  2. Connections Cafe & Eatery in EPCOT’s World Celebration is once again joining in the Festival fun with some special menu items just for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Connections Eatery The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, fun souvenirs, and even exciting concerts. But don’t let it overwhelm you — we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. Come along with us as we check out this year’s special Festival items at Connections Cafe & Eatery! Menu Over at Connections Cafe & Eatery, you’ll find all new items this year for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Take a look at the menus for this year! Starting us off is a NEW Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut! Connections Cafe Food and Wine Festival Menu You can also grab new items like BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza, Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen, and the Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned! 2026 Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menus, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats At Connections Cafe, there’s a new Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut for $5.29 Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut This is a bubble-shaped doughnut topped with green icing, chocolate drizzle, and pistachio pieces. The doughnut itself had a soft and fluffy interior and was firmer on the exterior, which did not instill a sense of freshness. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really sense any mochi flavor. We also noticed that the green icing was mostly a sugary sweet glaze without much additional flavor. There was a tiny bit of chocolate drizzle, but the prominent flavor here was definitely sweet glaze. The pistachio pieces were very salty and had a peanut flavor about them, lacking the usual pistachio earthy flavor. Overall, we really didn’t feel like this doughnut came as described, but if you love glazed donuts and nuts, you may love this. Inside the doughnut Heading over to Connections Eatery, there are two new food items specific to the Festival. First up, we checked out the BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza with Tamarind BBQ, Arugula, Onions, and Piri Piri Sauce for $12.29. BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza As far as pizza goes at Disney World, this is some of the BEST we’ve had in a long while. We weren’t really expecting a curry chicken type of taste, but it was really good. The crust was very crunchy, and you get a lot of tasty barbecue chicken. Usually when you get a barbecue chicken pizza, the sauce usually dominates, but the chicken here was allowed to shine. The pizza was very savory with hints of sweetness. Be warned that it does have a mild kick. If you’re looking for a safer eat with a little bit of boldness, this has to be a go-to. We also LOVE that you get two slices with this! BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat at the Eatery, you’ll find the new Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen for $6.49. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen This was — hands-down — one of the best things we tried at the Festival! It tasted like a cake that your grandma would make, and then just throw caramel apple in the middle, topped with whipped cream. This really didn’t give us cheesecake vibes, but rather a fluffy, thick, vanilla cake that had multiple layers to it. It is pretty filling, but it is also really good. Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen It wasn’t over-the-top sweet, and the crunchy apples and the taste of caramel in the middle really brought this whole thing together. The contrasts worked so well, and for that price, we can’t wait to get it again! Drinks Connections Eatery also has a new drink for the Food & Wine Festival this year. The Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned is a frozen blend of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky, Maple Syrup, Butterscotch Syrup, and Angostura Bitters, topped with a Liege Waffle and Cherry — and it’s priced at $17.50. Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned This was a very tasty Old Fashioned! You could definitely taste the notes of butterscotch syrup and maple syrup (mostly on the maple syrup side), and it went down so smoothly. There was a little bit of a kick, and it melts fairly fast, so you do wanna drink it pretty quickly. Frozen Waffle Old Fashioned While this drink was super refreshing, we wanted to enjoy the waffle a little bit more, but it was a bit too stiff on account of it being frozen. Still, it had a good flavor and is definitely worth checking out! OVERALL The doughnut really let us down, but the other three offerings were so good that we can’t really complain. Maybe skip the cafe offering during your next visit and totally indulge in the eatery’s treats! Full spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 3. Can you find Remy? Look! It’s Remy! The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is here and running until November 21st. This is where EPCOT turns into a foodie’s dream, and a rat hides around the park. Wait, hold on, let me rephrase that. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt hits EPCOT, and you get to find little rat statues across the park! You can start the scavenger hunt by picking up a map for $11.99 plus tax at: Disney Traders (on the World Showcase Promenade) Port of Entry (on the World Showcase Promenade) Creations Shop World Traveler at International Gateway Festival Merchandise Kiosks Discounts (Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Visa) are available at the larger retail locations. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 This map will help you keep track of every Remy you find. It will even tell you which general areas to look for him in, such as the China Pavilion, near the Australia booth, and in CommuniCore Hall. Remy could be hiding anywhere from rooftops, store corners, in the planters, and more. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Once you find him with one of the ingredients for ratatouille, you can place the corresponding sticker on the map. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Once you’ve found all of the statues, you can take them to the Creations Shop, Disney Traders, or World Traveler at International Gateway to claim your prize! This year the prizes are different than any other year… They’re a blind package mystery prize with four possible characters to receive — Mickey, Minnie, Figment, and Remy. You’ll receive a thoroughly sealed white envelope with a pull tab and the words “Table Top Game” written on it. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize Inside, you can find a game board, which doubles as a magnet, and nine game pieces representing your character’s head and food items! And it’s not just any regular, thin magnet — this one’s got some sturdiness to it! It actually has some weight to it, so you’re not just getting a cheap prize; this one is well worth it! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize We’re going to let you in on a little secret: you technically don’t have to finish the scavenger hunt to get your prize! While we think it’s more fun to find him and then claim your prize, if you want to make sure the prize you want doesn’t sell out, you can pick it up when you buy your map. The Cast Member will stamp or mark your map so you can’t get a second, and you’ll be on your way! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak 2026 Prize We’re at the Food & Wine Festival gathering all the details you need to know before you visit yourself, so make sure you keep following along with Disney Food Blog. We’re trying ALL the food so you can know what’s worth the money and what’s okay to skip, so stay tuned! FULL GUIDE TO 2026 FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL IT'S WINE & DINE TIME! 4. Come along with us as we visit the Japan booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival to check out some new and returning menu items! The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially started and there is a LOT to do. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise to shop for, and even concerts to watch. We’re here to let you know what there is to see and do and most importantly, EAT! And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Japan Booth! Let’s find out how it stacks up this year! Menu Over at the Japan Booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. There are a few new items here this year, including the Spicy Temaki Hand Roll and the Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll. A returning favorite is Teriyaki Chicken Bun. There are a few new drinks to try this year, including Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl, Sapporo Reserve, Autumn Breeze, and Kirinzan Lemonade Sake. Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the new Spicy Temaki Hand Roll for $9.00. This is a Temaki Hand Roll with Spicy Tuna, Cucumber, Rice Cracker, and Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce. This item is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that has been reimagined for 2026! We will warn you that this has a very fishy taste, which might be off-putting for some. The seaweed wrapper was also tough and hard to eat. There is a little spiciness throughout, and we liked how the cucumber adds a nice crispiness. However, it was just a little too dry for us. Spicy Tamaki Hand Roll Returning this year is the Teriyaki Chicken Bun. This is a Steamed Bun filled with Minced Chicken, Vegetables, and Teriyaki Sauce for $8.00. When we’ve tried this in the past, this was a hit for us! We thought it was the most palate-friendly and great for those who are looking for familiar flavors. The inside was flavorful and savory, and the bun was as soft as a cloud. Teriyaki Chicken Bun There’s also the new Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll for $10.25. Temaki Hand Roll with Savory American Wagyu Beef, Pickled Ginger, and Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce. Beef Wagyu Temaki Roll We didn’t have a chance to try it because our entire tray of food spilled onto our backpack, but we heard folks talking about how good it was! Drinks In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the new Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce-flavored Potato Chips for $10.00. You can also try just the Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl for $6.50. This drink is a little sour and very sweet. We didn’t get too much of the mango and apple flavors, just a lot of sweetness. The popping pearls were nice, but you won’t get to them until the end of the drink. Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl As far as the chips go, these are barely anything other than plain house-made potato chips. They’re good, for that, specifically, and they have a nice thick cut. However, the heat that we expected just wasn’t there. We might have tasted it for a second, but then it was gone. The wasabi flavor just doesn’t come through very well. Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce-flavored Potato Chips There’s a new Autumn Breeze for $8.25. This is a light and fruity plum wine cocktail with kiwi syrup, Minute Maid Apple Juice, and a hint of yuzu. The kiwi syrup tasted peppery to us, and that mixed with the orange flavors. So it was tangy and sweet, which made it a bit unique. We think it’s like a tangy orange juice, just without the actual orange juice in it. Autumn Breeze Finally, you can try the new Kirinzan Lemonade Sake for $13.50. This is a crisp and refreshing sake-based lemonade from Kirinzan Sapporo Reserve. Imagine that kind of homemade lemonade that you get at the county fair. It’s like that, zesty and delicious, but then you also get that sake finish that cleanses the palate. Kirinzan Lemonade Saki The new Sapporo Reserve is 6 oz for $5.00 or 12 oz. for $9.75. Or you can try the Sapporo Reserve paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce flavored Potato Chips – 6 oz for $8.50 and 12 oz. for $13.00. OVERALL Overall, the Japan booth is kind of hit-or-miss this year. Although we’d still tell you to go with the returning Chicken Teriyaki Bun, we weren’t as blown away by the new dish we tried. However, if you’re looking for some refreshing drinks, Japan has got you covered. Japan spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 5. The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is now open, and we have some good news — for the first time in FOREVER, there’s an all-new menu at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina! Tangierine Cafe 2026 The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu New food items are the BIG NEWS at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina! This year you’ll find FOUR new food items and a new hard cider, along with a few returning items. Tangierine Café Menu 2026 Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the NEW Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl with Apricot Chutney and Grilled Shishito Peppers served with Pita for $6.79. Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl This was incredible! The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly with fresh veggies and delicious Shishito Peppers. The apricot chutney added a really great flavor and a nice change of texture. All around, this was amazing! Chermoula Chicken Hummus Bowl Also new this year is the Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl with Harissa Yogurt and Roasted Peppers served with Pita for $7.29. Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl The flavors here were extremely strong, and the veggies were nice and fresh. However, the steak was very tough, and the chickpeas were a bit mushy. So unfortunately, this one is not our favorite, but we could have just gotten a tougher piece of steak, and if the steak were better, we would have really enjoyed this one a lot. Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl This booth also has a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that’s been reimagined for 2026, and that’s the plant-based Ras el Hanout Cauliflower Bowl with Chickpea Salad, Golden Raisin Relish, and Parsley served with Pita for $6.49. The cauliflower was seasoned perfectly, and while the golden raisin relish was very interesting, it did not add much to the flavor overall. In general, this bowl was not very unique but an amazing, yummy option if you are looking for something plant-based! Ras el Hanout Cauliflower Bowl A returning savory item this year is the plant-based Moroccan Wrap with tomato-cucumber relish and garlic sauce served on warm Moroccan flatbread for $6.29. This was a new addition in 2025, and we enjoyed it last year. Moroccan Wrap with Falafel 2025 And finally, you can wrap up your meal with a sweet treat — the new Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie for $4.29. This was basically a Dubai chocolate bar in cookie form. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie This center had a crunchy pistachio cream, and it was salty and nutty, giving an amazing contrast against the sweet chocolate cookie. The cookie itself was soft, and the pistachio pieces added a nice crunch while the strong pistachio flavor came from the filling. This is a MUST-try if you love pistachio, but a word of warning: it is quite messy, so grab some napkins. Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie Drinks The Fig Cocktail is returning again this year for $12. This drink is made with Kleiner Feigling Fig Liqueur and white cranberry juice. In the past, we’ve found this drink to be a bit sweet, but very refreshing and easy to drink. The alcohol flavor is not super strong, and if you love fig and herbal flavors, you should give this a try. But if you’re looking for a fruity drink, you won’t find that here. Fig Cocktail A hard cider flight is on the menu once again this year for $12.75 and features the following ciders: NEW! Carib Brewery Honey & Fig Dream Hard Cider This was very sweet, with a slight medicinal taste Keel Farms Golden Apple Chai Hard Cider This was a crisp apple flavor, with a cinnamon spice finish, and was very tasty Keel Farms Goji Berry Citrus Hard Cider This was a light berry flavor with some notes of spice, but very light and tasty Hard Cider Flight OVERALL Overall, while we are excited to see Disney bringing more options to this booth, we still don’t think it is a must-stop location while you’re visiting Food & Wine. All of the bowls were pretty good but nothing super unique, but if you’re looking for a bowl that will be good and filling while walking around World Showcase, it is a great option for that. We would just recommend more unique options otherwise. Full spread The one item that makes this stop really worth a visit is that Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie. If you love pistachios or just a really good cookie, then you should definitely be making a stop here to grab this treat. That’s it for this booth, but there’s still a LOT more to try! 6. I hope you’re hungry, because it’s time to EAT! Greece Booth The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is BACK, and there’s so much to see and do! We’re talking food booths with tasty items, unique souvenirs, and some incredible concerts. We’re here to cover it all! And our next stop? The Greece booth! Menu What’s on the menu at this booth? Well, this year, all the items are returning. In a fun twist, though, the Chicken Souvlaki Gyro is a reimagined dish for the 30th Anniversary of the Food & Wine Festival! Greece Menu To drink, there’s a wine flight as well as a Greek Melon Limeade. Let’s see what’s worth ordering! Eats Starting out with something familiar, we grabbed the Spanakopita, which is $5.19. It’s a savory pastry filled with spinach and cheese, and when we had it last year, we thought it was AMAZING! Flaky and buttery and all around a great deal for the price. But what about this year? Spanakopita We were slightly disappointed this year because the exterior was pretty dry and tough. It does get better once you bite into it, but not until you’re fully in. The spinach and cheese blended really well, which created a nice creamy interior to make up for the dry exterior. Spanakopita Next up is the returning Griddled Cheese with Pistachios and Honey. This is a fan favorite item, and it’s part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. It’s $5.49 this year. In 2025, it was delightfully cheesy with some crunch from the pistachios, but did it come back strong this year as well? Griddled Cheese ABSOLUTELY IT DID! This reminded us of a savory version of baklava. The honey and pistachios mixed very well with the savory and salty cheese. It’s more of a unique flavor, so if you’re more of an adventurous eater, it’s definitely worth going out of your way for if you’re interested in trying it! Griddled Cheese Finally, it’s time for the sort-of-new Chicken Souvlaki Gyro with Shaved Lettuce, Tomato-Cucumber Relish, and Tzatziki on Warm Pita. This is a reimagined version of an old festival dish for the 30th Anniversary of Food & Wine, and you can get it for $6.99. Chicken Souvlaki Gyro The chicken was actually a bit spicy, and the vegetables were (mostly) fresh. We say mostly because there were a couple pieces of lettuce that were wilted and mushy, but the variety made up for it! Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Wow, we’re getting full, but there are still drinks to try! Drinks If you want to try a few different drinks, you can snag the Wine Flight for $7.50. The first drink in the flight is Mylonas Winery Assyrtiko Dry White, Attiki for $6.50 on its own. In the past, we’ve found this one quite dry. Wine Flight Also in this flight are the Zoe Rosé, Peloponnese for $6.50 (a little bit sweeter than the others) and the Kir-Yianni Naoussa Xinomavro Dry Red, Naoussa for $7.50 (which was SUPER dry). Overall, it has historically been a very dry wine flight, so keep that in mind. Greece Wine Flight in 2024 And this year, we snagged the Greek Melon Limeade made with Kleos Mastiha Spirit, Artonic Melon Apéritif, Pearl Vodka, and Lime Sour Mix for $12. Last year, we thought this was fairly dangerous because it was light, refreshing, and you couldn’t really taste the alcohol, and it stays the same this year! It was not strong at all and actually tasted a bit watered down, almost to the point that it just tasted like slightly sweet water. Greek Melon Limeade That’s a wrap on the Greece booth! OVERALL We wouldn’t deem this booth a “Best of the Fest,” but it definitely had some good items! There were several items that were disappointing, and really only one item stood out to us — the Griddled Cheese. While this booth may not have been our favorite, it may be yours depending on your palate, so be sure to give it a try and let us know your thoughts in the comments below! The full spread! 