for $4.29. This was basically a Dubai chocolate bar in cookie form. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie This center had a crunchy pistachio cream, and it was salty and nutty, giving an amazing contrast against the sweet chocolate cookie. The cookie itself was soft, and the pistachio pieces added a nice crunch while the strong pistachio flavor came from the filling. This is a MUST-try if you love pistachio, but a word of warning: it is quite messy, so grab some napkins. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie Seoul, South Korea: Bo Ssam Pork Poutine — La Poutinerie The specialty food item at La Poutinerie is the brand-new Seoul, South Korea Bo Ssam Pork Poutine! This dish is made with French Fries, Cheese Curds, Bo Ssam Pork, Gochujang Gravy, Kimchi Pickles, Aïoli, and Sesame for $11.99. Bo Ssam Pork Poutine This was absolutely delicious! The sauce was fairly spicy, but when you get it mixed with all the other things in the poutine, it wasn’t overly spicy. The creamy white sauce and the cheese curds really do help dial that heat back to create an awesome balance and a pleasant, peppery spice. This was absolutely delicious Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings — Gyozas of the Galaxy The first new item to try is the Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings. These are Chicken Dumplings with Basil Pesto, Fonduta, Tomato Confit, and Balsamic for $5.99. Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings The dumplings themselves are firm with a strong bite. The basil pesto gives the chicken dumplings a slight earthy tone and balances out the dish. But it’s the fonduta that really takes this thing away. The dumplings are covered in it, giving the dumplings a rich, cheesy flavor. If you don’t like tomatoes, don’t fear this dish, because we couldn’t taste them. It just adds to the firm texture of the dumplings and gives it a little sweetness. Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings Wiener Schnitzel — Germany Check out the brand new Wiener Schnitzel! This is made with a breaded veal cutlet featuring HEINZ Brauhaus Mustard, Warm Yukon Gold Potato Salad, Bacon, Watercress-Radish Salad, and Lemon, all for $7.29. Wiener Schnitzel This was absolutely incredible, and we are obsessed! It was so crispy and thin, and the veal was not dry at all. The mustard was super tangy and really flavorful, adding the perfect kick without overwhelming the dish. The light salad complemented the heaviness of this dish really well. The potatoes were soft without being mushy, and overall, this was one of our favorite items we tried all day. Wiener Schnitzel Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen — Connections Eatery If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat at the Eatery, you’ll find the new Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen for $6.49. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen This was — hands-down — one of the best things we tried at the Festival! It tasted like a cake that your grandma would make, and then just throw caramel apple in the middle, topped with whipped cream. This really didn’t give us cheesecake vibes, but rather a fluffy, thick, vanilla cake that had multiple layers to it. It is pretty filling, but it is also really good. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen Returning Bests Of course, we also have the old favorites that we are always going to order when they’re available. Brioche aux Épices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages — France The Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages is returning this year. This is a spiced brioche with a three-cheese mornay filling for $8.95. Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages The brioche was extremely soft and fluffy, and the spice from both the brioche and the cheese made it feel like a higher quality item. The cheese was super creamy and almost reminded us of the beloved Cheddar Bacon Soup in Canada. The ratio of cheese to bread you get in this item is absolutely worth it! Stacked! Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli — Forest & Field Returning to Forest & Field is the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline. This is part of Emile’s Fromage Montage and is $5.49. Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli Last year, we found these to be incredibly tender, with some nice caramelization from the butter topping, and this year is exactly the same! The ravioli is very soft and savory, which makes it satisfying to eat. Be sure to get some cheese and pomegranates with each bite because they just make the dish so much better! It’s absolutely a “Best of the Fest!” Very good Pão de Queijo — Brazil We knew this one wasn’t going anywhere. The Pão de Queijo, or Brazilian Cheese Bread, returns for $5.19. It’s also one of the festival’s 30th Anniversary Legacy Items and counts toward Emile’s Fromage Montage. Pão de Queijo They’re just as wonderful as always! These are yet again a best of the fest dish for us — fluffy, cheesy, and gooey deliciousness wrapped up in a bite-sized treat. We love them. We’re obsessed with them. Pão de Queijo Freshly Baked Carrot Cake — Milled & Mulled The Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing has had a few different homes at the Food and Wine Festival. No matter where it lands, it usually winds up on our Best of the Fest list, and we’re glad to see it at Milled and Mulled this year for only $4.99. Freshly Baked Carrot Cake This carrot cake is so moist. We thought it had the perfect amount of walnuts and carrot pieces inside of the cake. Not so much that it affects the texture too much. For anyone who really enjoys carrot cake, this has got to be a must-do. The thing that knocks this one out of the park is that the glaze over the top is perfectly sweet, and the carrot cake itself doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of sweetness. Delicious! Teriyaki Chicken Bun — Japan Returning this year is the Teriyaki Chicken Bun. This is a Steamed Bun filled with Minced Chicken, Vegetables, and Teriyaki Sauce for $8.00. Teriyaki Chicken Bun We thought it was the most palate-friendly and great for those who are looking for familiar flavors. The inside was flavorful and savory, and the bun was as soft as a cloud. Teriyaki Chicken Bun Smoked Corned Beef — Flavors from Fire Returning to Flavors from Fire is the Smoked Corned Beef with house-made potato chips, cheese curds, pickled onions, and beer cheese fondue for $6.49. Smoked Corned Beef This tends to be a favorite of the festival, and when we had it again in 2025, we thought it was still impressive! The tender, flavorful corned beef is served atop house-made potato chips with a subtle hint of barbecue. Pickled onions and cheese curds add extra texture, while a drizzle of beer cheese fondue ties everything together. The result is an indulgent, loaded bite that’s rich and satisfying without feeling overwhelming. Smoked Corned Beef Roasted Lamb Chop — Australia The Roasted Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto and Crushed Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips costs $8.79 this year. Roasted Lamb Chop Yes, those are crushed salt and vinegar potato chips on a lamb chop. No, we aren’t interested in hearing objections until you’ve tried it. Last year’s version was one of the biggest winners at this booth. Our chop was thick and juicy, while those crushed chips brought crunch, salt, and a sharp vinegar tang that worked ridiculously well with the meat. The mint pesto added a fresh herbal note that kept the whole thing from becoming too heavy. Our particular serving in 2025 was slightly overcooked and therefore a little chewier than we’d have liked, but we still called it a must-order. This dish has also landed on our Best of the Fest lists in previous years. Roasted Lamb Chop Cheddar and Bacon Soup — Canada So the Cheddar and Bacon Soup, which has been a longtime favorite, hit a bit differently than when we’ve had it on those hot and sunny days. For $6.29, this Festival Legacy Item is served with a Pretzel Roll. Cheddar and Bacon Soup It’s that classic soup with the smoky bacon flavor and just LOTS of creamy and cheesy deliciousness. ALL the Cheese. The pretzel roll, though, was a little tough. But then again, it did get a little softer once the rain hit…well…soggy. Just dip it in the soup, and it’s perfect. Pretzel Bread Canadian Filet Mignon — Canada One of the Legacy Items this year is the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes. For $10.49, this is one of the pricier items at the Festival, so it’s especially good for Disney Dining Plan participants to know that it — like the Cheddar and Bacon Soup — is eligible for a snack credit. Filet Mignon The filet mignon is delicious, as always, but be warned that ours was medium-rare, so if you like your meat more done than that, you’ve been warned. It has a ton of flavor with a lovely crust. The mushrooms are also a nice addition. The potatoes are also flavorful, well-seasoned, creamy, and delicious. So good Schinkennudeln — Germany The Schinkennudeln is back this year for $5.29. It’s a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese, and it’s both a 30th Anniversary item AND part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. Schinkennudeln This year, we thought it was really good! The noodles were cooked really well and absorbed all of the creamy and cheesy flavors. This dish really is a cheese lover’s dream! There was so much cheese on top that it melted into the entire dish so well. While we thought the ham had a good flavor, it was hidden behind all the cheese; that being said, when we could taste the ham, it added a nice saltiness to the dish. Schinkennudeln South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse — Refreshment Outpost The South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse returns for $6.29! This year’s version is a mousse covered with white chocolate ganache and garnished with chocolate-covered popping candy. South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse There was a lot of chocolate going on in this dish. First off, the chocolate popping candy surprised us with how much they popped and the length of time the popping continued. Then the