Disney4me
It’s no secret that Disney World knows how to make a good looking cupcake. And since Christmas is coming and it’s Friday and you don’t really want to work anyway…we thought you’d enjoy being brought up to date on a few of our favorites. You’re welcome. Sorcerer Mickey Cupcake While we wish these cupcakes could last forever, many of these are seasonal offerings, so be sure to check menus ahead of your visit! If these aren’t here on your visit, we’re sure there are some great ones in the bakery cases for ya! Hopefully, these pictures don’t make your stomach rumble so badly that your colleagues feel compelled to peek over your cube. GO BACK TO WORK, KAREN. THIS DOESN’T CONCERN YOU. Cinnamon Roll Cupcake This first cupcake shocked us by rocketing into our top-five Disney World cupcakes of ALL TIME! The Cinnamon Roll Cupcake is the new treat-inspired treat in Disney World. It even has an ACTUAL half of a cinnamon roll garnish! Cinnamon Roll Cupcake This confection was originally found at Roaring Fork at Wilderness Lodge and is a genius creation with cinnamon vanilla cake packed with pecan filling and topped with maple buttercream. This treat tastes just like the iconic Disney cinnamon rolls! Yaaaas! Cinnamon Roll Cupcake This is a super fun cupcake with some of our favorite flavors that don’t show up all that often in Disney cupackes. Read our review of the Cinnamon Roll Cupcake here! Monorail Cupcake Speaking of super stylish cupcakes, we have a classic fave from Contempo Cafe, the Monorail Cupcake! The decorations on this cupcake go above and beyond (just like the real monorail!) and we ADORE the little white chocolate monorail garnish. Monorail Cupcake This is a vanilla cupcake topped with a LOAD of cookies and cream icing. How can we say no to that? Add in that there’s a cookies and cream panna cotta / pudding type filling stuffed in the middle of the cake as well and we’re hooked! As for decoration, it’s got that monorail, chocolate shell, candy pearls, and an Oreo. We can’t stop thinking about it! Inside Monorail Cupcake This little guy definitely takes the cake for good decoration! Get it? Click here to read more about the Monorail Cupcake! Hot Chocolate Cupcake We can’t think of a more wintery-warm cupcake than the Hot Chocolate Cupcake we found at End Zone Food Court at All-Star Sports. Hot Chocolate Cupcake Doesn’t this cupcake make you wanna cozy up by a fire? We can totally see ourselves sipping on a steamy mug of hot cocoa to match this one-of-a-kind dessert. The frosting is rich and chocolate-y (not to mention there’s a LOT of it!) and it’s covered in candy cane sprinkles and mini marshmallows!! Prep and Landing Cupcake If you’re in the market for a holiday cupcake that’s a little more silly (but still gorgeous!) check out the Prep and Landing Cupcake we found at Trolley Car Cafe in Hollywood Studios! Prep and Landing Cupcake This cupcake was a hit with our team this year! The main flavor under that chocolate Lanny and Wayne (of Prep and Landing fame) is gingerbread!! The cake is a spiced gingerbread cake with a gingerbread filling and it’s topped with a light cream cheese icing, holiday sprinkles, and of course, that white chocolate Lanny and Wayne! Prep and Landing Landing gears up, cupcake-lovers! It’s time to chow down! Read our review of the Prep and Landing Cupcake here! The Dulce de Leche Cupcake, found at the Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary Resort, is truly a sight to behold. Contempo Cafe’s Dulce de Leche Cupcake This one was a big hit for our team. It was as delicious to eat as it was pretty to look at — complete with salted caramel buttercream and a salted caramel truffle chocolate piece to match (the truffle just by itself is gorgeous, let’s be honest)! Inside the Dulce de Leche Cupcake Contempo Cafe is another location known for rotating their cupcakes and desserts regularly, but that should mean that even if this beauty isn’t available, there should be another tasty treat that is!