8. EPCOT’s year-round barbecue spot — Regal Eagle Smokehouse — is serving up a couple of specialty items for this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Regal Eagle The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to the Regal Eagle Smokehouse to check out some festival specials! Menu You’ll find two Festival-specific items at Regal Eagle Smokehouse this year. First up is the new Blackberry Buckle. There is also a new Festival drink that sounds perfect for fall — Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake! Menu 2026 Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats This year you can order the new Blackberry Buckle with Blackberry Gelato and Streusel for $4.79. Blackberry Buckle Flavor-wise, we found this treat quite well-balanced. The blackberry and gelato melded well together, with no flavor being overpowering. The strusel was wonderfully crispy and stayed a really good texture even with the gelato on top of it, but the one part that isn’t great is that the very bottom of the treat is all blackberry, and it is so soggy because it is only blackberry. The cold treat was also really nice on a warm day, though it melted really fast. This may be because the tin it’s served in is heated — in fact, it was very hot to the touch — and the temperature of the cold gelato and the hot bowl led to quick melting and a mushy texture. The Blackberry Buckle Overall, fans of blackberries will likely really enjoy the flavors here. However, if you are someone who is sensitive to textures or you just really don’t like those mushy textures, you’re very likely to not be a fan. Drinks And just in time for all things PUMPKIN, you’ll find the new Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake made with Vanilla Ice Cream, Pumpkin Pie Filling, and Caramel Sauce topped with Whipped Cream and Streusel for $6.79. Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake This shake was exactly what the name implies! It actually tasted like the equivalent of sticking a straw right in the center of a piece of pumpkin pie and taking a sip. It’s definitely heavier on the spice rather than on the sweet side of pumpkin flavor. Pumpkin Milk Shake Suffice it to say, big fans of pumpkin pie will enjoy this immensely. However, those looking for a little bit more of a balanced pumpkin flavor might find it a bit too overpowering. OVERALL Overall, both of the dessert offerings at Regal Eagle are a bit of a mixed bag. Fans of blackberries or pumpkin pie will love these respective desserts, and likely want to go back for seconds. However, those with more general palates may find each of them too overpowering to really enjoy. Full Spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 9. “O CANADA…” We are SO glad that you are back at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Canada Why, exactly, are we so excited? Well, it’s because the Canada Food Booth holds the distinction of having both of its star menu items recognized as 30th Anniversary Legacy Items for this year’s milestone Food and Wine Festival celebration! Over the years, we’ve certainly found the dishes at this popular booth to be deserving of landing on our own list of Best of the Fest picks time and time again. So, as we continue to visit all of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths to bring you our full review, let’s see how these items are faring this year, and if they still deserve a spot on YOUR must-eat list. Menu There are only two food items on the Canada Marketplace menu, but they are such Festival mainstays that they are practically synonymous with the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival: the Cheddar and Bacon Soup and the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes. 2026 Canada Menu The beverage menu is similarly small, and also features returning items: Collective Arts Brewing Festbier and Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge. Grab a fork (and a soup spoon, of course!), and let’s dig in! Eats By the time we started eating our food, well, let’s just say the skies opened up and poured forth their fury. So the Cheddar and Bacon Soup, which has been a longtime favorite, hit a bit differently than when we’ve had it on those hot and sunny days. For $6.29, this Festival Legacy Item is served with a Pretzel Roll. It’s that classic soup with the smoky bacon flavor and just LOTS of creamy and cheesy deliciousness. ALL the Cheese. Cheddar and Bacon Soup The pretzel roll, though, was a little tough. But then again, it did get a little softer once the rain hit…well…soggy. Just dip it in the soup, and it’s fine. Pretzel Roll The other star dish (and fellow Legacy item) is the Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes. For $10.49, this is one of the pricier items at the Festival, so it’s especially good for Disney Dining Plan participants to know that it — like the Cheddar and Bacon Soup — is eligible for a snack credit. Filet Mignon The filet mignon is delicious, as always, but be warned that ours was medium-rare, so if you like your meat more done than that, you’ve been warned. It has a ton of flavor with a lovely crust. The mushrooms are also a nice addition. The potatoes are also flavorful, well-seasoned, creamy, and delicious. Now, let’s raise a glass to these Legacy dishes… Drinks Festbier returns to the beverage menu from Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton, Ontario. You can try a 6-ounce pour for $6.00, or a 12-ounce pour for $9.75. We hope you love the taste of hops because this one is SUPER hoppy, so you get a lot of harsh bitterness. Unless you love that kind of flavor, stay away. Collective Arts FestiBier The Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario returns for $9.50. Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge Quite simply, this is a truly lovely wine, akin to a very light and fresh Pinot Noir. It remains one of our favorite wine pours at the Festival. OVERALL The Canada booth is always a must-visit at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, and we know the two menu items here are always going to be consistent. We will have to say that we wish Canada would switch things up at the next festival and maybe offer a new menu item to keep things from getting too boring. However, the filet offers a good bang for your buck if you’re using the Disney Dining Plan, while the cheese soup is a way to get some of the BEST soup in Disney World without a reservation. 10. Who’s ready to EAT?! 2026 Hawai’i Booth The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is BACK, and we couldn’t be more excited! With dozens of fun food booths and some specialty dishes for the 30th Anniversary of the festival, there’s a lot to celebrate. We visited the Hawai’i booth to check out their eats for 2026, and now we’re here to give our full review. Let’s go! Menu As far as food goes, all three items on the menu are returning this year, and one of them is a longtime favorite that’s back for the 30th Anniversary of the festival. The one new item at the booth is actually a beverage: the Florida Avenue Brewing Co Lei’d Back Double IPA. 2026 Hawai’i Booth Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats The first thing we tried was the Slow-roasted Pork Slider with sweet-and-sour chutney featuring DOLE Pineapple and spicy mayonnaise. This was a staple of the festival for many years, and it has returned as a 30th Anniversary legacy item for $5.99. We have absolutely loved this in the past — a great combination of savory and sweet. It didn’t disappoint us this year either! First, we appreciate how easy it is to eat this on the go, which is important during a festival! Slow-roasted Pork Slider The pork on the slider was tender and juicy. It was packed with lots of good flavor. The spicy mayonnaise isn’t spicy at all, but it’s a nice addition, allowing it to elevate the flavor of the slider. The sweet and sour chutney with the pineapple gives it a little bit of sweetness, which we really loved. We are declaring this a Best of the Fest! Slow-roasted Pork Slider We’re also snagging the Hawaiian Rice Bowl, made with Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake. You can pick this up for $6.29. Last year this was one of our favorites, and we thought the flavors balanced perfectly. This year it’s still reigning on our Best of the Fest list. Hawaiian Rice Bowl Now we will be honest, we usually don’t love spam, but we look forward to this dish. Again, the spicy mayo isn’t that spicy. Don’t let the eel sauce scare you either — it’s not overly fishy in flavor. There’s good texture in this bowl with some crunch, and the flavors all work together nicely. We think this dish is filling and, for the price, is a great serving! This is a large portion! And for dessert, we’re rounding it out with the Pineapple Cheesecake. This has passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts for $5.49. It’s also an Emile’s Fromage Montage item. Last year, this was a bit too mild in flavor for us, but did it improve in 2026? Pineapple Cheesecake Is this dessert cute? Yes. Is it anything special? No. The overall flavors are pineapple and passion fruit. The consistency is typical of cheesecake. If you love those flavors, you might want to grab this. We could also see this being a great kid option as well. Dig in! Now, on to the drinks! Drinks The new drink here is the Florida Avenue Brewing Co Lei’d Back Double IPA. It’s $6 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. There’s also the returning Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine for $10. This is a very sweet and fruity wine that’s lovely on a hot day. Sparkling Pineapple Wine in 2021 For our beverage this year, we ordered the O’ahu Sunrise, made with Vodka, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and grenadine for $14.50. When we had it in 2025, it was sweet and pineapple-forward, pairing well with the food. This year, we think it’s fruity and tart. We don’t think the alcohol flavor is overly strong. It is a very beautiful drink, and we had several other guests ask us where to find it. O’ahu Sunrise So how did Hawai’i stack up in 2026? OVERALL This booth is a hit for us! It’s delivering two items on our Best of the Fest list for 2026 — the Slow-roasted Pork Slider and the Hawaiian Rice Bowl. We appreciate how filling the dishes are here, especially for their price points! The pork slider brings a tender and juicy flavor. The rice bowl is a great portion, has a complex flavor, and works as a stand-alone meal! While the Pineapple Cheesecake is not necessarily special, if you are going for Emile’s Fromage Montage, this is a safe choice. Finally, the O’ahu Sunrise really brings the tropical flavors to round out your meal here! Hawai’i Spread We think the Hawai’i Booth is worth a spot on your Food & Wine Festival day. If you are looking for something savory and worth your money — this is the booth to hit up! That’s a wrap on our visit to the Hawai’i booth! Stay tuned for more reviews. 