mousse itself is on top of the dish, and word of warning: ours melted before we got to taste it, giving it a melted ice cream consistency. The bottom is like a soft chocolate cookie, and then it is topped with a moist chocolate cake. This dish is a dream for chocolate lovers craving a lighter dessert. It was a good size but didn’t feel super heavy with the soft cookie and mousse on top. South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse Slow-roasted Pork Slider — Hawai’i One thing we tried was the Slow-roasted Pork Slider with sweet-and-sour chutney featuring DOLE Pineapple and spicy mayonnaise. This was a staple of the festival for many years, and it has returned as a 30th Anniversary legacy item for $5.99. Slow-roasted Pork Slider The pork on the slider was tender and juicy. It was packed with lots of good flavor. The spicy mayonnaise isn’t spicy at all, but it’s a nice addition, allowing it to elevate the flavor of the slider. The sweet and sour chutney with the pineapple gives it a little bit of sweetness, which we really loved. Slow-roasted Pork Slider Hawaiian Rice Bowl — Hawai’i We also snagged the Hawaiian Rice Bowl, made with Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake. You can pick this up for $6.29. Last year this was one of our favorites, and we thought the flavors balanced perfectly. Hawaiian Rice Bowl Now we will be honest, we usually don’t love spam, but we look forward to this dish. Again, the spicy mayo isn’t that spicy. Don’t let the eel sauce scare you either — it’s not overly fishy in flavor. There’s good texture in this bowl with some crunch, and the flavors all work together nicely. We think this dish is filling and, for the price, is a great serving! This is a large portion! Basque Cheesecake — Spain The returning Basque Cheesecake is once again plated with orange sauce. This sweet treat costs $5.29 and is an eligible item for those participating in the Emile’s Fromage Montage Cheese Crawl. Basque Cheesecake This year was no different. It was creamy, melted in your mouth, and so light, airy, and full of that tart cheesecake flavor, with the classic heaviness of traditional cheesecake. The texture is so soft and pillowy, and the orange sauce is full of citrus flavor. Every bite is as good as the first, and you’re going to want your own slice not to share with anyone. The perfect bite BEST Booth of the FEST Okay, so one or two booths always stand out as the ones we know we’ll be returning to when we visit the festival next. These are the booths with several solid options, which makes them booths you need to add to your list. France This year, the honor went to the France Booth! Their returning dishes were once again our favorites, and if you’re trying to hit one booth with multiple options you know are going to hit, this could be the one. There are some items that everyone will enjoy, like the cheese brioche, but there’s also a little bit of adventure with the escargot. This booth is usually a hit 2026 France Booth CHECK OUT A FULL REVIEW OF THE FRANCE BOOTH HERE! Spain We do want to give a very special shoutout to the Spain Booth, too. While it didn’t win the official title of best, it was a very close runner-up with amazing food options — we just might head somewhere else for drinks. Spain 2026 CHECK OUT A FULL REVIEW OF THE SPAIN BOOTH HERE! Best of the Fest for Kids If you’ve got kiddos with you, there’s plenty for them to enjoy, too. Here’s what we think they’ll really love. Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake — Funnel Cake Stand The Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake is a Funnel Cake with Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Dark Chocolate Sauce, Cinnamon Streusel, and Powdered Sugar. It is priced at $12.50. Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake We loved that the pumpkin flavor was there, but it was more on the subtle side. You can definitely taste it, but it’s not going to be an overwhelming, in-your-face sort of flavor. The dark chocolate sauce helps cut some of the sweetness, and while we were looking for a bit more of the common flavor, we really enjoyed it overall and think it would be an easy one to share with the family. Melting ice cream – Funnel Cake Remy Milk Shake — Sunshine Seasons Returning this year is the Remy Milk Shake, a Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Shake topped with a cookie, mini cheesecake, white chocolate Eiffel Tower, and a strawberry for $11.49. Remy Shake When we checked out this shake in 2025, we found it to be SWEET! That may seem obvious for a milkshake, but this offering is exceptionally so, to the point that it felt like the sugar was coating our throat a bit (make sure to get a cup of water to wash it down). However, that doesn’t make the shake bad. In fact, those with a sweet tooth or a taste for strawberry milkshakes will probably think it’s a hidden gem of the festival. Remy Shake Yes, there is SO much to try at the festival, but you have until November 21st to try everything. So make a list, and get ready to do some GOOD eating (also, it might not be a bad idea to wear the stretchy pants). Trying to plan the PERFECT trip to the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival? 13. We are eating our way around the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and there is one food booth where Disney apparently looked at last year’s menu and said, “Yep. Keep it.” Australia We’re heading to the Australia food booth, located near Disney Traders. Australia has been part of the Food & Wine Festival lineup since 1997, and over the years, a few of its dishes have become genuine festival fixtures. This year, the entire food menu from 2025 is back, including one dish Disney has officially designated a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item. So, are the old favorites still worth precious stomach space when there are dozens of other booths competing for it? Let’s find out. Menu Over at the Australia food booth, this menu is going to look VERY familiar. The Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer returns with sweet-and-sour vegetables and coconut-chili sauce for $6.99. The Roasted Lamb Chop with mint pesto and crushed salt and vinegar potato chips is back for $8.79, and Disney has selected it as one of this year’s 30th Anniversary Legacy Items. Finally, the Mixed Berry Pavlova returns with a crunchy meringue shell, macerated berries, and whipped cream for $4.79. 2026 Australia Menu Those prices are also remarkably close to 2025. Last year, the shrimp was $7, the lamb chop was $8.75, and the pavlova was $4.75. So we’re talking about pennies of difference here, which is practically sorcery by Disney World standards. On the beverage side, Australia once again has three wines and a flight. We’ll get to those in a minute. Grab your fork. And perhaps several napkins. That lamb chop has plans for your shirt. Eats Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer First up is the Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer with Sweet-and-Sour Vegetables and Coconut-Chili Sauce for $6.99.This isn’t Australia’s first rodeo with the shrimp skewer. We essentially tried this same dish in 2025 and found that the coconut-chili sauce packed some legit heat. It wasn’t a tiny Disney “spicy” warning followed by absolutely nothing. That spice lingered. There was also some sweetness from the bushberry seasoning and plenty going on between the shrimp, vegetables, and sauce. Last year, we warned spice-averse eaters that this might not be their ideal festival pick. Grilled Bushberry-Spiced Shrimp Skewer The shrimp are cooked really well, but yeah, we’re loving that spicy coconut-chili sauce. Roasted Lamb Chop And now we arrive at an Australia booth institution. The Roasted Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto and Crushed Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips costs $8.79 this year. It has also been selected as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item, which feels appropriate, given that some variation of Australia’s lamb chop has been popping up at the festival for years. Yes, those are crushed salt and vinegar potato chips on a lamb chop. Roasted Lamb Chop So, Disney has given it Legacy Item status. Does the 2026 kitchen give it Legacy Item execution? The answer is YES. It’s so well-prepared and easy to enjoy. It’s tender and so flavorful with all the garlic and herbs. Even the potato chips on top are a winner. It’s meat with chips, and, well, we are SO this food’s target audience. Mixed Berry Pavlova Australia finishes its food menu with the Mixed Berry Pavlova, priced at $4.79. It features a crunchy meringue shell with macerated berries and whipped cream. And last year? This thing quietly walked away with our hearts. The crunchy meringue softened slightly where it met the berry juices, creating that crisp-chewy texture pavlova does so well. Tart berries helped cut through the sugar, and the whipped cream kept everything light enough that we weren’t immediately looking for the nearest EPCOT bench afterward. We called it the booth’s hidden gem and one of the sleeper hits of the festival. Mixed Berry Pavlova Well, this year, it’s still got it, although the meringue shell suffered from the humidity this year and was soft, rather than crunchy. The berries are fresh and sweet with a nice, light syrup around them. The lighty, airy whipped cream just sorta’ brings it all together. Drinks Wine remains the name of the game in Australia. You can choose from the Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier from Angaston for $6.50, Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc from Riverina for $6.50, or Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz from Upton Hills for $7.50. There’s also a Wine Flight for $7.50. Last year, we found the Yalumba Viognier fairly dry with floral notes and just a touch of sweetness. Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier The Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc leaned tart and acidic during our 2025 tasting, with noticeable apple flavors. We especially liked this one alongside the spicy shrimp skewer. Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc Finally, the Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz was the boldest of the bunch last year. It was dark, peppery, and our favorite pairing with the lamb chop. Fowles Wine Farm to Table Shiraz In 2025, the individual wines were listed at $6.50, while the flight cost $7.50. This year, the Shiraz alone has climbed to $7.50, making the flight look particularly tempting if you’re interested in trying several of them. OVERALL Australia came into 2026 with something to prove simply because it didn’t change much. The shrimp, lamb chop, and pavlova all return from 2025, and last year we were particularly impressed by the lamb and pavlova. With so many new dishes scattered throughout the Food & Wine Festival, a booth full of repeats needs those repeats to be REALLY good. And well, they are REALLY good. 14. The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially started, and we are HYPED to be here! 2026 Booth This year, we’ve got lots of food booths with tasty items, new merchandise to check out, and even concerts to enjoy. With that said, for this one, we’re focusing on fries — specifically festival fry offerings over at The Fry Basket booth. Let’s eat! Menu The Fry Basket is your go-to booth for fries, including both the beloved Fry Flight and the returning Adobo Yuca Fries. 2026 The Fry Basket Menu This year, the menu also has a new ale, as well as a returning Mule. Eats Let’s kick this off with the returning Adobo Yuca Fries, which are served with plant-based garlic-cilantro aïoli. This is a plant-based dish you can get for $5.79. Last year, they were delightfully thick, and the aioli gave them a nice kick. This year was just as good! VAMPIRES BEWARE! The one thing we do have to warn about is that this tasted incredibly garlic-heavy — and that’s an understatement. We couldn’t really taste any cilantro, so it was almost like eating straight-garlic fries. That could be positive for you, or it could be negative, depending on how you feel about garlic. Either way, you may want to have some gum handy for when you’re finished. Adobo Yuca Fries We also snagged the Fry Flight for $7.99. It comes with three different flavors of fries. Fry Flight 2026 We started with the plant-based Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries. In 2025, these plant-based fries were slightly tangy and very crispy. This year, we found them to be fairly standard. The malt vinegar wasn’t distributed evenly, but overall, we felt like these were pretty standard and reliably okay. Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries Next up were the Truffle-Parmesan Fries, and they were DELICIOUS. These are served with black garlic-truffle aïoli, and — again — they were pretty heavy on the garlic. Last year, the truffle had zing that paired excellently with the richness of the parmesan. You get a lot of that this year along with that general black truffle garlic that Disney uses on a lot of things — and we’re fans, so these fries certainly hit for us. Truffle-Parmesan Fries Finally, the flight also came with the Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with cinnamon-sugar, candied pecans, and marshmallow cream. They’re a little different than last year’s version, as they don’t have the bourbon maple syrup. These were probably our favorites, and if you dig sweet potato fries, these should satisfy. These also cater to people with a sweet tooth thanks to all that cinnamon-sugar, candied pecans, and marshmallow cream — so if you like your sweet potato fries plain, these may not do it for you. With that said, we absolutely adored these. Sweet Potato Casserole Fries We think the fry flight is a great shareable and will hit so many different tastes that most should be able to enjoy it. Fry Flight What about the drinks? Drinks The Boyd & Blair Grapefruit Mule is returning for $12.50, and in the past, we thought this was…fine. It tasted just like grapefruit, and while we enjoyed it, there wasn’t much going on. Still, it was refreshing! For grapefruit or vodka fans, it would probably be a good choice — it certainly packs a punch with the vodka! Boyd & Blair Grapefruit Mule in 2025 There’s also a new beverage, the Barrel of Monks Blood Orange Bliss Sour Ale. This is $6 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. OVERALL We’re happy to report that The Fry Basket REMAINS a top choice with great Festival options! Keep in mind that it can get pretty busy here, and our line to grab our treats was long. 15. Greetings from China (by way of Disney World!). Huānyíng to this beloved Festival Marketplace Food Booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. Full spread As our favorite EPCOT Festival of the year marks its 30th anniversary, it’s worth noting that China has been a part of the festivities since the event made its official debut in 1996. What’s new? And what’s changed? We’re here to find out as we bring you our full review. So please join us for noodles, dumplings, bao buns, and sips galore… It’s all waiting for you at the China Food Booth! Menu The food menu at the China Food Booth shines the spotlight on the new Dumplings Trio. It’s joined by the returning Smoked Duck Bao Bun and Beijing Zhajiang Noodles. 2026 China Booth Menu In keeping with tradition, the China Booth is serving up more than the usual amount of drinks, including the non-alcoholic Mango-Peach Bubble Tea. Cocktails include the returning Baijiu Punch, Hainan Prosperity, and the Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail. A new beer hits the scene this year: Honghe Rice Lager Draft Beer. Are you ready? Here we go… Eats We’re kicking things off with the new Dumplings Trio for $7.35. Disney has designated this dish as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item, and in honor of the occasion, it’s been “reimagined” for this year and given a new twist! The updated dish presents an assortment of pan-fried chicken, pork, and vegetable dumplings served with a house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce. Dumplings Trio The filling in all three dumplings is tender, finely minced, and flavored with ginger. Each dumpling is crispy and well-browned. The sauce is the star here; it’s sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy, but not enough to have a real kick. Dumplings Trio The Smoked Duck Bao Bun is back this year. For $8.25, it’s served with pickled cucumber, scallion, and hoisin sauce. Smoked Duck Bao Bun The bao bun is tender and soft. The duck in the middle is tender and a great portion size, so you get some meat in every bite. The cucumbers and scallions inside add some freshness and a crunch. The hoisin sauce is sweet and tangy, similar to barbecue sauce. Smoked Duck Bao Bun The Beijing Zhajiang Noodles are served with stir-fried minced beef, cucumber, chili, and carrots in a savory Douban Sauce. This returning item costs $8.50. Beijing Zhajiang Noodles The noodles are tender, and the spicy stir-fried minced beef is the most prominent flavor. The cucumber and carrot add a fresh element that toned down the spice, so it wasn’t too overpowering. We’d recommend stirring the noodles so you can get a bit of everything in one bite! Beijing Zhajiang Noodles And to wash it all down, China has plenty of options to pair with your dishes! Drinks The Mango-Peach Bubble Tea provides a non-alcoholic option at the China Booth. Green tea is flavored with mango and peach syrups, then finished with white boba for $7.95. Mango-Peach Bubble Tea The peach and mango syrups are the most prominent flavors here, so it’s super fruity and refreshing. The green tea is flavorful and a good base to complement the fruit flavors. The boba is chewy like a gummy, so this drink doubles as a snack! Mango-Peach Bubble Tea Baijiu Punch is back, as well! For $14.25, this cocktail features Baijiu Spirit with lychee syrup, soda water, and piña colada mix. Baijiu Punch The lychee in here is very strong, making it sweet and fruity, then you get a strong bite of the tangy piña colada. There’s a light floral note towards the end that made it really easy to drink! Baijiu Punch Hainan Prosperity returns, and it’s made with tequila, vodka, Minute Maid Orange Juice, and mango syrup for $14.25. Hainan Prosperity This light and fruity refresher offers a nice retreat from the heat, while the orange juice cuts through the sweetness of the mango for some balance. This easy-to-sip beverage pairs wonderfully with the noodles, by the way! The Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail is also back for $14.00. Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail Made with light rum, jasmine tea, and strawberry syrup, this drink leans heavily on the strawberry over any floral note you might anticipate from the jasmine tea. While it’s certainly enjoyable, it lacks complexity, essentially presenting like a strawberry slushy… albeit with a kick! Finally, new this year for beer drinkers is the Honghe Rice Lager Draft Beer from Littleton, NH. You can try 6 ounces for $6.00, or grab a 12-ounce for $10.75. OVERALL Overall, we enjoyed all of these menu items at the China booth for 2026. You really can’t go wrong with this great selection! The flavors are complex while still being approachable enough to be picky-eater approved. We’re already going back for seconds! 2026 China booth Thanks so much for joining us at the China Food Booth! 16. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back and better than ever, baby! 2026 booth We hope you’re hungry, because we’re taking you along with us to the Forest & Field booth. This booth was new to the festival in 2024, and now it’s back for its third year. What’s on the menu…and is it any good? Let’s find out! Menu This year, there are two returning food items and one new one, along with some returning beverages on the menu. The items here have heavy garden inspiration, hence the name! 2026 Forest & Field Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats Starting out our list is the brand-new Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili with Plant-based Sour Cream, Plant-based Cheddar, and Cornbread Croutons for $5.99. This is a plant-based dish. And when Disney says spicy, they mean SPICY! But with that being said, it is a solid chili; however, it does have an overwhelming chili flavor. Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili For example, the cheese, sour cream, and cornbread don’t balance the flavors out too much — they just help bring the chili flavor down when added. The cornbread on its own is delicious, and they added just the right amount to the dish! They’re soft and crumble in your mouth, but they aren’t dry at all! Overall, it was a very good dish! Chili Returning to Forest & Field is the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline. This is part of Emile’s Fromage Montage and is $5.49. Last year, we found these to be incredibly tender, with some nice caramelization from the butter topping, and this year is exactly the same! The ravioli is very soft and savory, which makes it satisfying to eat. Be sure to get some cheese and pomegranates with each bite because they just make the dish so much better! It’s absolutely a “Best of the Fest!” Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli Also returning this year is the Schiacciata Sandwich, made with mortadella, prosciutto ham, sun-dried peppers, arugula, stracciatella cheese, fall squash mostarda, and pistachio pesto on warm focaccia, all for $6.29. Everything on this sandwich is just the perfect amount because you can taste every aspect! Schiacciata Sandwich It’s very rich and flavorful, and the bread was toasted perfectly, with a nice crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. The dried pepper and arugula add a nice flavor, and every ingredient complemented each other nicely. Schiacciata Sandwich Now, on to the drinks! Drinks All three beverages on the menu here are returning to the festival. First, there’s the Brewery Ommegang All Hallows Treat Imperial Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. You can get a 6oz for $6 or a 12oz for $9.75. It has a very rich, dark chocolate taste with notes of peanut butter, and it almost reminded us of a drink you’d find during the Christmas season. This drink definitely isn’t for everyone, especially if you like more of a light flavor. It was also set to have a slightly sweet vanilla finish, but we didn’t get much of that. Brewery Ommegang All Hallows Treat Chocolate Peanut Butter Imperial Stout Also here is the Daou Vineyards Chardonnay for $6.50. When we tried it out in the past, we found it to be pretty dry, but lacking in a deep profile. Daou Vineyards Chardonnay The Famille Hugel Classic Pinot Noir for $7 is the last beverage on the list. It was quite light when we tried it last year, but it was lacking in richness of flavor, much like the Chardonnay. Famille Hugel Classic Pinot Noir So where does Forest & Field land for us this year? OVERALL Overall, we really enjoyed the items here at Forest and Field! The Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli continues to be a win for us year after year, and all of the other items we had impressed us! If you’re looking for hearty options, the Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili is a great option, and you can finish off your meal with the Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout, as it acts like more of a dessert! Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments below if you stop by this booth! 17. Somewhere in EPCOT, Disney is serving apple cider, sweet potatoes, squash, and an Old Fashioned while Central Florida is still sitting comfortably in the 90s. Why? Because Bramblewood Bites tends to serve food that feels more like an actual meal than a tiny festival snack. Full spread We’re back at Bramblewood Bites for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and this booth continues to operate as EPCOT’s little pocket of fall. You’ll find it along the walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion. The booth first joined the festival in 2024, and it has quickly become one of the places we watch each year closely. This year, two dishes we really enjoyed last year are back, and we’ve got a brand-new sweet potato creation that sounds suspiciously like Thanksgiving got dressed up for EPCOT. Let’s dig in! Menu Over at Bramblewood Bites, it’s once again all about cozy, autumn-inspired flavors. The Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin returns for $7.19. Also returning is the Cast Iron-seared River Trout for $7.29. And then we have something NEW. The Brûléed Sweet Potatoes with Dried Cranberries, Walnut Streusel, and Orange Goat Cheese joins the menu for 2026. This new dish replaces the Cast Iron-roasted Brussels Sprouts and Root Vegetables we had last year, which is bittersweet because we were BIG fans of those veggies. They had char, sweetness, tang, and enough going on that we didn’t remotely feel like we were eating Brussels sprouts out of obligation. No pressure, sweet potatoes. 2026 Bramblewood Bites Menu On the beverage side, the Spiced Apple Rum Old Fashioned with Boyd & Blair Rum returns for $12.50, while a NEW Crooked Can Brewing Company Banana Bread German-Style Wheat Beer joins the lineup. A 6-ounce pour costs $6, while a 12-ounce pour costs $9.75. So, this is a menu containing cider-brined pork, butternut squash, brûléed sweet potatoes, apple rum, and banana bread beer. Eats We have history with this one. The Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin with Chili-Apple Butter, Celeriac-Apple Slaw, and Apple Cider Gastrique returns for $7.19. Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin This isn’t simply a returning dish. The pork tenderloin has been one of Bramblewood Bites’ strongest performers for us in previous years, and it was a returning Best of the Fest item when we reviewed it last year. Last year’s pork was juicy with a nice char from the grill, which gave the outside just enough texture to contrast with the tender meat. We also liked how well the pork worked with the apple components, particularly the celeriac-apple slaw. Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin in 2025 There is a LOT of apple happening here between the chili-apple butter, slaw, and cider gastrique, but last year’s version managed to keep it from tasting like somebody dropped a pork tenderloin into an apple orchard and called lunch. The savory, smoky pork kept everything grounded. Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin in 2025 This year, the Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin featured tender, juicy pork topped with flaky sea salt. It’s served with a crisp apple slaw that added a fruity flavor while still keeping everything savory. Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin The Cast Iron-seared River Trout is also making a comeback after debuting at the booth in 2025. It costs $7.29 this year and comes with Vanilla-Butternut Squash Purée, Brussels Sprouts Salad, Candied Pecans, Spiced Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Cranberries, and Maple Dressing. Cast Iron-seared River Trout That ingredient list sounds like a fall farmers market was given one plate and told to figure it out. Fortunately, it worked last year. When we first tried the trout, we were impressed that the fish wasn’t overwhelmingly fishy. That’s an especially useful distinction at a festival where some guests may be hesitant to spend limited stomach space on seafood. Cast Iron-seared River Trout in 2025 The vanilla-butternut squash purée was one of our favorite parts of the dish. The Brussels sprouts, candied pecans, cranberries, and other toppings added some light sweetness and made this a more complex plate than your standard fish-and-sauce situation. There are a LOT of ingredients competing for attention here, though, which makes execution especially important. Cast Iron-seared River Trout in 2025 This year, the Cast Iron-seared River Trout had a great-sized trout that was meaty with crispy skin. The Brussels sprout salad had a stiff texture that was hard to chew, but the flavors were good. The sweet potato puree was the most prominent flavor, but it was ultra-sweet and didn’t pair well with the trout. Cast Iron-seared River Trout And now for the newcomer. The Brûléed Sweet Potatoes with Dried Cranberries, Walnut Streusel, and Orange Goat Cheese are brand-new for 2026. There is quite a bit going on in that description. Sweet potatoes already bring plenty of natural sweetness. Add dried cranberries and walnut streusel, and we’re moving firmly into Thanksgiving side dish territory. Then Disney throws orange goat cheese into the mix. That tangy cheese could be exactly what this dish needs to break up all that sweetness. Or we could end up with a dessert, side dish, and cheese plate trying to occupy the same paper tray. This is why we taste things. Brûléed Sweet Potatoes The sweet potatoes were well-cooked and had a crispy blackened skin. Unfortunately for us, our sweet potatoes didn’t have any brulee topping. The walnut, goat cheese, and sweet potato were all strong flavors and didn’t blend well together. Brûléed Sweet Potatoes Drinks Bramblewood Bites remains deeply committed to drinking autumn out of a plastic festival cup. Spiced Apple Rum Old Fashioned The Spiced Apple Rum Old Fashioned with Boyd & Blair Rum returns for $12.50. This is not a traditional Old Fashioned. Instead of the bourbon or rye you’d normally expect, this version uses rum. Last year’s version leaned sweeter, with the apple flavor taking center stage while the rum itself stayed relatively subdued. So if you’re ordering this expecting something spirit-forward, dark, and boozy, adjust those expectations accordingly. If you want apple and spice with a little rum tagging along? Now we’re talking. Spiced Apple Rum Old Fashioned with Boyd & Blair Rum This was much sweeter than a traditional Old Fashioned, and the maple was the most prominent flavor, followed by a strong rum. While this isn’t a traditional Old Fashioned for all the purists out there, it tasted like fall in a cocktail! Spiced Apple Rum Old Fashioned with Boyd & Blair Rum We’ve also got a brand-new beer this year. The Crooked Can Brewing Company Banana Bread German Style Wheat Beer costs $6 for a 6-ounce pour or $9.75 for 12 ounces. Last year, Bramblewood Bites served the 81Bay Brewing Co. Nitro Bananas Foster Cream Ale. That drink had an unmistakable banana flavor that we thought veered into banana-taffy territory. It was unusual, artificial-tasting, and definitely aimed at people who enjoy funky beers. Oddly enough, we appreciated it more the longer we drank it. The 2026 version is a completely different beer from a different brewery, but the banana baton has clearly been passed. A German-style wheat beer is also an interesting base for this flavor. Wheat beers can naturally produce banana-like notes from the yeast, so a “banana bread” version could potentially taste much more integrated than last year’s Bananas Foster experiment. 