For instance… ©Disney Oktoberfest Poutine, anyone? At The Daily Poutine, you can find those thick cut fries topped with crumbled bratwurst, cheese curds, and a stout beer gravy. And just down the way (still in the Marketplace) at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. you can find a straight up Bratwurst and Spaetzel. ©Disney Of course, what could go better with Oktoberfest dishes than BEER? ©Disney Well, soon there will be even more beer choices in Disney Springs, as a Disney Springs rotating seasonal selection will be on tap soon, “in partnership with a local craft brewery,” according to Disney.