11. It’s time again for the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! 2026 Germany Booth This year’s event has some awesome food booths, incredible entertainment, and exciting merchandise, and we’re checking everything out and reporting back to you. We know a lot of our readers are interested in the eats, so let’s chat about the Germany booth. Time for a full review! Menu Germany is pretty special at this year’s festival, because it’s home to not one, but TWO 30th Anniversary legacy menu items. Both the Schinkennudeln and the Apple Strudel are back again. There’s also a new Weiner Schnitzel. 2026 Germany Menu And of course, this is a popular stop for beer, so you have a few options as far as drinks go. Let’s get to eating! Eats We’re kicking our review off with the brand new Wiener Schnitzel! This is made with a breaded veal cutlet featuring HEINZ Brauhaus Mustard, Warm Yukon Gold Potato Salad, Bacon, Watercress-Radish Salad, and Lemon, all for $7.29. Wiener Schnitzel This was absolutely incredible, and we are obsessed! It was so crispy and thin, and the veal was not dry at all. The mustard was super tangy and really flavorful, adding the perfect kick without overwhelming the dish. The light salad complemented the heaviness of this dish really well. The potatoes were soft without being mushy, and overall, this was one of our favorite items we tried all day. Wiener Schnitzel As we mentioned above, the Schinkennudeln is back this year for $5.29. It’s a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese, and it’s both a 30th Anniversary item AND part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. Last year when we had it, we found it to be absolutely delicious — cheesy with some nice saltiness from the ham. Schinkennudeln This year, we thought it was really good! The noodles were cooked really well and absorbed all of the creamy and cheesy flavors. This dish really is a cheese lover’s dream! There was so much cheese on top that it melted into the entire dish so well. While we thought the ham had a good flavor, it was hidden behind all the cheese; that being said, when we could taste the ham, it added a nice saltiness to the dish. Schinkennudeln We also snagged the returning Apple Strudel with vanilla sauce. It’s a 30th Anniversary item as well, and you can get it for $4.99. In 2025, it had lots of cinnamon and powdered sugar, and the vanilla sauce reminded us of melted ice cream. Apple Strudel This year, it was really great. That vanilla bean sauce was excellent, and the pastry itself was very crispy. The apple cinnamon flavor was amazing, although we did find the apples to be slightly too mushy. Overall, if you love those classic fall flavors, this is a must-try for you. Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce Now, on to the beverages! Drinks One of the drinks on the menu is new this year, and that’s the Schöfferhofer Orange Spritz Hefeweizen. You can get 6 oz. for $6 or 12 oz. for $9.75. This was so good and so light! This is a blood orange spritz that is just so refreshing and delicious. Super easy to sip on and very drinkable! Schöfferhofer Orange Spritz Hefeweizen The Weihenstephaner Festbier is returning, and it’s also 6 oz. for $6 or 12 oz. for $9.75. When we had it in 2025, it was a very classic beer with lots of bite and bitterness. Weihenstephaner Festbier in 2023 There’s also the von Trapp Brewing Oktoberfest Märzen-style Lager, which is the same price as the others for an individual pour. We had it in 2025 as well, and it had an aged taste that sits on your tongue for a while. von Trapp Brewing Dunkel Lager in 2025 You can order all three of these beverages in a Beer Flight for $12.75 or snag the Selbach-Oster Riesling for $9. OVERALL We enjoyed our time at the Germany Booth this year! We think that this is worth a long wait in line for the Wiener Schnitzel alone. That dish was SO incredible, and we highly recommend everyone add it to their must-have list and wait in the Germany line, even if it is long to grab it. Full Spread Everything else was really good; there was nothing we loved as much as the Wiener Schnitzel, but we don’t think you’ll be disappointed by anything we tried today. And if you are a cheese lover, make sure to make one of your Emilie’s Fromage Montage stops the Schinkennudeln! Thanks for coming along with us! Stay tuned for more updates from the festival. 13. Sommerfest in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion serves up traditional German dishes all year, and once again it’s featuring special items just for the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Sommerfest The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading Sommerfest in the Germany Pavilion to check out some Festival items! Menu Over at the Sommerfest, you’ll find two special Food & Wine Festival items this year. Returning this year is the savory Zwiebelkuchen, a German Onion Cake with Caramelized Onions, Bacon, Herbs, and a Savory Custard. And new for 2026 is a Cinnamon Pretzel Cold Brew coffee. 2026 Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats Returning to the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival again this year is the Zwiebelkuchen, a German Onion Cake with Caramelized Onions, Bacon, Herbs, and a Savory Custard for $9.79. Zwiebelkuchen The Zwiebelkuchen is filled with loads of caramelized onions, small pieces of well-dispersed crispy bacon, some herbs, and a custard that is reminiscent of a quiche filling — this was a highlight and gave the dish some flavor. We enjoyed this! The portion size was large, and we almost felt onion overload by the end. If you’re a big fan of onions, this snack is made for you! Drinks New for 2026 is the Cinnamon Pretzel Cold Brew made with Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee with Sweet Cream, Caramel, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Pretzel Pieces for $6.49. Cinnamon Pretzel Cold Brew We originally got our drink, and it… wasn’t it. The syrups didn’t mix together and melted towards the bottom, and it just wasn’t a hit. We decided to give it another try because we thought that we might have just gotten a bad batch, and lo and behold, we did! The next one mixed well together and mostly tasted of caramel coffee. You’ll definitely want to be a fan of the coffee’s taste, and we would really call it more of a Caramel Cold Brew since the cinnamon and pretzel didn’t come through. There is a pretzel topping, but it’s not really going to be present in each sip’s flavor. Cinnamon Pretzel Cold Brew OVERALL If you’re a big fan of onion tarts, then we recommend stopping by Sommerfest for the Zwiebelkuchen! Plus, it’s big enough to share. The cold brew was more on the side of caramel and coffee, so if those are two flavors you love, this could be worth the stop. It wasn’t as unique as we were hoping but still a solid Joffrey’s coffee option. That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. 15. The first day of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is here, and like always, we’re braving the crowds and chaos to get you all the details and food reviews as quickly as we can. But y’all…this has been a PROCESS. 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Let’s just say that things don’t always go according to plan, especially on the first day of a festival. And let’s just say that we’ve already suffered from some minor mishaps that have happened during this first day at the festival. But instead of complaining, we decided to share our experiences with you instead, so you can laugh at our misery (and maybe commiserate a little with us, too). Let’s look at everything that went wrong today as we were trying to tackle the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. Joffrey’s was woefully unprepared Joffrey’s always offers some special drinks for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, with each of the four Joffrey’s kiosks in EPCOT offering different drinks. Well, we visited Joffrey’s first thing, and we noticed that there were no signs at ANY of the locations with the special drink. Usually, there’s a sign that shows you what the special drinks are, but today? Nada. Joffrey’s World Discovery The good news is that we were still able to order the drinks at each kiosk, but if you were visiting the festival without any knowledge of the menus at each Joffrey’s, you’d probably be missing out. The case of the flying chips We were visiting the Japan booth, and we had an incident with ordering the Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl paired with Wasabi-Soy Sauce flavored Potato Chips, when our chips decided to fly right off our tray and over the railing. Goodbye, chips. We hardly knew you. We couldn’t get to them after that, so we ended up having to go back for more chips. OOPS…But wait, there’s more. The food-scented backpack Okay, so we got our second bag of chips, and we were maneuvering our way over to one of the new fence tables when we had yet another mishap. Our food ended up spilling everywhere, but mostly ALL over and into our backpack. Yep, our backpack now smells like the Japan food booth, but as the day progresses, let’s just say it’s getting ranker. That’s one way to carry food in your park bag… Even our drink fell off and spilled everywhere, soaking all the food so that it wasn’t even edible. Siri, cue “Bad Day” by Daniel Powter. Trying to avoid injuries We made our way over to Regal Eagle to try the EPCOT Food & Wine items there, including the Blackberry Buckle. It’s served hot…in a metal tin. The minute we picked it up, we nearly dropped it because it almost burnt our fingers. Blackberry Buckle We’re fine. It’s okay, and we don’t need an E.R. visit, but chalk that up to yet another thing that’s gone wrong on day 1 of the festival. It rained around the world Just when we thought things were starting to go smoothly, we got hit with one of those classic Florida thunderstorms, and the entire festival was DRENCHED. Yep, these