81Bay Brewing Co Nitro Bananas Foster Cream Ale OVERALL Bramblewood Bites has only been around since 2024, but it has already developed a pretty clear identity. This is hearty festival food. Pork. Trout. Squash. Apples. Sweet potatoes. Drinks that sound like they should come with a pile of leaves and a flannel shirt. And we’ve historically had good luck here. This year, the two new items were hit or miss for us, but we’re still stopping here on our next visit to EPCOT! 18. There are a few EPCOT Food & Wine Festival foods that have reached the point where removing them would probably require paperwork, a public hearing, and several strongly worded emails. Brazil’s cheese bread is one of them. 2026 booth The Brazil food booth is back for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, tucked between the Morocco and France Pavilions in World Showcase. And while our beloved Pão de Queijo has once again survived another menu change, Brazil isn’t simply rerunning everything from their previous hits. There’s a brand-new shrimp dish. There’s a new beer. And one of last year’s heartier favorites has disappeared entirely. Let’s see what Brazil is working with this year. Menu Brazil‘s 2026 food menu is once again short and sweet, with just two dishes. The Pão de Queijo, AKA Brazilian Cheese Bread, returns for $5.19. It’s pulling double duty this year as both an Emile’s Fromage Montage item and a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item. Brand-new this year is the Moqueca de Camarão for $6.99. It features plancha-seared shrimp, bell peppers, cilantro, and tomatoes in a rich coconut milk broth served with BEN’S ORIGINAL Long Grain White Rice. Brazil Menu Brazil has also traded last year’s Bossa Nova Lager for a NEW BrewDog Brewing Company Peach Mango Wheat Ale, available for $6 to $9.75 depending on pour size. The Frozen Caipirinha with Cachaça Spirit is back for $12.50. So Brazil has cheese bread, seafood simmering in coconut milk, tropical beer, and a frozen cocktail. We have endured worse assignments. Eats We knew this one wasn’t going anywhere. The Pão de Queijo, or Brazilian Cheese Bread, returns for $5.19. It’s also one of the festival’s 30th Anniversary Legacy Items and counts toward Emile’s Fromage Montage. Brazil has been serving these little cheese-filled miracles at the Food & Wine Festival for years, and there is a reason we keep talking about them. The bread tends to be light and airy rather than heavy, with plenty of cheesy flavor packed into a relatively simple snack. Pão de Queijo It’s also one of the safer recommendations at the festival. You don’t need to be enthusiastic about pork belly or seafood or mystery sauces. Do you like warm bread? Do you like cheese? Great meeting. We’re done here. So how do they stack up in 2026? They’re just as wonderful as always! These are yet again a best of the fest dish for us — fluffy, cheesy, and gooey deliciousness wrapped up in a bite-sized treat. We love them. We’re obsessed with them. If I could marry a festival item, you’d get the invite to this wedding TOMORROW. Pão de Queijo But alas, man can’t simply live on cheese bread alone…we’ve also got a NEW thing to try! The Moqueca de Camarão is brand-new for the 2026 festival and costs $6.99. It comes with plancha-seared shrimp, bell peppers, cilantro, and tomatoes in a rich coconut milk broth, served with long-grain white rice. Moqueca is a Brazilian seafood stew, and this version sounds light and tropical. Moqueca de Camarão The shrimp flavor is strong here, and the tomato carries a lot of acidity through the dish. The rice is freshly cooked and chewy. It gets most of its flavor from the broth it sits in which is a creamy coconut milk broth with subtle tomato, giving this a rich base without being too creamy. If you’re a shrimp and rice fan, then you’ll probably enjoy this, but it’s not landing quite as high as our beloved cheese bread. Moqueca de Camarão Now, on to the beverages! Drinks Brazil’s drinks have received a 50% makeover. The Caipirinha survives. The beer does not. The BrewDog Brewing Company Peach Mango Wheat Ale is NEW for 2026. It’s available for $6 to $9.75, depending on pour size. The Frozen Caipirinha with Cachaça Spirit returns for $12.50. Frozen Caipirinha with Cachaça Spirit in 2025 We’ve tried this drink before, and last year’s experience was…fine. Which is perhaps not the stirring endorsement a $12.50 cocktail hopes to receive. Despite the “frozen” name, our 2025 drink was served more on the rocks than as a proper frozen or slushy cocktail. We found it fruity and easy to drink, but it lacked a strong defining flavor. Our larger problem was simply that it didn’t feel especially unique compared to some of the more interesting drinks scattered around the festival. So where does Brazil land? OVERALL Brazil’s 2026 menu is tiny, but it’s got a pretty obvious strategy. Keep the cheese bread. Do not touch the cheese bread. Build everything else around the cheese bread. The Pão de Queijo has long been the booth’s most dependable draw, and Disney clearly agrees enough to give it official 30th Anniversary Legacy Item status this year. But the Moqueca de Camarão is a pretty strong addition to the list of eats. They’re a great pair if you want something light AND something hefty. Full spread Thanks for coming along with us. 19. If you’re craving Thanksgiving flavors but don’t have a reservation for Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom, then we’ve got a solution for you! Yes, the fall cuisine served at this 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival booth is all about warm, hearty ingredients and seasonal spices that evoke comfort and nostalgia. Milled & Mulled The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Milled and Mulled booth — to give you the FULL scoop! While the summer heat lingers at Walt Disney World, the cuisine at Milled and Mulled sets expectations for what fall “should” feel like. Menu Over at the Milled and Mulled booth (which debuted in 2024), you’ll find a variety of available items. Let’s dive into these returning menu items (including favorites such as Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and Freshly Baked Carrot Cake) that capture the essence of autumn. The beverage menu is short but sweet, and features one returning cider and something new! You can grab the returning 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider and the new Southern Tier Brewing Company Sweater Weather Vanilla Toffee Amber Ale. While all of these eats and sips are returning items, we aren’t sad about it! 2026 Milled & Mulled Menu Does Milled and Mulled help us forget that the real feel temperature is over 100? Not so much. However, this booth KNOWS fall, and we are absolutely HERE FOR IT… Eats Are we really recommending a SOUP in this humid weather? Yes, we are. This was BEST of the FEST in 2025, despite our initial reluctance to dig into a dish usually served at a cozy fall dinner. During our 2025 visit, the mostly savory (and a little bit sweet) Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque was creamy with nice, crunchy pumpkin seeds! Coming in at $5.49 (that’s a penny less than last year), this soup is garnished with cinnamon cream, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. We will be honest: our reporter went in hesitant for this dish; however, it changed her mind fast! Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque This soup is a “flavor explosion,” as our reporter noted. It’s basically like fall in soup form. This is great to have when it’s also cooler outside. The pumpkin and the squash blend so well together, and the pumpkin seeds add great texture to it. This is not a mild flavor, but in a great way. This made our Best of the Fest list! The Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing has had a few different homes at the Food and Wine Festival. No matter where it lands, it usually winds up on our Best of the Fest list, and we’re glad to see it at Milled and Mulled this year for only $4.99 (last year we paid $5.50!) Did it end up as a Best of the Fest recommendation this year? SPOILER: Yes. Look at the glaze! And we’re not surprised that the Carrot Cake is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item! Delicious! The Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae debuted in 2025, bringing together cozy autumn flavors with cool, creamy vanilla bean gelato for $5.29 (only an increase of four cents from last year). It’s a kid‑friendly treat with a generous portion size — absolutely shareable if you’ve got more than one kiddo in tow. The churros were crispy, and we’re a big fan of the apple in this dish! Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae The caramel and the apple go really well together. There is a good portion of ice cream, but fair warning — it does melt fast! This might be a great dish to grab as the weather gets cooler in Florida so you can take time to enjoy it. Delicious Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, the perfect pairing for your autumn dishes at Milled and Mulled is, naturally, hard cider — and 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider fits the vibe beautifully. It’s priced at $6.00 ($5.75 in 2025) for a 6‑ounce pour, and $9.75 for a 12‑ounce pour. This cider leaned into cozy fall flavors, with clear notes of baked apple and cinnamon. It was light, easy to sip, and skewed sweeter, balanced by a gentle acidity. Altogether, in 2025, it was the kind of drink that instantly put us in an autumn state of mind. 