Within the next few days, a confirmation letter and one luggage tag per 
Guest will be sent by mail to the Primary Guest's reservation address of
record.

If you would like to participate in luggage delivery service from the 
airport to your resort room, please attach a luggage tag to each piece 
of checked baggage.  Instructions will be included in the materials you 
will receive.  

Your luggage will travel separately from you and may take up to 3 hours 
after you check in at the resort to be delivered to your room.  So 
before you leave home, be sure to pack any medications, essential items,
and valuables in your carry-on bag as you may not have immediate access 
to your luggage when you arrive in Orlando.

Please note that this service is only available for flights arriving 
between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.  If you arrive after 10:00 PM, please 
claim your luggage to bring with you on the motorcoach.

Once you have claimed your luggage or already made arrangements for 
luggage delivery service, please proceed to DISNEY'S MAGICAL EXPRESS, 
located on Side B, Level 1.  You may follow the airport signs to Ground 
Transportation.  Please keep the communication you receive handy, as you
will need to present it to the Disney representative.  You will then be 
provided with additional information and directed to a motorcoach that 
will take you to your resort.

The day prior to checkout, your resort Front Desk will deliver a 
DISNEY'S MAGICAL EXPRESS Transportation Notice to your room detailing 
your motorcoach pick-up time and location.  To ensure that you do not 
miss your flight, motorcoach pick-up times are scheduled approximately 3
hours prior to your flight departure time for domestic flights and 
approximately 4 hours prior to your flight departure time for 
international flights.

Q. What type of coffee maker does DVC have?

A. There are 2 types from what we've seen.  A small 4 cup and the normal size coffee machine.  Most of the units are the small 4 cup.  The coffee is comes in its own filter and is only replaced on your service day.  You also get 2 packs of coffee, sugar, artificial sweetener. ***Sorry NO Keurigs***

Q. What is this Special coffee I hear about that DVC Members get?

A. Disney beverage provider Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company has created a secret menu item exclusively for Disney Vacation Club members.

The "Vienna Latte" does not appear on menus at Joffrey's coffee kiosks throughout Disneyland or Walt Disney World but it's available to DVC members who ask for the special drink.  The beverage is a blend of espresso, steamed milk, chocolate sauce and vanilla syrup, topped with whipped cream.  Hot and iced versions are available.

Joffrey's coffee products appeared at Disney theme parks, restaurants and hotel rooms in 2013, replacing Nescafe as official coffee provider.  A selection of Disney-themed coffee blends is also available for purchase from the Joffrey's website.

Q. I heard that Starbucks have coffee shops throughout Disney.

A. Yes Starbucks opened an outlet on the Marketplace end of Downtown Disney. It's a walk-up establishment with no indoor seating. There are also Starbucks’s in Magic Kingdom ( Main Street Bakery) and Epcot (Fountain View) , with plans for cafes at Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios (Trolley Car Café is slated for a February 2015).

The Downtown Disney locations are corporate Starbucks locations, which mean that they can take Starbucks cards and redeem Starbucks rewards (including birthday drinks, if you are part of the rewards program!). At this time, the West Side Starbucks location doesn’t take snack credits on the Disney Dining Plan (unlike the in-park Starbucks locations, Main Street Bakery and Fountain View). The location is open from 10 am to midnight. *as of June 2014

Turner Drug is a drug store that will deliver medications and is a full pharmacy.  They have a flat delivery fee and items are bought off the web page.  Items do appear to be sold at a premium price point.  There are no food items available.

How It Works
Orders can be sent using email or to their Facebook page.  Once received, they will send you a quote (cost of items, sales tax, 20% service fee, $10 delivery fee).  Grocery lists must be received by no later than 5 business days prior to your delivery date.  Lists received with less than 5 business days notice can be accommodated at the current time.
 I am not sure what that means.  That is how it is stated on their web page. It appears they will work with you with less than a 5 day notice but at certain times of the year they may not.  They must receive payment for your order no later than 3 days before the delivery date.  If payment is not received before the 3 day deadline your order will be cancelled.  Payments are accepted securely through PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account.  Upon delivery of your items to your resort, they will notify you through email and Facebook.

Your items will be delivered to bell services at your hotel.  Once you arrive and have checked into your resort room you will need to call down to bell services and let them know that you have a grocery delivery waiting for you.  If you are staying at one of the villas or cabins your delivery may be in your villa or cabin when you arrive.  If your groceries are not there, you will need to call down to bell services to have them delivered.  As outside vendors, we are not permitted inside any villa or cabin.  All onsite hotels in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT and UNIVERSAL ORLANDO® RESORT are equipped to keep any perishables cold for you.

Orlando Grocery Express delivers 7 days a week to homes, apartments, retirement communities, college campuses, and businesses in central Florida. Grocery deliver is as easy as 1-2-3.   1. Shop the aisles or use the search button to add items to your shopping cart.    2. Select a delivery date and time.    3. Check out and pay for your order. All credit card payments are processed through a secure PayPal, Intuit, or PNC Merchant Services account. Your information is never visible to others. 
 

Beer and Wine info:
Selection of popular beer and wines is available. They do not sell hard liquor or spirits. You MUST supply them with a copy of your driver's license, photo ID, or passport before they will deliver beer or wine to you. The name on the ID MUST match the name on the order. This is required by law. The easiest way to send them a photo is to take a picture of your driver's license with your camera phone and email the image to info@strollersandgroceries.com. You can also fax a copy to 813-423-6549. You need to include your order number. They will not deliver alcoholic beverages without first receiving proper identification. Failure to send identification may result in a partial cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the alcoholic beverages.

They recommend that you place your order as far in advance as possible and ask that all orders be placed no later than 5 AM EST on the day prior to the delivery. This allows them time to process the order, purchase your groceries, and add it to the delivery schedule. Delivery slots fill up so get your order in so you can pick your time. They will deliver to hotels for holding like the other services so you don’t have to be present.
Special requests can be made if they don’t have an item you want and they claim they will do their best to accommodate you. Orders can be changed and items added or removed up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation Policy:
You must call us if you want to cancel your order. We manually process all cancellations to ensure accuracy. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled 24-48 hours in advance will be charged a restocking fee equal to 50% of the total order. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund. Please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