storms happen often, but talk about raining on our parade…er…festival. Okay, Florida, you can stop being so Florida now We even noticed that the Morocco Pavilion was starting to get flooded. It was POURING. Yes, this is pretty much a typical festival day for us, but this year, it seems like even more things are going wrong. But we had to share so you know what we go through to get you all the good festival coverage! We’ll keep getting you that coverage, too, so stay tuned to DFB for more. 16. The 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival adventure continues with La Poutinerie. And if this spot looks familiar to you, that’s because it was formerly known as Refreshment Port. And while the menu here is also well known, this year we have a new menu item to explore! La Poutinerie There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, souvenirs to grab (of course), and even concerts to enjoy. But food is our top priority, so we’re sampling everything first to help you narrow down your festival options. How did La Poutinerie rate this year? Let’s find out! Menu This year’s menu at La Poutinerie features three new items — Seoul, South Korea Bo Ssam Pork Poutine, Spiced Apple Slushy, and Spiced Apple Mule! The rest of the menu lists a small selection of beverages, including beer and wine. This booth is a must-stop regardless. Why? Because it’s always home to a specialty POUTINE for each and every seasonal EPCOT Festival! This year is no different, so we invite you to join us at La Poutinerie… 2026 La Poutinerie Menu Now that we’ve taken a glance at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats The specialty food item at La Poutinerie is the brand-new Seoul, South Korea Bo Ssam Pork Poutine! This dish is made with French Fries, Cheese Curds, Bo Ssam Pork, Gochujang Gravy, Kimchi Pickles, Aïoli, and Sesame for $11.99. That’s a steep increase from last year’s festival poutine — which was $10. Bo Ssam Pork Poutine This was absolutely delicious! The sauce was fairly spicy, but when you get it mixed with all the other things in the poutine, it wasn’t overly spicy. The creamy white sauce and the cheese curds really do help dial that heat back to create an awesome balance and a pleasant, peppery spice. This was absolutely delicious The pork was like a barbecue-style pulled pork — shredded finely and consistently. The fries were a tad oily and limp, but still had enough crispness to hold the poutine well without compromising texture. The cheese curds were huge, nice and big, fluffy, and paired with pickled Asian-style cucumbers that really provided an awesome textural surprise. They added a watery crispness and vinegary zing that elevated the dish. The sesame added a sweetness that rounded everything out. Two thumbs up We were really impressed by this, and we think it’s a must-try dish! Drinks The beverages on offer are typically available on non-Festival days as well. Previously, we sampled the Spiced Apple Mule made with Frozen Ginger Beer blended with Lively Lime and Cozy Spiced Apple Flavors, and Iceberg Canadian Vodka. It’ll cost $14.50 at this year’s festival. The ginger beer in this adds a pleasant burn to heavy autumnal flavors — it tasted like fall in a cup with so many warm, yummy spices, and the lime actually comes through. You can barely taste the vodka at the back end, which is very nice. There is a burn coming from the frozen ginger beer, so if you’re not a fan of ginger beer, this may not be your cup of tea. However, we will be lining up here to try this over and over again through the fall because it tasted like fall in a cup, and apple lovers will absolutely love this. Spiced Apple Mule We also tried the Spiced Apple Slushy, which is made with Frozen Ginger Beer blended with Lively Lime and Cozy Spiced Apple Flavors for $6.29. This also comes with a little piece of dried apple on top, which was delicious. This non-alcoholic slushy has a similar flavor profile, except without the slightest whisper of ginger. This is another drink that probably works better during the fall months, and it wasn’t the biggest standout for us — but we did like it! Spiced Apple Slushy The Unibroue comes ALL the way from Quebec! Unibroue’s La Fin du Monde has been a popular beer over at EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion. Unibroue Beer Flight — Éphémère, La Fin du Monde, Trois Pistoles You’ll find La Fin du Monde on draft at Le Cellier Steakhouse. OVERALL La Poutinerie was a pleasant surprise! When poutine is really good, it can become unforgettable — and that’s exactly what happened here. We can’t wait to get it again, and we recommend apple lovers try the new drinks! They weren’t all-world, but they were pleasant, and we enjoyed them quite a bit. Full spread While we may be finished at La Poutinerie, we have more booths to explore! 17. ¡Hola! Greetings from the Spain Marketplace Booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Spain Spain has a long history at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, and this year, the booth boasts two new food items. Get ready to join us at the Spain Booth as we bring you our reviews of every Food Booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Menu As mentioned above, the Spain Marketplace Booth is showcasing two new items: Croquetas de Jamón and Paella Caldoso. In addition, we’re happy to see the delicious Basque Cheesecake as a returning menu item. Those who love lemonade will enjoy the returning Summer in Spain beverage. 2026 Spain Booth Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the NEW Croquetas de Jamón made with saffron Aïoli and Shaved Jamón Serrano for $6.99. Croquetas de Jamón These are so dang good that we’re going to need two servings. The breading on the outside is seasoned perfectly, with a great, crispy exterior that reflects the ideal fried texture. The inside had a balance of cheese and ham, and it’s absolutely creamy. There’s just enough acid to bring down the richness, and the microgreens add some nice herbaceous element. These were completely out of this world. Inside Moving on to the next food item! The Paella Caldoso featuring Chicken, Chorizo, Gigante Beans, Romano Beans, and Saffron Rice has been reimagined for 2026. Last year, this dish was made with rock shrimp, bay scallops, and smoked mussels! In fact, this is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item for $7.99. Paella Caldoso This was spicy, creamy, and full of flavor! The whole dish had so much flavor, including the saffron rice being so fragrant and creamy. The chorizo has a great smokiness and spiced flavor, while the chicken was delicious, tender, and juicy. The green bell peppers on top and the microgreens were a great addition, and we’re so glad this is here. It has a very light spice that doesn’t linger too long and is a total hit. Digging in The returning Basque Cheesecake is once again plated with orange sauce. This sweet treat costs $5.29 and is an eligible item for those participating in the Emile’s Fromage Montage Cheese Crawl. Basque Cheesecake Last year, our reporter found the textures and flavors to be absolutely delightful. The cheesecake had a creaminess without being too crumbly. The citrus flavor was light and bright, with bits of orange peel in the sauce that added some extra zing. They deemed it very delicious! Basque Cheesecake This year was no different. It was creamy, melted in your mouth, and so light, airy, and full of that tart cheesecake flavor, with the classic heaviness of traditional cheesecake. The texture is so soft and pillowy, and the orange sauce is full of citrus flavor. Every bite is as good as the first, and you’re going to want your own slice not to share with anyone. The perfect bite What about the beverages? Drinks Spain is serving Volver Quinta del ’67 Garnacha, Tintorera, Alicante for $7.50. In terms of drinks on this menu, last year we sipped the Summer In Spain with Frozen Simply® Lemonade with Herbal Liqueurs for $13.00. Summer In Spain Summer in Spain sounds lovely! We noted last year that this Festival cocktail had a very tangy, strong lemon flavor, so if you’re not into that punchiness, you might want to choose something else to drink. If lemonade is your dream summer drink, this might be for you! It has some great floral notes that might be overpowering for some, but it adds a more distinctive flavor to classic lemonade. 30 years of food! OVERALL This has to be one of the best booths of the festival! All of the food was a total hit and dishes we would get again and again. They were more unique than you can find at other booths without being too outrageous, so it’s a great booth to try new foods that you’ve likely heard of. We know the idea of paella at a festival booth in the middle of summer in EPCOT can be strange, but we’re begging you to give it a go — we loved it! Our spread ¡Adiós! from the Spain Marketplace Booth for now! And if you’re gearing up for your own visit to the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, we’ve got more right here… Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH. at the Food & Wine Festival! 18. We’re headed into The Land Pavilion to check out the special Food & Wine Festival offerings at Sunshine Seasons! Remy Shake The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, because we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Sunshine Seasons to check out this year’s Festival offerings. Menu This year, Sunshine Seasons has two special items for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! Returning this year is the Remy Milk Shake, a Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Shake topped with a cookie, mini cheesecake, white chocolate Eiffel Tower, and a strawberry. And new for 2026 is a Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron. 2026 Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats New for 2026 — the 30th anniversary of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival — is the Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron for $6.29. Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron This macaron has a chewy interior with a crispy outer crust like a traditional macaron. The frosting is a thick buttercream filled with cake crumbles that make it taste just like birthday cake! Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron Drinks And returning for this year is the adorable Remy Milk Shake. This is a Strawberry-Cheesecake Milk Shake topped with a Cookie, Mini Cheesecake, White Chocolate Eiffel Tower, and a Strawberry. It’s priced at $11.49. Remy Shake When we checked out this shake in 2025, we found it to be SWEET! That may seem obvious for a milkshake, but this offering is exceptionally so, to the point that it felt like the sugar was coating our throat a bit (make sure to get a cup of water to wash it down). However, that doesn’t make the shake bad. In fact, those with a sweet tooth or a taste for strawberry milkshakes will probably think it’s a hidden gem of the festival. Remy Shake The yellow cheesecake on top was tasty, though not revolutionary on our cheesecake-o-meter. It was spongy and moist, with a nice flavor. One word of warning: it stained our hands yellow, so be aware of that if you don’t want to resemble a Simpsons character. OVERALL Both the Remy Shake and Mickey Celebration Macaron were a great addition to the Food & Wine Festival lineup. We can see fans with a sweet tooth flocking to it. Plus, both will be popular with the kiddos and those looking to take photographs of unique Food & Wine items! Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. 19. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is BACK for 2026, and there are dozens of new items to try! Flavors from Fire One of the staples of this festival is the Flavors from Fire booth, which has been around since 2017! Here you’ll find delicious smoked and grilled eats, and this year, there are some new additions to try. Let’s go eat! Menu This year, Flavors from Fire has a returning favorite menu item, a 30th Anniversary legacy food item, and one new dish. 2026 Flavors from Fire Menu This spot is also home to the legendary Swine Brine, one of the festival’s most unique beverages. Eats First on the list is the Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer with marble potatoes, charred shallots, roasted baby peppers, and chimichurri. This is a 30th Anniversary legacy item, and you can get it for $6.99. Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer This was a new item in 2025, and we found it to be a standout for meat lovers. Reminiscent of the flavors at ‘Ohana, the beef was juicy, flame-grilled to a perfect medium-rare, and finished with vibrant chimichurri. Each skewer came with two thick cuts of beef, marble potatoes, charred shallots, and roasted peppers. The combination delivers rich, smoky, and satisfying flavors, making this one of the festival’s must-try meat dishes. Delicious Unfortunately, we weren’t fans of the beef this year. The texture wasn’t tender like last year, and it quickly went into chewy territory, being hard to chew and overcooked. However, the potatoes were soft and salty. The peppers and shallots had a strong smoked flavour and added a great crunch to the beef. While we weren’t a fan of the texture, everything was well-seasoned, and the flavors popped! Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer Also returning to Flavors from Fire is the Smoked Corned Beef with house-made potato chips, cheese curds, pickled onions, and beer cheese fondue. This has been a staple of the booth for a few years and costs $6.49. Smoked Corned Beef This tends to be a favorite of the festival, and when we had it again in 2025, we thought it was still impressive! The tender, flavorful corned beef is served atop house-made potato chips with a subtle hint of barbecue. Pickled onions and cheese curds add extra texture, while a drizzle of beer cheese fondue ties everything together. The result is an indulgent, loaded bite that’s rich and satisfying without feeling overwhelming. Smoked Corned Beef This year, the corned beef has great flavor, and texture-wise it’s not too chewy. It adds the right amount of softness to go with the chips. The chips are salty and add a great crunch to the beef. The cheese had a pretty strong flavor, but it was clustered into one area in ours, and we wish it was more evenly distributed! Smoked Corned Beef The new food item here in 2026 is the Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding, which is made with chocolate ganache, vanilla bean-bourbon sauce, and smoked sea salt. You can snag it for $4.49. Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding As for the texture, this was firm on the outside but extremely soft and mushy on the inside with melted chocolate chips, which complement each other. The cake itself is slightly salty, and the chocolate ganache and chocolate chips add a warm chocolate flavor. This was also a large portion size for the price, so if you’re a chocolate lover, this is a must-eat! Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding Now, on to the drinks! Drinks Looking for a beverage? There are three options here at Flavors from Fire! The Left Hand Brewing Co. Sawtooth Amber Ale is back again at the festival, and it’s $6 for 6oz and $9.75 for 12oz. When we had this in 2023, we thought it was light on the first sip but came in heavier later on. It was fairly sour. This year, our first sip was a dry bitterness that transitioned into herbal, earthy, and slightly piney flavors. Left Hand Brewing Co. Sawtooth Amber Ale The new beverage on the menu this year is the 1000 Stories Bourbon Barrel-Aged Zinfandel for $6.50. And, of course, the Swine Brine is back on the menu! This is made with Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, apple-cinnamon cider, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard for $13. Swine Brine When we had this in 2025, we found that the Jim Beam bourbon was strong enough that you can smell it as soon as the drink hits the table, but the flavor was smoother than the aroma suggests. It had a tangy, pickled quality that might sound intense, but it balanced surprisingly well with the apple-cinnamon cider and lemon. It’s a quirky drink, but one that works. Strong and Smooth This year, the Swine Brine tasted like straight lemon juice before we mixed it, so be warned! It had a lot of that smoked meat flavor, but we didn’t taste any apple-cinnamon cider like we did last year. The drink itself just tasted like a lemon-flavored pork. Swine Brine So how did this booth stack up in 2026? OVERALL Overall, this booth wasn’t bad, but we’d probably only revisit it this year for the Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding and the Smoked Corned Beef if we can add extra cheese, which we’d strongly recommend. The rest weren’t terrible, but they definitely weren’t for us. We may not have loved the drinks, but if you like lemon and herbal drinks, then you can’t go wrong with the drink options. If you stop by Flavors from Fire and give it a try, be sure to give us your review in the comments below! Flavors from Fire That’s all for Flavors from Fire, but there’s more where that came from! 20. Some Disney Adults — and I certainly count myself among them — have a tendency to fixate on elements of Disney World that may pass under the radar of other guests, like cup designs, napkin patterns, or even trash cans! New Trash Cans This is especially true at EPCOT, where the park’s trash cans have gained cult status for many in recent years thanks to their intricate designs and some guests’ tendency to use them as tables during the park’s festivals. They’ve been celebrated in art and on t-shirts, and now they’re changing! Disney World first began rolling out new trash cans earlier this year. Similar to models we’ve seen at Disneyland Paris, these trash cans have solar panels to collect energy, push-down bars that will open the can so you can easily throw your things away without touching the door or spilling any of your trash and creating a bigger mess throughout the day, and curved tops, which may make eating on top of them a bit harder than in the past. New trash cans During our most recent visit to EPCOT, we noticed more of the new trash cans rolling out in World Celebration, complete with EPCOT’s classic logo. Switching out the trash cans The differences between the old and new cans are very apparent when they’re seen side-by-side. The new cans are significantly taller and — for lack of a better term — boxier, and the curvature of the top stands out even more. Notice the differences? However, fret not, festival-goers: you may not be able to dine on top of the new trash cans, but Disney has installed fence tables that are big enough for several people to put their food on, so you can keep your party together and snack outside without finding a table. They’re pretty big Disney has continued to roll out their new trash cans at EPCOT, slowly transforming one of the park’s popular infrastructure pieces. 22. Pickle Milk Shakes? “Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty” Wings? MUPPETS?! Yeah, all that can only mean one thing… we’re at the Brew-Wing Lab for the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey The Brew-Wing Lab at The Odyssey is back this year to dish up some unique eats and drinks served up with a size of zaniness on behalf of Bunsen and Beaker from The Muppets fame. If you’re craving a Pickle Milk Shake (and, really… who isn’t?!), then THIS is where you’ll find it amongst all of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths. But with a variety of wings, an assortment of brews, and even more on the menu, the Pickle Shake isn’t all that’s in store. So, please join us inside The Brew-Wing Lab as we bring you our full review! Atmosphere Before we indulge, let’s take a quick peek around… You see, the Brew-Wing Lab boasts a theme featuring none other than some of our favorite pals from the MUPPETS! Bunsen (Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, of course) and Beaker are cooking things up here in the Lab, and you can enjoy their antics by way of videos that play from time to time in the Lab. Inside Another highlight? The Lab offers lots and LOTS of tables in an air-conditioned space. So, pull up a chair and stay while, why don’t you? Menu Bunsen’s and Beaker’s experiments have resulted in a food menu primarily focused on Wings: the returning Garlic-Parmesan Wings, Korean Barbecue Wings, and Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings are joined by the new Buffalo-Dill Pickle Wings. This year, all of these dishes feature Pilgrim’s® Jumbo Wings. The Fried Pickle Spears are back along with a new version of a previous dish: Sweet Chile-Lime Plant-based Chicken Strips. 