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider (2025) You can also grab the new Southern Tier Brewing Company Sweater Weather Vanilla Toffee Amber Ale at $6.00 for a 6 oz pour or $9.75 for a 12 oz pour. OVERALL Milled and Mulled brings back its 2025 lineup, and while repeat menus can sometimes feel uninspired, this booth leans into its strengths with confidence. Every returning favorite — from the cozy soup to the indulgent desserts — still delivers those standout fall flavors guests loved. Pair it all with a hard cider, and you’ve got the makings of a reliably popular stop at the festival. Full Spread! This booth brings warmth and comfort to this festival. The Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and the Carrot Cake really shine here! Both will have us coming back to visit this booth again this year. The Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae is a great option for a shareable dessert for kids or adults. While it didn’t wow us like the other two dishes, we would get it again. While that’s a wrap for the Milled and Mulled booth, there’s a LOT more where that came from! Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH. at the Food & Wine Festival! 20. Connections Cafe & Eatery in EPCOT’s World Celebration is once again joining in the Festival fun with some special menu items just for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Connections Eatery The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, fun souvenirs, and even exciting concerts. But don’t let it overwhelm you — we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. Come along with us as we check out this year’s special Festival items at Connections Cafe & Eatery! Menu Over at Connections Cafe & Eatery, you’ll find all new items this year for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Take a look at the menus for this year! Starting us off is a NEW Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut! Connections Cafe Food and Wine Festival Menu You can also grab new items like BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza, Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen, and the Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned! 2026 Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menus, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats At Connections Cafe, there’s a new Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut for $5.29 Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut This is a bubble-shaped doughnut topped with green icing, chocolate drizzle, and pistachio pieces. The doughnut itself had a soft and fluffy interior and was firmer on the exterior, which did not instill a sense of freshness. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really sense any mochi flavor. We also noticed that the green icing was mostly a sugary sweet glaze without much additional flavor. There was a tiny bit of chocolate drizzle, but the prominent flavor here was definitely sweet glaze. The pistachio pieces were very salty and had a peanut flavor about them, lacking the usual pistachio earthy flavor. Overall, we really didn’t feel like this doughnut came as described, but if you love glazed donuts and nuts, you may love this. Inside the doughnut Heading over to Connections Eatery, there are two new food items specific to the Festival. First up, we checked out the BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza with Tamarind BBQ, Arugula, Onions, and Piri Piri Sauce for $12.29. BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza As far as pizza goes at Disney World, this is some of the BEST we’ve had in a long while. We weren’t really expecting a curry chicken type of taste, but it was really good. The crust was very crunchy, and you get a lot of tasty barbecue chicken. Usually when you get a barbecue chicken pizza, the sauce usually dominates, but the chicken here was allowed to shine. The pizza was very savory with hints of sweetness. Be warned that it does have a mild kick. If you’re looking for a safer eat with a little bit of boldness, this has to be a go-to. We also LOVE that you get two slices with this! BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat at the Eatery, you’ll find the new Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen for $6.49. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen It wasn’t over-the-top sweet, and the crunchy apples and the taste of caramel in the middle really brought this whole thing together. The contrasts worked so well, and for that price, we can’t wait to get it again! Drinks Connections Eatery also has a new drink for the Food & Wine Festival this year. The Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned is a frozen blend of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky, Maple Syrup, Butterscotch Syrup, and Angostura Bitters, topped with a Liege Waffle and Cherry — and it’s priced at $17.50. Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned This was a very tasty Old Fashioned! You could definitely taste the notes of butterscotch syrup and maple syrup (mostly on the maple syrup side), and it went down so smoothly. There was a little bit of a kick, and it melts fairly fast, so you do wanna drink it pretty quickly. Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned While this drink was super refreshing, we wanted to enjoy the waffle a little bit more, but it was a bit too stiff on account of it being frozen. Still, it had a good flavor and is definitely worth checking out! OVERALL The doughnut really let us down, but the other three offerings were so good that we can’t really complain. Maybe skip the cafe offering during your next visit and totally indulge in the eatery’s treats! Full spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 21. Can you find Remy? Look! It’s Remy! The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is here and running until November 21st. This is where EPCOT turns into a foodie’s dream, and a rat hides around the park. Wait, hold on, let me rephrase that. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt hits EPCOT, and you get to find little rat statues across the park! You can start the scavenger hunt by picking up a map for $11.99 plus tax at: Disney Traders (on the World Showcase Promenade) Port of Entry (on the World Showcase Promenade) Creations Shop World Traveler at International Gateway Festival Merchandise Kiosks Discounts (Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Visa) are available at the larger retail locations. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 This map will help you keep track of every Remy you find. It will even tell you which general areas to look for him in, such as the China Pavilion, near the Australia booth, and in CommuniCore Hall. Remy could be hiding anywhere from rooftops, store corners, in the planters, and more. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Once you find him with one of the ingredients for ratatouille, you can place the corresponding sticker on the map. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Once you’ve found all of the statues, you can take them to the Creations Shop, Disney Traders, or World Traveler at International Gateway to claim your prize! This year the prizes are different than any other year… They’re a blind package mystery prize with four possible characters to receive — Mickey, Minnie, Figment, and Remy. You’ll receive a thoroughly sealed white envelope with a pull tab and the words “Table Top Game” written on it. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize Inside, you can find a game board, which doubles as a magnet, and nine game pieces representing your character’s head and food items! And it’s not just any regular, thin magnet — this one’s got some sturdiness to it! It actually has some weight to it, so you’re not just getting a cheap prize; this one is well worth it! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize We’re going to let you in on a little secret: you technically don’t have to finish the scavenger hunt to get your prize! While we think it’s more fun to find him and then claim your prize, if you want to make sure the prize you want doesn’t sell out, you can pick it up when you buy your map. The Cast Member will stamp or mark your map so you can’t get a second, and you’ll be on your way! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize We’re at the Food & Wine Festival gathering all the details you need to know before you visit yourself, so make sure you keep following along with Disney Food Blog. We’re trying ALL the food so you can know what’s worth the money and what’s okay to skip, so stay tuned! FULL GUIDE TO 2026 FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL IT'S WINE & DINE TIME! 22. Come along with us as we visit the Japan booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival to check out some new and returning menu items! The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially started and there is a LOT to do. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise to shop for, and even concerts to watch. We’re here to let you know what there is to see and do and most importantly, EAT! And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Japan Booth! Let’s find out how it stacks up this year! Menu Over at the Japan Booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. There are a few new items here this year, including the Spicy Temaki Hand Roll and the Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll. A returning favorite is Teriyaki Chicken Bun. There are a few new drinks to try this year, including Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl, Sapporo Reserve, Autumn Breeze, and Kirinzan Lemonade Sake. Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the new Spicy Temaki Hand Roll for $9.00. This is a Temaki Hand Roll with Spicy Tuna, Cucumber, Rice Cracker, and Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce. This item is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that has been reimagined for 2026! We will warn you that this has a very fishy taste, which might be off-putting for some. The seaweed wrapper was also tough and hard to eat. There is a little spiciness throughout, and we liked how the cucumber adds a nice crispiness. However, it was just a little too dry for us. Spicy Tamaki Hand Roll Returning this year is the Teriyaki Chicken Bun. This is a Steamed Bun filled with Minced Chicken, Vegetables, and Teriyaki Sauce for $8.00. When we’ve tried this in the past, this was a hit for us! We thought it was the most palate-friendly and great for those who are looking for familiar flavors. The inside was flavorful and savory, and the bun was as soft as a cloud. Teriyaki Chicken Bun There’s also the new Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll for $10.25. Temaki Hand Roll with Savory American Wagyu Beef, Pickled Ginger, and Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce. Beef Wagyu Temaki Roll We didn’t have a chance to try it because our entire tray of food spilled onto our backpack, but we heard folks talking about how good it was! Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the new Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce-flavored Potato Chips for $10.00. You can also try just the Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl for $6.50. This drink is a little sour and very sweet. We didn’t get too much of the mango and apple flavors, just a lot of sweetness. The popping pearls were nice, but you won’t get to them until the end of the drink. Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl As far as the chips go, these are barely anything other than plain house-made potato chips. They’re good, for that, specifically, and they have a nice thick cut. However, the heat that we expected just wasn’t there. We might have tasted it for a second, but then it was gone. The wasabi flavor just doesn’t come through very well. Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce-flavored Potato Chips There’s a new Autumn Breeze for $8.25. This is a light and fruity plum wine cocktail with kiwi syrup, Minute Maid Apple Juice, and a hint of yuzu. The kiwi syrup tasted peppery to us, and that mixed with the orange flavors. So it was tangy and sweet, which made it a bit unique. We think it’s like a tangy orange juice, just without the actual orange juice in it. Autumn Breeze Finally, you can try the new Kirinzan Lemonade Sake for $13.50. This is a crisp and refreshing sake-based lemonade from Kirinzan Sapporo Reserve. Imagine that kind of homemade lemonade that you get at the county fair. It’s like that, zesty and delicious, but then you also get that sake finish that cleanses the palate. Kirinzan Lemonade Saki The new Sapporo Reserve is 6 oz for $5.00 or 12 oz. for $9.75. Or you can try the Sapporo Reserve paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce flavored Potato Chips – 6 oz for $8.50 and 12 oz. for $13.00. OVERALL Overall, the Japan booth is kind of hit-or-miss this year. Although we’d still tell you to go with the returning Chicken Teriyaki Bun, we weren’t as blown away by the new dish we tried. However, if you’re looking for some refreshing drinks, Japan has got you covered. Japan spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 23. The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is now open, and we have some good news — for the first time in FOREVER, there’s an all-new menu at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina! Tangierine Cafe 2026 The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu New food items are the BIG NEWS at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina! This year you’ll find FOUR new food items and a new hard cider, along with a few returning items. Tangierine Café Menu 2026 Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the NEW Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl with Apricot Chutney and Grilled Shishito Peppers served with Pita for $6.79. Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl This was incredible! The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly with fresh veggies and delicious Shishito Peppers. The apricot chutney added a really great flavor and a nice change of texture. All around, this was amazing! Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl Also new this year is the Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl with Harissa Yogurt and Roasted Peppers served with Pita for $7.29. Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl The flavors here were extremely strong, and the veggies were nice and fresh. However, the steak was very tough, and the chickpeas were a bit mushy. So unfortunately, this one is not our favorite, but we could have just gotten a tougher piece of steak, and if the steak were better, we would have really enjoyed this one a lot. Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl This booth also has a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that’s been reimagined for 2026, and that’s the plant-based Ras el Hanout Cauliflower Bowl with Chickpea Salad, Golden Raisin Relish, and Parsley served with Pita for $6.49. The cauliflower was seasoned perfectly, and while the golden raisin relish was very interesting, it did not add much to the flavor overall. In general, this bowl was not very unique but an amazing, yummy option if you are looking for something plant-based! Ras el Hanout Cauliflower Bowl A returning savory item this year is the plant-based Moroccan Wrap with tomato-cucumber relish and garlic sauce served on warm Moroccan flatbread for $6.29. This was a new addition in 2025, and we enjoyed it last year. Moroccan Wrap with Falafel 2025 And finally, you can wrap up your meal with a sweet treat — the new Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie for $4.29. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie Drinks The Fig Cocktail is returning again this year for $12. This drink is made with Kleiner Feigling Fig Liqueur and white cranberry juice. In the past, we’ve found this drink to be a bit sweet, but very refreshing and easy to drink. The alcohol flavor is not super strong, and if you love fig and herbal flavors, you should give this a try. But if you’re looking for a fruity drink, you won’t find that here. Fig Cocktail A hard cider flight is on the menu once again this year for $12.75 and features the following ciders: NEW! Carib Brewery Honey & Fig Dream Hard Cider This was very sweet, with a slight medicinal taste Keel Farms Golden Apple Chai Hard Cider This was a crisp apple flavor, with a cinnamon spice finish, and was very tasty Keel Farms Goji Berry Citrus Hard Cider This was a light berry flavor with some notes of spice, but very light and tasty Hard Cider Flight OVERALL Overall, while we are excited to see Disney bringing more options to this booth, we still don’t think it is a must-stop location while you’re visiting Food & Wine. All of the bowls were pretty good but nothing super unique, but if you’re looking for a bowl that will be good and filling while walking around World Showcase, it is a great option for that. We would just recommend more unique options otherwise. Full spread The one item that makes this stop really worth a visit is that Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie. If you love pistachios or just a really good cookie, then you should definitely be making a stop here to grab this treat. That’s it for this booth, but there’s still a LOT more to try! 24. I hope you’re hungry, because it’s time to EAT! Greece Booth The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is BACK, and there’s so much to see and do! We’re talking food booths with tasty items, unique souvenirs, and some incredible concerts. We’re here to cover it all! And our next stop? The Greece booth! Menu What’s on the menu at this booth? Well, this year, all the items are returning. In a fun twist, though, the Chicken Souvlaki Gyro is a reimagined dish for the 30th Anniversary of the Food & Wine Festival! Greece Menu To drink, there’s a wine flight as well as a Greek Melon Limeade. Let’s see what’s worth ordering! Eats Starting out with something familiar, we grabbed the Spanakopita, which is $5.19. It’s a savory pastry filled with spinach and cheese, and when we had it last year, we thought it was AMAZING! Flaky and buttery and all around a great deal for the price. But what about this year? Spanakopita We were slightly disappointed this year because the exterior was pretty dry and tough. It does get better once you bite into it, but not until you’re fully in. The spinach and cheese blended really well, which created a nice creamy interior to make up for the dry exterior. Spanakopita Next up is the returning Griddled Cheese with Pistachios and Honey. This is a fan favorite item, and it’s part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. It’s $5.49 this year. In 2025, it was delightfully cheesy with some crunch from the pistachios, but did it come back strong this year as well? Griddled Cheese ABSOLUTELY IT DID! This reminded us of a savory version of baklava. The honey and pistachios mixed very well with the savory and salty cheese. It’s more of a unique flavor, so if you’re more of an adventurous eater, it’s definitely worth going out of your way for if you’re interested in trying it! Griddled Cheese Finally, it’s time for the sort-of-new Chicken Souvlaki Gyro with Shaved Lettuce, Tomato-Cucumber Relish, and Tzatziki on Warm Pita. This is a reimagined version of an old festival dish for the 30th Anniversary of Food & Wine, and you can get it for $6.99. Chicken Souvlaki Gyro The chicken was actually a bit spicy, and the vegetables were (mostly) fresh. We say mostly because there were a couple pieces of lettuce that were wilted and mushy, but the variety made up for it! Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Wow, we’re getting full, but there are still drinks to try! Drinks If you want to try a few different drinks, you can snag the Wine Flight for $7.50. The first drink in the flight is Mylonas Winery Assyrtiko Dry White, Attiki for $6.50 on its own. In the past, we’ve found this one quite dry. Wine Flight Also in this flight are the Zoe Rosé, Peloponnese for $6.50 (a little bit sweeter than the others) and the Kir-Yianni Naoussa Xinomavro Dry Red, Naoussa for $7.50 (which was SUPER dry). Overall, it has historically been a very dry wine flight, so keep that in mind. Greece Wine Flight in 2024 And this year, we snagged the Greek Melon Limeade made with Kleos Mastiha Spirit, Artonic Melon Apéritif, Pearl Vodka, and Lime Sour Mix for $12. Last year, we thought this was fairly dangerous because it was light, refreshing, and you couldn’t really taste the alcohol, and it stays the same this year! It was not strong at all and actually tasted a bit watered down, almost to the point that it just tasted like slightly sweet water. Greek Melon Limeade That’s a wrap on the Greece booth! OVERALL We wouldn’t deem this booth a “Best of the Fest,” but it definitely had some good items! There were several items that were disappointing, and really only one item stood out to us — the Griddled Cheese. While this booth may not have been our favorite, it may be yours depending on your palate, so be sure to give it a try and let us know your thoughts in the comments below! The full spread! 