The resort is celebrating its 70th birthday, and Disney is throwing a massive party to celebrate. The Disneyland 70th Anniversary Celebration begins on May 16th and lasts through summer 2026, and will bring a lot of NEW things to both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, including new ride details, a Walt Disney animatronic, the return of the Paint the Night parade, and more! However, there will also be a TON of special merchandise available, and we’ve got your first look at everything you’ll be able to buy! Celebration Collection The Celebration Collection features “classic Disney Parks style fans know and love mixed with fun colors, new character art, and designs of iconic Disneyland Resort attractions.” This includes items for kids, like bubble wands, as well as clothing, accessories, and more, for both kids and adults. Celebration Collection! In this collection you’ll find merch like plush Mickey… Mickey …AND his pals in their celebration outfits… The gang’s all here …exclusive Disneyland logo pins… Disneyland pins …exciting new bubble wands that look like a key… BUBBLE WAND! …and apparel are all waiting for you, too! Apparel They’ve really thought of everything for this collection, right down to how your breath smells! Tin of mints Of course, there’s even a new shiny pair of Minnie ears to sport around Disneyland’s parks and hotels! 70th anniversary Minnie ears And, just in case you might have missed it, there are even a few toys that are getting in on the celebration you’ll find throughout the park in the most unexpected places. Droids and toys We can’t get over R2D2’s new look! Loungefly and Dooney & Bourke Collections It wouldn’t be a party without new Loungefly and Dooney & Bourke bags, and Disney has dropped several 70th anniversary designs. New Loungefly backpack We spotted another Loungefly backpack and matching ear print as part of this collection. Castle Collection The Castle Collection is inspired by Sleeping Beauty Castle, and you’ll find everything from clothes to accessories in this collection. ©Disney Vault Collection The Vault Collection is taking us WAY back to the early days of Disneyland with vintage-inspired gear. ©Disney Walt Disney Nostalgia Collection This collection honors the man who started it all (with the help of a certain mouse) and includes famous Disneyland quotes by the man himself, as well as items that might have once been found on Walt’s desk.