2026 menu Joining the Lab’s famous (or infamous) Pickle Milk Shake on the beverage menu is the returning Frozen Pomegranate & Raspberry Tea. The Beer Flight features Civil Society Brewing Everyday I’m Waffle’n IPA, 3 Daughters Brewing Peanut Butter Blondie Blonde Ale, and Playalinda Brewing Co. Pumpkin Cheesecake Blonde Stout, while the Hard Cider Flight presents Bold Rock Apple Crumble Hard Cider, Ciderboys Cherry Jubilee Hard Cider, and Ciderboys Pumpkin Spice Hard Cider. And with that, “it’s time to get things started on the most sensational inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational” Brew-Wing Lab! Eats Are you up for wings, wings, and more wings? Perhaps with a side of WINGS? Then you’re in the right place, because we’ve got an assortment of FOUR dishes featuring Pilgrim’s® Jumbo Wings! The new batch of the bunch this year is the Buffalo-Dill Pickle Wings with House-made Pickle Ranch for $7.79. Buffalo-Dill Pickle Wings While these are called buffalo wings, it’s definitely mild on the buffalo flavor. We were looking for more of a more powerful flavor, but if you’re someone who likes a little bit of spice or is trying to get into it more, these can be a great option to try it out. It does have that classic buffalo flavor, just a bit on the mild side. Buffalo-Dill Pickle Wings The Garlic-Parmesan Wings are a returning item for $7.79. Garlic-Parmesan wings These are going to be your classic Garlic-Parmesan Wings, and there is nothing wrong with that! There is a light dusting of Parmesan on top, and we were looking for more! The crunch of the breading was great, with tons of flavor, and it’s a solid option when you want to grab something you know you’re going to like. Returning from their debut last year are the Korean Barbecue Wings, which are also $7.79. They’re coated with gochujang barbecue sauce and toasted sesame. Korean BBQ Wings If you’re looking for a sweet take, this is it! It had the thickest of the sauces, but still wasn’t wildly thick, and most of the sesame seeds stuck to one of the wings, versus being distributed throughout. While it’s not groundbreaking, it’s a solid option for those who don’t want spice and are ready for something sweeter. Ready for some HEAT? The Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings have also made their way back for $7.79. They are served with a creamy cucumber raita to cut the spice a bit. Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings Y’all…these are hot. Like really, hot. Like, we started questioning everything and maybe shed a tear or two. Hot. Please be prepared before diving into these. Despite the tears we wiped away with our napkin, we have to thank Disney for giving us real spice because sometimes they can be a little shy on the heat. These wings are going to be for the spice lovers, but if you have a trophy from your last chili eating contest, come on down and try these. The crowd-pleasing Fried Pickle Spears are also back! These come with dill ranch for $5.79. Fried Pickle Spears with Dill Ranch We’ve had these before and enjoyed them just as much! We will say, don’t let them sit out like we did — you’ll want to eat them right away to enjoy that crunchy exterior. The sauce did not overpower the pickle spear but instead fits right in. Again, nothing out of this world, but a fun snack to share, and it’s always great to come into the Odyssey for some air conditioning. The perfect side The Sweet Chile-Lime Plant-based Chicken Strips are a new offering this year, having been updated from the previous Buffalo version. Sweet Chile-Lime Plant-based Chicken Strips The strips are served with a plant-based cilantro crema and spicy peppers for $7.79. We didn’t love that all of the toppings were on one of the wings, which gave us the unfortunate dilemma of either eating one topping-heavy wing or spreading it out, which was a bit hard to do, and we wanted to dive right in. We were willing to look past it because Disney brought the heat again for these! We were so surprised it was hot as it was, so if you’re a bit sensitive in the spice world, you might want to be aware that this could be too much. We wish there was a bit more sweetness that came through along with some lime, but if you’re a plant-based eater ready for spice, we found your new favorite Clearly, we’re all going to need a little something to sip after all these savory spices… Drinks Okay, here we go, friends… It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Love it or hate it, the Pickle Milk Shake is back once again for $6.49! Pickle Shake In fact, even though it’s only been around since 2023, the Pickle Milk Shake has already become such an icon at the Festival that Disney has designated it as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item for this year’s big Food and Wine Festival milestone. (It’s earned a spot on our Best of the Fest list here at the DFB, too!). Here is it! Once again, we had a blast! We will be Pickle Milk Shake defenders till we die. While this year’s felt a bit more pickle forward, it’s not completely pickle, and you can still taste some classic milk shake flavors in each sip. You can also take the dill off the top if dill isn’t your favorite flavor. We love how exciting and different this is, and it is a truly unique item to grab during our vacation. If you’re grabbing those super spicy wings, you might want to add this too to cool down the heat! Also returning is the less controversial Frozen Pomegranate & Raspberry Tea for $5.19. This non-alcoholic drink features Twinings Pomegranate & Raspberry Herbal Tea, and is garnished with orange ice cream molecules. Frozen Pomegranate & Raspberry Tea Though there is nothing particularly groundbreaking about this beverage, it remains sweet, bright, and refreshing. In fact, the earthy flavor you might anticipate from the tea isn’t remotely prominent, making this quite a kid-friendly option, as well as a sip that nicely contrasts some of the spicier dishes at Brew-Wing. Frozen Pomegranate in 2025 Beer drinkers can try the Brew-Wing Beer Flight for $12.75. It includes three brews: Civil Society Brewing’s Everyday I’m Waffle’n IPA, 3 Daughters Brewing’s Peanut Butter Blondie Blonde Ale, and Playalinda Brewing Co. Pumpkin Cheesecake Blonde Stout. Each beer is also available individually, at $6.00 for a 6 ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12 ounce pour. Beer Flight 2023 The Hard Cider Flight ($12.75) features Bold Rock Apple Crumble Hard Cider, Ciderboys Cherry Jubilee Hard Cider, and Ciderboys Pumpkin Spice Hard Cider. Like the beer selections, each cider is available individually as well, at $5.75 for 6 ounce pour or $9.75 for 12 ounce pour. Beer Flight 2024 OVERALL Overall, we had such a blast at the Brew-Wing Lab, per usual! We love the Muppet Labs theme and how it’s packed with air conditioning and tables. While the wings might not be the most unique dishes you’ve ever had in your life, when you want something familiar that you know you’ll like, this is a great option. 24. There are certain things we expect from the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Tiny forks. A concerning number of receipts. And a stop at Belgium for something involving waffles, beer, or smoked Gouda mashed potatoes. Preferably all three. Belgium booth The Belgium food booth is back for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which runs from August 27th through November 21st. You’ll find the booth in World Showcase between Morocco and France. Belgium is usually one of those booths that doesn’t feel the need to reinvent itself every August. Last year, the entire menu was made up of returning favorites. But Disney has rattled the waffle iron for 2026. There’s a brand-new waffle, a significantly different beer lineup, and one very familiar bowl of beef and mashed potatoes waiting for us. Let’s eat! Menu The Belgium food menu is surprisingly short this year, with just two dishes. The longtime Beer-braised Beef served with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes returns for $6.79. But Belgium’s TWO waffle options from 2025 have disappeared. In their place is a Belgian Waffle with Cookie Butter and Whipped Cream topped with Speculoos Cookie Pieces for $5.49. Disney has designated the new creation as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item reimagined for 2026. Yes. Disney put cookie butter on a Belgian waffle. Menu The drinks have gotten a shake-up, too. The Chilled Belgian Coffee returns in both non-alcoholic and boozy forms, but Belgium has swapped out much of last year’s beer lineup. This year you’ll find the Brouwerij Verhaeghe Duchesse Red Sweet & Tart Cherry Ale, Van Steenberge Piraat 7 Strong Ale, and Brouwerij St. Bernardus Watou Blond Ale, along with a Beer Flight. Grab your fork. We’re starting with the food. Eats We have a NEW waffle situation. The Belgian Waffle with Cookie Butter and Whipped Cream topped with Speculoos Cookie Pieces costs $5.49. It’s also one of Disney’s reimagined 30th Anniversary Legacy Items for the 2026 festival. Belgian Waffle Belgium has been serving waffles at Food & Wine for years, but this version replaces both of the options we saw in 2025. Last year, guests could choose between a waffle with berry compote and whipped cream or one topped with warm chocolate ganache. Both cost $5.50 — and we were BIG fans of that chocolate waffle. Now both are history, at least for 2026. Cookie butter feels like a pretty logical next chapter. You already have a warm Belgian waffle. Add that spiced, caramelized cookie flavor, whipped cream, and crunchy speculoos pieces, and Disney has basically constructed a dessert with very little interest in subtlety. This year, it’s safe to say the cookie butter is the star! It gives the waffle a rich, warm, and slightly spiced flavor that immediately reminded us of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! It has that familiar sweet, toasted cinnamon-cookie flavor in every bite. The whipped cream melted pretty quickly, but it incorporated into the waffle and added a sweet and creamy texture. The cookie pieces add a bit of a crunch, but the overall dessert stays pretty soft and fluffy. This is very, very sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love this! A closer look Belgium may be playing with its waffles, but apparently nobody was allowed to touch the mashed potatoes. The Beer-braised Beef served with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes returns again in 2026 for $6.79. Beer-braised Beef This dish has been hanging around the Belgium booth for years, and we get why. It’s hearty, recognizable comfort food in a festival filled with small plates that sometimes require you to read the description three