26. EPCOT’s year-round barbecue spot — Regal Eagle Smokehouse — is serving up a couple of specialty items for this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Regal Eagle The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to the Regal Eagle Smokehouse to check out some festival specials! Menu You’ll find two Festival-specific items at Regal Eagle Smokehouse this year. First up is the new Blackberry Buckle. There is also a new Festival drink that sounds perfect for fall — Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake! Menu 2026 Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats This year you can order the new Blackberry Buckle with Blackberry Gelato and Streusel for $4.79. Blackberry Buckle Flavor-wise, we found this treat quite well-balanced. The blackberry and gelato melded well together, with no flavor being overpowering. The strusel was wonderfully crispy and stayed a really good texture even with the gelato on top of it, but the one part that isn’t great is that the very bottom of the treat is all blackberry, and it is so soggy because it is only blackberry. The cold treat was also really nice on a warm day, though it melted really fast. This may be because the tin it’s served in is heated — in fact, it was very hot to the touch — and the temperature of the cold gelato and the hot bowl led to quick melting and a mushy texture. The Blackberry Buckle Overall, fans of blackberries will likely really enjoy the flavors here. However, if you are someone who is sensitive to textures or you just really don’t like those mushy textures, you’re very likely to not be a fan. Drinks And just in time for all things PUMPKIN, you’ll find the new Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake made with Vanilla Ice Cream, Pumpkin Pie Filling, and Caramel Sauce topped with Whipped Cream and Streusel for $6.79. Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake This shake was exactly what the name implies! It actually tasted like the equivalent of sticking a straw right in the center of a piece of pumpkin pie and taking a sip. It’s definitely heavier on the spice rather than on the sweet side of pumpkin flavor. Pumpkin Milk Shake Suffice it to say, big fans of pumpkin pie will enjoy this immensely. However, those looking for a little bit more of a balanced pumpkin flavor might find it a bit too overpowering. OVERALL Overall, both of the dessert offerings at Regal Eagle are a bit of a mixed bag. Fans of blackberries or pumpkin pie will love these respective desserts, and likely want to go back for seconds. However, those with more general palates may find each of them too overpowering to really enjoy. Full Spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 27. “O CANADA…” We are SO glad that you are back at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Canada Why, exactly, are we so excited? Well, it’s because the Canada Food Booth holds the distinction of having both of its star menu items recognized as 30th Anniversary Legacy Items for this year’s milestone Food and Wine Festival celebration! Over the years, we’ve certainly found the dishes at this popular booth to be deserving of landing on our own list of Best of the Fest picks time and time again. So, as we continue to visit all of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths to bring you our full review, let’s see how these items are faring this year, and if they still deserve a spot on YOUR must-eat list. Menu There are only two food items on the Canada Marketplace menu, but they are such Festival mainstays that they are practically synonymous with the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival: the Cheddar and Bacon Soup and the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes. 2026 Canada Menu The beverage menu is similarly small, and also features returning items: Collective Arts Brewing Festbier and Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge. Grab a fork (and a soup spoon, of course!), and let’s dig in! Eats By the time we started eating our food, well, let’s just say the skies opened up and poured forth their fury. So the Cheddar and Bacon Soup, which has been a longtime favorite, hit a bit differently than when we’ve had it on those hot and sunny days. For $6.29, this Festival Legacy Item is served with a Pretzel Roll. It’s that classic soup with the smoky bacon flavor and just LOTS of creamy and cheesy deliciousness. ALL the Cheese. Cheddar and Bacon Soup The pretzel roll, though, was a little tough. But then again, it did get a little softer once the rain hit…well…soggy. Just dip it in the soup, and it’s fine. Pretzel Roll The other star dish (and fellow Legacy item) is the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes. Now, let’s raise a glass to these Legacy dishes… Drinks Festbier returns to the beverage menu from Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton, Ontario. You can try a 6-ounce pour for $6.00, or a 12-ounce pour for $9.75. We hope you love the taste of hops because this one is SUPER hoppy, so you get a lot of harsh bitterness. Unless you love that kind of flavor, stay away. Collective Arts FestiBier The Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario returns for $9.50. Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge Quite simply, this is a truly lovely wine, akin to a very light and fresh Pinot Noir. It remains one of our favorite wine pours at the Festival. OVERALL The Canada booth is always a must-visit at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, and we know the two menu items here are always going to be consistent. We will have to say that we wish Canada would switch things up at the next festival and maybe offer a new menu item to keep things from getting too boring. However, the filet offers a good bang for your buck if you’re using the Disney Dining Plan, while the cheese soup is a way to get some of the BEST soup in Disney World without a reservation. Full Spread Thanks so much for joining us at the Canada Food Booth! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from… Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. 28. Who’s ready to EAT?! 2026 Hawai’i Booth The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is BACK, and we couldn’t be more excited! With dozens of fun food booths and some specialty dishes for the 30th Anniversary of the festival, there’s a lot to celebrate. We visited the Hawai’i booth to check out their eats for 2026, and now we’re here to give our full review. Let’s go! Menu As far as food goes, all three items on the menu are returning this year, and one of them is a longtime favorite that’s back for the 30th Anniversary of the festival. The one new item at the booth is actually a beverage: the Florida Avenue Brewing Co Lei’d Back Double IPA. 2026 Hawai’i Booth Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats The first thing we tried was the Slow-roasted Pork Slider with sweet-and-sour chutney featuring DOLE Pineapple and spicy mayonnaise. This was a staple of the festival for many years, and it has returned as a 30th Anniversary legacy item for $5.99. We have absolutely loved this in the past — a great combination of savory and sweet. It didn’t disappoint us this year either! First, we appreciate how easy it is to eat this on the go, which is important during a festival! We are declaring this a Best of the Fest! Slow-roasted Pork Slider We’re also snagging the Hawaiian Rice Bowl, made with Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake. You can pick this up for $6.29. Last year this was one of our favorites, and we thought the flavors balanced perfectly. This year it’s still reigning on our Best of the Fest list. And for dessert, we’re rounding it out with the Pineapple Cheesecake. This has passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts for $5.49. It’s also an Emile’s Fromage Montage item. Last year, this was a bit too mild in flavor for us, but did it improve in 2026? Pineapple Cheesecake Is this dessert cute? Yes. Is it anything special? No. The overall flavors are pineapple and passion fruit. The consistency is typical of cheesecake. If you love those flavors, you might want to grab this. We could also see this being a great kid option as well. Dig in! Now, on to the drinks! Drinks The new drink here is the Florida Avenue Brewing Co Lei’d Back Double IPA. It’s $6 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. There’s also the returning Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine for $10. This is a very sweet and fruity wine that’s lovely on a hot day. Sparkling Pineapple Wine in 2021 For our beverage this year, we ordered the O’ahu Sunrise, made with Vodka, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and grenadine for $14.50. When we had it in 2025, it was sweet and pineapple-forward, pairing well with the food. This year, we think it’s fruity and tart. We don’t think the alcohol flavor is overly strong. It is a very beautiful drink, and we had several other guests ask us where to find it. O’ahu Sunrise So how did Hawai’i stack up in 2026? OVERALL This booth is a hit for us! It’s delivering two items on our Best of the Fest list for 2026 — the Slow-roasted Pork Slider and the Hawaiian Rice Bowl. We appreciate how filling the dishes are here, especially for their price points! The pork slider brings a tender and juicy flavor. The rice bowl is a great portion, has a complex flavor, and works as a stand-alone meal! While the Pineapple Cheesecake is not necessarily special, if you are going for Emile’s Fromage Montage, this is a safe choice. Finally, the O’ahu Sunrise really brings the tropical flavors to round out your meal here! Hawai’i Spread We think the Hawai’i Booth is worth a spot on your Food & Wine Festival day. If you are looking for something savory and worth your money — this is the booth to hit up! That’s a wrap on our visit to the Hawai’i booth! Stay tuned for more reviews.