times before figuring out what you’re ordering. Last year’s version cost $6.75, and the 2026 price increase is a whopping four cents. We have spent more than that picking pennies out of the bottom of our park bag. In 2025, the Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes were the star. They were creamy and rich, the vegetables were tender, and the gravy pulled everything together. We liked the dish overall, although the beef itself kept it from reaching our absolute Best of the Fest tier. Still, this is exactly the kind of Food & Wine dish that hits differently after you’ve been wandering World Showcase for several hours. A pile of mashed potatoes doesn’t ask questions. It simply helps. Is it still reliably good? This year, the Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes once again stood out! They’re very fluffy and smooth with a rich, cheesy flavor in every bite. The beef has a hearty, meaty flavor with a slightly tough exterior while maintaining a tender, chewy interior. It’s not heavily seasoned but has a tender quality for braised beef This was very good! The beef and mashed potatoes complemented each other well! The creamy, cheesy potatoes balance out the heavy meat flavor, and the carrots add a slight crunch (but not much flavor). If you love cheesy potatoes and beef, this would be right up your alley! Drinks Belgium understood the assignment here. There is coffee. There is beer. There is coffee WITH booze. We’re covered. The Chilled Belgian Coffee returns for $5.29 in its non-alcoholic form. There’s also a version made with ChocoLat Deluxe Salted Caramel Chocolate Liqueur for $12.50. This was one of our favorite easy sippers at Belgium last year. The non-alcoholic coffee reminded us of an iced mocha. It was sweet, chocolatey, and not remotely trying to convince anyone that this was a serious black-coffee situation. Sometimes you want nuanced tasting notes. Sometimes you want caffeinated chocolate. Last year’s non-alcoholic version cost $5.25, while the alcoholic version was $12.50. So once again, we’re seeing very little movement in pricing here. Last year’s coffee Belgium’s beer flight is back for $12.75, but don’t assume you’ve had this flight before. The 2026 lineup includes the Van Steenberge Piraat 7 Strong Ale and Brouwerij St. Bernardus Watou Blond Ale, which Disney lists as new additions to the booth, plus the Brouwerij Verhaeghe Duchesse Red Sweet & Tart Cherry Ale. Individual beers are available in 6-ounce pours for $6, and 12-ounce pours for $9.75. Beer Flight That’s a substantial change from 2025, when the flight included St. Bernardus Dragòn Wit Wheat Beer, Van Steenberge Gulden Draak Tripel Ale, and Duchesse Cherry Red Ale. Last year’s flight had a nice progression. The Dragòn Wit was light and clean, the Gulden Draak Tripel Ale was much stronger and fuller-bodied, and the cherry ale was our favorite thanks to its pronounced tart cherry flavor without becoming overly sweet. This year’s lineup gives us a reason to start over. Van Steenberge Piraat 7 Strong Ale This was our favorite of the three! It was tart and sour but wasn’t particularly strong or alcohol-forward. It also has a strong sweetness. Van Steenberge Piraat 7 Strong Ale It’s relatively easy to drink, and the alcohol kick doesn’t hit until the aftertaste — but it does linger a bit. This is more of a sweet and sour beer, and better for those who aren’t a huge beer fan! Brouwerij St. Bernardus Watou Blond Ale This one is very bitter and earthy, with the alcohol hitting immediately at the first sip. It’s much more bitter than sweet. Brouwerij St. Bernardus Watou Blond Ale The layer of foam on top added a smooth and airy texture to each sip, and the earthy notes became more noticeable over time. This one is stronger, so it’s definitely meant for more adventurous beer lovers! Brouwerij Verhaeghe Duchesse Red Sweet & Tart Cherry Ale The cherry beer is the closest connection to last year’s flight, when the Duchesse Cherry Red Ale was our favorite of the three beers. Brouwerij Verhaeghe Duchesse Red Sweet & Tart Cherry Ale This is a mellow, subtle fruity ale with a hint of cherry flavor. The fruitiness is noticeable right away and stays pretty subtle, and it’s more of a general fruity flavor than a strong tart cherry taste. There is a tiny bit of cherry flavor, but it’s not overwhelming. This is a smoother, more mellow option. OVERALL Belgium isn’t throwing a dozen dishes at us this year. It’s doing two foods, coffee, beer, and apparently placing quite a lot of faith in cookie butter. We can work with that. The Beer-braised Beef and Chilled Belgian Coffee are established festival veterans, and both were solid performers for us in 2025. The bigger question is whether that new cookie butter waffle can fill the chocolate-ganache-shaped hole in our hearts. And yes, that is a medical condition we just invented. There’s also more reason to explore the Beer Flight this year since two of its three slots have changed from the 2025 lineup. Full Spread Belgium is serving up some solid options this year that are hearty and satisfying. We enjoyed everything we tried, and definitely recommend giving it a go! 26. It’s time to check out what’s new at the Italy booth at the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! Italy Booth The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. With plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab, and even concerts to watch. We are here to help you know what’s worth your time and money this year! And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Italy Booth — to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu Over at the Italy Booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. We do have a few new menu items here this year that we’re excited to try. The Pollo al Marsala is a returning menu item, and it’s a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item. It has been reimagined for this year. There are several new drinks here as well this year, including the Amaretto Bellini and the Cantine Guidi Selezione Privata Luca Red Blend. 2026 Italy Booth Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the new Stromboli for $8.00. This is a Baked Ham and Provolone Roll with Parmesan and Tomato Sauce. We thought this was quite tasty! Stromboli There’s a huge chunk of cheese in the center with ham wrapped around it, and the dough is tender and easy to eat. The sauce served on the bottom has a bit of a kick, which pairs nicely with the hint of Parmesan cheese dusted on top. Kids will like this without the sauce, but adults and spicy food fans will probably wish there was MORE sauce. We think this would be best served with the sauce on the side for dipping. Still a pretty good winner, though. Inside the Stromboli Next up is the Pollo al Marsala for $9.00. This dish includes a Roasted Chicken Drumstick, Creamy Potato Gnocchi, Mushrooms, and Marsala Sauce. This is one of the 30th Anniversary Legacy Items, and it has been reimagined for 2026! Back in 2014, it was the Filetto di pollo, con funghi al marsala. We were left disappointed with the dish then so let’s see how the new version was! Pollo al Marsala This year, Italy has turned it AROUND with this dish! The chicken leg is juicy and tender, full of flavor. The mushrooms are well sauteed in the Marsala sauce, and the wine comes through with hints of spice in the sauce. The gnocchi are tender and flavorful and balance well with the amount of sauce. The best bites of this dish pair everything together, and this is honestly a great reason to visit the Italy booth. Pollo al Marsala For something sweet, we tried the new Almond Panna Cotta with Orange Marmalade, Whipped Cream, and Candied Almonds for $6.00. Our reporter thought this was an almond-lover’s dream! Almost Panna Cotta The Panna cotta has a nice set to it and the almond flavor is all throughout this dessert. It’s light and creamy and reminds us of marzipan. The sliced almonds on top add a nice crunch to select bites, and this is the perfect dessert to cleanse your palate after the other, very savory dishes. It’s not too sweet! If you are not a fan of almonds or might upon, I would steer clear of this dessert. A spoonful of panna cotta! Now, on to the beverages! Drinks As for drinks on this menu, we got the new Amaretto Bellini for $16. This made with Luxardo Amaretto Liqueur, Peach Purée, and Prosecco. The peach and cherry Luxardo flavors really stand out here, though it’s not too sweet. We enjoyed the blend of Prosecco and the crisp fruitiness. Amaretto Bellini There is also the Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita, made with Tequila, Triple Sec, and blood orange liqueur, for $15.00. When we tried this in 2025, we thought that if you like citrus, you will most likely enjoy this margarita. This year we found it to be tart and very citrus-forward, easy to drink. The frosty texture is perfect for a hot day and the tequila leaves a slight but not overwhelming burn behind each sip. The triple sec is a little strong — taking over a bit of the finish. Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita There is also an Italian Red Sangria available for $14.00. When we grabbed this in 2025, we thought it’s not super strong and it’s very fruity…in fact, it sorta tastes like fruit juice. Again, though, it’s nothing incredible, but it’s refreshing. Italian Red Sangria from 2025 For beer fans, you can grab a Peroni Pilsner. You can get a 6 oz for $6.00 or a 12 oz for $9.75. If you want something bubbly, there is a glass of Prosecco for $12.00. There is also a new Cantine Guidi Selezione Privata Luca Red Blend for $12.00 and a new Saracco Moscato d’Asti for $13.00. Finally, you can try the new Villa Matilde Falanghina Campania IGP White Wine for $12.00. OVERALL Ultimately, Italy KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK this festival, which is pretty shocking! This booth often lands near the bottom of the list for us, and these food dishes were pretty stellar. If you’re going to choose one item only, we recommend the Pollo al Marsala, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the three eats. Full Spread 2026 The drinks are delightful and a nice pairing to the food, but not super necessary to enjoy the booth. This is a standout year for Italy, for sure, and we’d recommend stopping by! The Stromboli That’s all for this booth, but keep following along for more reviews from the festival. Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH. at the Food & Wine Festival!
